Rented a “lift” unit from them recently & had an awful time getting it to work correctly for a while. Turns out that it has to be absolutely level to work properly. Wish that had been explained when I picked it up!

Great company to rent from. Every employee I've had the pleasure of working with.. at the counter, over the phone, in the yard picking up, or dropping off at my house has been top-notch. They're patient and answer every question and demonstrate how everything works and set expectations for the jobs you aim to accomplish. The equipment I have rented has always been great quality and very reliable (excavator, 6" chipper, sod cutter, power aerator, power de-thatcher). I won't go anywhere else.

So rented a stump grinder. It stopped working 1/3 way thru the 9 stumps I had to do. They came out and fixed it. It basically saved my weekend and allowed me to get the job done. Brutally happy with these guys.

Rent smart is there to help. If you have a graduation or wedding, they're fully equipped. Or if you just need a tool that's used only once or twice a year. Why buy it, when you can just rent it. Heavy equipment can be delivered and picked up. If they do not have it the staff will help you find it.

Terrible customer service. I wanted to rent a tent from them and was concerned about the property size and the tent fitting and they would not even come out and look at the property to help me determine what size tent would fit or if it was him.
