If I could rate a 0 I would …This stores cashiers are extremely disrespectful when I was trying to give them the receipts that weren’t mine I said excuse me ma’am these receipts were at the register she said thank you and then as I was walking away mumbled “ExCuSe Me MaAm” mimicking me which I then laughed and looked at her so she knew I thought she was just as funny as she thought she was they are extremely unprofessional

Very clean, new store, with friendly staff and good variety. One item I look for regularly over the past 13 weeks always has an empty shelf above the product label. After asking a few times about it, I was always told they are probably discontinuing that item.

Amazing staff!! Decent customer service is rare these days and amazing above and beyond service almost does not exist anymore but Kellie and Misty are amazing. For starters both were wearing masks and properly! For some reason my card wasn't running through machine even though I knew I had just checked my balance kelli paid my remaining balance with her personal debit card without asking to hold anything of mine in return. I did assure her I would be right back which I was but she didn't know I really would be.I am not from this area and have to say I have left all of my local dollar generals upset over service and covid guidelines not being followed almost every time but am in Grant for a few nights visiting my great aunt a block away from your store so these ladies do not even know me. Then when I walked out to my car to leave misty just walked over started chatting and clearing my car off with me.According my my ex husband Im never happy and always complain so this review should mean even more lol. Great job ladies and I wish the Cadillac and Leroy Dollar General employees and management were more like you two. Thank you so much.

Store has most of what you'd need. Customer service is terrible. Went to buy some beer and they said you can't buy in the area till noon. Lived here the last 4 years and never heard that. Went to Genes and was able to buy it. I will just drive down to Genes from now on and shop there. Little more pricey, but don't have to deal with rude employees who hate their job.

Ryelee Scheel is the most disrespectful person, my mom goes in very often , it’s her go to store, and she won’t go anymore because of RyeleeMy mom went in today, and ryelee went “ew get out” and this has happened before. She used to work for my grandma at Subway and was the same way there, definitely won’t be around with Ryelee working! and i’ll be telling people about her!

Unbelievable...I frequently visited the store recently which I always do, and will never do again. I was with my 13 year old child who is extremely timid. I was shopping for camping supplies and my child came to me crying. My child stated that a worker approached her and stated she looked suspicious and they thought she was stealing. My child is a good girl. Who in their right mind would accuse a little child of stealing when they are shopping with their mom. SAD SAD SAD...Shame on you and I will never step foot in that store again.

Found what we were looking for, but not everything that we were hoping to get. Still very easy to navigate in the store though even when I come to one of them they look like their shelves are over flowing

Two young girls working there were riding on a box cart racing through the store and crashed into a pile of stacked boxes while the rest of the employees stocked shelves smh other than that the other male employees were diligently working.

Well Nikki from white cloud dollar general looked @my slip from about 2 mos ago .showing Grant dollar gen. overcharged my c card exactly $10.hummm AND Darrell (regonial mgr)called me a couple weeks into this mess ..he said I was mistaken and slip WAS correct ....well Nikki made it right because it was a mistake i THINK or fraud..and I will continue to enjoy every visit I make to her store..And sarah and the others are always so sweet ..need more of these kinda folks in this world ..too bad grant dollar general decided to take the low road ...ugly peircings hon.ugly aditude too
