I have used the online order and the pick up here a couple of times. The website is very helpful and easy to use. The pick up area is very large and I have been able to do same day orders with at least a 4 hour advance notice on pick up. The male employee that I have had each time is very kind and thoughtful about placing the groceries in my trunk. The wait is also very minimal in the pick up area. Overall the best way to grocery shop and this location is amazing compared to others I have used.

I actually went to the Grandville Walmart to get to the EcoATM on Sunday, January 28. Their EcoATM was working so I was able to sell and recycle my iPhone 7 for $14 and my IPad Mini 1 for $2. I actually went to the one in Holland first, but it wasn’t working. I was disappointed and frustrated because I had to drive about 25 minutes from my house.It was my first time visiting Grandville Walmart. My first impression was that it was clean and organized. Since I sold my devices there, I might as well do a little shopping. I got what I needed and left.I would recommend people trying out the EcoATM if they ever want to sell and/or recycle their devices. You can definitely check out their website and get a quote. Once you get a quote on your device, you’ll get an email with a special code to get to the nearest EcoATM. You have up to seven days to turn in your device so they can still honor the quote they gave you.My recommendation is call Walmart first to make sure their EcoATM is working. Once you’re there, the instructions to turn in your devices is simple and easy to follow. Cash can be redeemed at their machine or deposit to your PayPal account.

Clean bathroom, everything was in stock almost, easy to manage. Quick check out at the registers, which doesn't usually happen at Walmart. Of course, they don't employ cashiers anymore, you have to use a self check out that has one employee covering 16 so if you have an issue, you stand there for 5 minutes.But other than that, great visit.For more candid reviews across Michigan, follow me on Google!

Definitely tired of having to deal with Ruby at the service desk! Every week I go to the service desk for the same reason and every week she has an attitude and tries to not cash my paycheck. I've watched her sit there and bend the corner of my check then turn around and say it won't take it just to come back and another associate taking care of me no problem. Not sure what I did to her but next week I'll be going to management if this persist. There's no reason for this ignorant behavior.

This Walmart is undergoing renovations and so far looks amazing. The aisles are wider, displays are organized and attractive, and there are more checkout options available for customers. I’m looking forward to seeing the finished results.

Every time my husband and I come here we get stopped at the door to check our receipt. Doesn’t matter if we spend $10 or $500. However I never see them stop anyone else. If you’re going to stop one customer to check their receipt you need to stop EVERYONE and not just the woman who walked in with a black man.

I like this Walmart. The shelves are well stocked and the employees are friendly. It’s set up a little different than other ones so it took me a bit longer to navigate but overall was great. I drove farther from home to get to this one vs the one just a few miles from my house. It was worth the extra miles.

Love the store, and they had a ton of checkouts open. I do wish I could find a person to help me sometimes, but that is the case everywhere. Their cakes are amazing and delicious.

The automotive service center did make sense when it was first come first serve. Now that service is by appointment only, Walmart's auto service convenience is about null! Calling to make an appointment is inconvenient period.. especially when nobody answers the phone in the service dept to take an appointment! C'mon Walmart.. go back to what made sense which is first come first serve. Otherwise, just shut the whole service department down as it now makes no sense over the competition, who do offer first come first serve!

I applied for a job at Walmart. I had an interview on November 1,2023. I went to the interview did my interview. The lady theres said I would get an email 1-2 days after my interview. Never got the email so I called them and spent hours on the phone till I got someone. All they did was leave my name and number down and nobody has called me back.

This walmart NEEDS a class in customer service. The workers here act like it's to much for you to ask them for help. WHY it's your job. I wouldn't give them no stars if I could. Don't be disable and ask for help. Maybe we should call the the rights for disability office. A blind lady came in asked for help because her worker didn't show they said they didn't have noone until I spoke to a manager and told them I'm putting this all over social media then they got a person for her she was crying and everything. I offered to help her til a worker came. SHAME ON YOU WALMART.

Latest issue.-Impossible to reach their phones no department answers but the pharmacy.Earlier this year I got products delivered that were 6+ months past the expiration date. These were hand picked products by Walmart staff and later delivered to my door.On my latest order I got a moldy bag of cheese prior to expiration. Very visible mold. (See photos, ignore white powder that was part of a child project)Maybe the Walmart+ grocery people need to slow down and catch this type of stuff. I wish I could just get my groceries delivered from a different store.

Decent most times I am there. The only issue I ever have is employees not willing to help. Almost every time I ask someone for help, they tell me it’s not their department and walk away. If it’s not your department, and you do not know, I understand, but please find someone who does know so I don’t have to wander around the department looking for someone else, or all the way back up front to find a manager and wait 10+ minutes for them to get to me. Customer service has gone out the window these days.

For Autotech just disappointing when there Add says 2 different wages, but they are only allowed to pay certain wages. I like walmart. Just wish they had wiggle room on hiring and adjusting their pay scale.

Tire and oil change SUCKS!! Their hours are 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. for oil change. But you better get there by 2:00 if you want to have it done. They are often understaffed, resulting in the oil change place shutting down at 4:00 p.m. instead of the posted 7:00 p.m.. but there's usually a long wait, and if you're not there by 3:00 p.m. they will usually turn you away. This location is absolutely horrible. Will not be going back

Heed this morning people. This is a warning for the people wanting to sign up at Walmart to work there. Bad idea. Walmart hired me in as a cart pusher and then right when I was at my 6 months to where I can move on. They've randomly gave me four points so that I couldn't move on. Walmart is only there to screw you over. They do not care about you who they don't care about your career moving up unless you're a young person in the career. Who can do the backbreaking work if you're old or older and you're looking to move up in the job? Good luck. I randomly got four points. I was screwed out of a good job. They only want to screw you over. This company does not care about you at all. So with that being said, for the people who are looking to sign a job at Walmart just remember this is not the job to do
