The store has a diverse range of games. My 12 year old has done several MTG release events and he is always welcomed and treated kindly. I can’t thank the staff enough for their help and patience in helping his mom find gifts for him too! This is a great local place!

This place is horrible. Called them on a price for a game. They said they had some of the game and the price would be $5 a pack. When I showed up an hour later they had increased the price 30%. They said they were sorry they miss quoted me but since other places were selling it online at 50% markup they thought it was fair. And since they weren’t giving a discount before but selling at msrp someone looked up online and decided to no longer honor the price quoted to me.This place is trash and no one should shop their if they can’t at least honor what they quoted me for it.

Solid gaming shop with options for both games and trading cards. Majority of employees are super kind & helpful with the exception of one who consistently acts like a jerk. Have noticed this across multiple visits. Work on your customer service man, it’s not hard to be kind to people that consistently spend money at your shop.

Me and my son donald went to this establishment and was rudely talked to at the register. The guy behind the register told us that we do not buy from your kind because we dont accept drug money. U was furious when this was told to us and we ended up leaving with the guy holding the middle finger up at us while also saying you guys go back to where you belong.

Disappointed to pay $10 over MSRP for Metroid Prime Remastered. The salesman told me it was a brand new game. Once I got it home, I noticed the game case reeked like cigarette smoke.The game works fine, but It’s clearly used and quite gross. I had to clean the cart and toss the case.Super frustrating to come here as a new gamer, looking for guidance, and instead being lied to and taken advantage of.

I went in to try to sell my Xbox one just to get accused of trying to slide something past him I am not impressed by the lack of manners that is not how you treat customers maybe if you went outside and learned actual human interaction you would get more people in you’re store.

Unfortunately today I needed to change this review from a 5 star to a 2 star. Most of my previous comments are accurate, the staff is great, and the store is clean. Sadly my shift in rating comes from the owners prices. I like to buy boxes not singles and I am ok spending a little more to shop local but an extra $50-$60 is outrageous. When I asked the employee why the cost we so high, I was informed that the own doesn't like to sell boxes, with the removal of the MSRP he can make more on single packs. In the last year I have spent well over $1000.00 at this location and that's probably nothing for the owner but for me its significant. As much as I would like to stay local, today will likely be my last visit to this company. If your into single packs, then this place is probably ok. This place defiantly has a great staff and environment, but if you a box buyer I would not recommend this place. Sadly as of today I switched and made my purchase online. I wish the staff the best of luck.

I love this store. They carry everything ranging from used games, dice, Magic cards, DnD, Catan, and other similar games. They also host pre-releases for Magic the gathering as well as game nights. The employees are also very knowledgeable about their products and you can tell that they are very passionate about games. The customer service here is absolutely amazing as well, i have never had a negative experience even once. The Gaming Warehouse will always be my first stop for anything relating to tabletop gaming

Spent a few days in the Grand Rapids area. In that time my 6 year old son and I visited three stores. Out of all the stores, the person behind the counter, Jack, greater us, held a conversation with us, showed us how to us the kiosk to look up singles and shared in my sons enthusiasm for Pokémon and mine for Magic the Gathering. Other store owners and employees at the other shops were clearly annoyed by a six year who pretty much just thinks “Dude, all this stuff is freaking amazing. It was a great experience. I’m glad I spent the time and money I did here. You should support this business. Go here!

Pokemon selection not great. They were not informed on details of the cards they owned and even had some mislabeled in the kiosk. The "LP" lightly played cards were moderately played to heavily played. Glad i didn't spend much. Over priced.

OH MY GOODNESS, there are not enough stars to show much I love this store. I have gone to multiple board game - toy - card stores this fall, and today I decided to try this one because they sell Magic cards. OH. MY. GOODNESS. They have SO many MTG cards, and they have fabulous prices too. There's a box of cards that are 2/$1, and there are all 5 colors, almost all types of cards, and they range from common to at least rare. There are LOTS of foils, and this box is just 1 of the plethora of MTG things sold there. This place is AMAZING, and I think anyone who enjoys MTG or wants to explore more stores should try this one. It's great.

I've been a customer at this shop for a few years now. The staff are incredibly friendly and will call you by name once they recognize you. Before COVID this was one of the few places that I would play in Magic: The Gathering tournaments and enjoy my experience. Looking forward to seeing their events open back up and being able to visit more often.

Passionate staff and a varied selection of games, both of the video and traditional variety. The best part is their robust board game inventory, with new releases and classic staples like Catan or Ogre. Never had a poor experience, they have a bombproof return policy for retro games and consoles. I almost always leave with something I wasn't expecting to find in store.

Great first experience stopping here. Lots of cool things from board games to video games. Regular Magic the Gathering events too. Picked up a bunch of funko pops while I was there.I was also impressed with the clean, well lit area. Very well laid out and upkeep seems to be a priority for them.

In all of my experiences I've visited or called this location to ask if they have something in stock, If they don't have what you are looking for, they never attempt to physically check. I'm not being hyperbolic, they have NEVER physically checked. Just a "Nope, don't have it." This may be dependent on who's working, and maybe other people have had geniune customer assistance, but this has not been my experience, and I'm not asking for hyper rare cards or games either, you would have a general idea if you had that in stock under those circumstances. After the 5th or 6th time in the span of a year or so, I think it's more than fair to say that my experience has been mediocre. Fun to walk around and see what they have, but don't expect much after that.Edit* The owner responded stating That they can look it up in their system. But that's what's funny, I don't recall the clerk checking the computer either. Could have happened, I can't remember all circumstaces, but rarely, at least in my personal experiences.

Truly my favorite gaming-in-general store in the area. Wide selection of games varying from xbox one to old consoles to even board and card games. I have been coming here to feed my pokémon addiction for quite some time and they have been very helpful and even expanded their stock and selection. The staff here are also exceptional, showing a great dedication to gaming and their job. All in all shopping here is a great experience and a must for gamers of all ages and types (console, card, board game, etc.)!!UPDATE: APRIL 16, 22'I just wish, with a passion, that I could give this place 6 stars. Five doesn't do the: variety, atmosphere, and above all the customer service. There are some card shops around here that could learn something from this absolute GEM of a shop. Truly, TOP NOTCH service. I've been to game stores like this all over the country and this one stands out because the staff greeted me when I walked in the door...and they were conversational. So many places can't seem to manage basic customer service.Also, the prices seemed on the low end and it was clean which is another one of my pet peeves of game stores.
