I didn't like this store as much as I thought I would. The prices weren't as mind-blowing as you would think. I would prefer to go to a Thrift Store. I will say one of my teenage daughters liked the store though.

Britney was so amazing at helping me with my purchases. I honestly would have gone elsewhere if it wasn’t for her. She was patient and kind and answered all of my questions.

Please ensure your employees are removing all the components for the security tags. I was up there earlier this week to get a full security tag temoved, but just found this in my 16 month old's Christmas outfit.Guess this also goes for the consumers as well. It would not have been pleasant for either my son, nor Ross, if he found it.

Found some cute shoes and 2 pairs of gloves (one for driving, one insulated pair) all for very good prices. This store kinda reminds me of Burlington or TJ Maxx. Tried on clothes in the fitting rooms though, and couldn't get the door to lock. The slide didn't seem to be aligned properly (this was the case in both rooms I tried).

Prices are great with a good selection. Unfortunately watched a supervisor barraed multiple employees in front of customers throughout the store. The floor employees were doing a great job. The supervisor should probably be mandated to take some how to support her team classes. It would be my first and last day if I had to deal with her. Yikes

Rude. Politely asked if I could get help with a fitting room the girl stopped looked at me and ignored me and then came back out and started working in the fitting rooms while not helping me. Entire staff is ratchet with no manners. Don’t waste time

They have ONE cashier and 30 plus people in line half way to the back of the store. Person after person are walking out, they lost a lot of business for not having adequate staffing. Shopper beware.

Love the shoes here! They only have one person running checkout (almost always) so be prepared for a long line.

Young disgruntled cashiers rushing you as much as possible because they're the only person working the counter. I remember having these sorts of jobs when I was a teenager and it sucked. Still, It doesn't make you feel very good when they're so unpleasant and hurrying you along. Overall I enjoy the sort of junk store vibe, and some times they really do have the thing you're looking for for a low price.

Terrible customer service!My mom and I were so excited that a Ross store was coming closer to us. We finally checked it out on Saturday for the first time. My mom bought multiple things including two picture frames. She purchased them and had receipt for everything but they never gave her the bag with the frames inside of them. She got home and realized she did not have the frames. She called the store and talked to the manager who agreed to hold the frames till Monday evening as neither of us live in grandville. I work in grandville but couldn’t get to ross till after work Monday. I go in tonight to pick up the frames telling them the situation and that they were being held. The girl I dealt with told me they’d be back on the shelves. I explained they were purchased for and the cashier didn’t give us the bag and I couldn’t get over there till tonight. She stated things don’t get held overnight and she was going to refund my moms card. I called my mom about it who was also frustrated. She called Ross back and I think she talked to the same girl I did because she made up the excuse of the manager is new and doesn’t know the policies and that they couldn’t hold them even though the manager agreed to hold them till Monday and it was their fault they sold them to her and they did not give her the bag with the frames and she just wanted her frames. Store has good prices but only ever has one cashier and not great customer service especially what we dealt with just trying to pick up two frames that were already purchased and not given to us. Also feels like a thrift store with the look of the store.Seriously though- how can you only hold frames for so many hours when they’re purchased by someone? It’s not like we were asking to hold items because we were interested. They were purchased by us- they were our frames we just couldn’t pick them up till Monday (not even 48 hours later)

Was there yesterday and the line had 25 people in line and one cashier!!!Everyone was very frustrated! ! I asked for the manager and she called manager and he said that there are no other people that could come up because they just got a load in but yet there were two other employees near the front But the manager said they had to stock! I told the manager he should get up there to decrease the line and he said he couldn’t. Waited 25 minutes in line! Won’t go back there! They just opened 3 days prior!!!
