Store itself has a great selection, but I noticed how awful they treat the animals there. This leopard gecko has stuck shed and it’s 94 degrees in there with 10% humidity. It’s literally roasting and doesn’t have enough humidity. There’s also no calcium powder in there for them. Probably contributes to the stuck shed. Poor baby.

Been coming here for dog grooming for the past two years! All groomers here are very friendly and skilled. Tamara has been grooming my shin tzu and she does good job every time!

Mary H. Did a wonderful job with my Pomeranian, Tillie!!! She was so sweet and gentle with my anxious girl. Mary was very thorough with her groom and made my girl look great! She executed exactly what I had envisioned with my dog’s grooming service and was 2X faster than previous groomers I have gone to. I will definitely be returning in the future!Here is a before and after of our full bath, brush, and cut service wirh the Halloween plus package!

I can’t say enough great things about the grooming salon staff. They are so kind and friendly and always incredibly patient and gentle with my nervous dog. We come here for his nail trims, and even though he acts up the entire time, they take such great care with him. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with him at this point!

The employees don't seem as knowledgeable as at other pet stores. We bought some fish and one looked a little iffy before we left so we asked about it at the check out and the cashier basically shrugged her shoulders and gave an uncertain explanation for why he looked questionable. Well sure enough the fish died within a week. Thankfully they have a warranty return window for fish so we could replace it for free

Standard pet smart with no flares. I came in as an out-of-towner looking for emergency de-wormer. It’s was really hard to find and no workers around to ask for help.

I will never go to another place for dog grooming. I will always come here. They have the most friendliest people working here. We just had to put my dog down. So I had to cancel her appointment. When I told them why I wasn't rescheduling, they said they were sorry to hear about my dog Lily. Then something else happened the next day. Lily always had Mary cut her hair. Mary heard what happened and called me the next day to offer her condolences. I thought that it was really cool for someone to go out of their way to do that. She didn't have to do that. That meant the world to my wife and I. So thank you, Mary, and thank you, petsmart. When we are ready to get another dog. We will be back to shop and get them groomed, We will be customers for life.

WOW! I booked a grooming appointment for my rescued sheepadoodle and had an amazing experience! She is a rescue and is a very nervous and anxious dog. McKenna greeted us and even got my dog to be excited and wag her tail (which never happens around strangers). Anique did the grooming and was super patient with my pup and took her time to give my pup a comfortable experience. Not only did they provide a comfortable experience but the haircut was phenomenal. By far the best cut my pup has received. If you are hesitant to take your dog to get groomed at pet smart, don’t be. I never write reviews but I was so shocked at how amazing these ladies were. Thank you Grandville pet smart, I’ll be back for sure!

Exceptional service when I accidentally interrupted one of the customer service representatives (Saturday, Dec. 17 - female in gray shirt). She walked me back to the product I was looking for instead of pointing me to an isle and letting me look myself. Then, when a line was forming, she offered to help the next person in line at an open register which they chose to go to the wrong register. Instead of asking them to switch to her register, she went out of her way to go to the register they chose and helped them check out there. A spark of hope in customer service where it is lacking in other places.

We came here tonight and decided to get 2 adorable guinea pigs for our kids. Craig helped us and was so incredibly helpful, patient and friendly. We were very impressed with his customer service and you can tell he genuinly cares. Rachael helped us pick out the guinea pigs and she was friendly too. The prices seemed fair, they had everything we needed. It was fun looking at all of their pets. They all seemed healthy and well cared for. We will definitely be back and recommend this pet shop! I took my big boy Tank there yesterday. Not only was he greeted with cuddles and kisses they were wonderful in handling his hesitation about being in a busy environment for the first time. He loves his spa days but is used to a much smaller grooming situation. The girls were awesome with him and with me, a woman waiting to check in her Pomeranian was so wonderful about reassuring me they would be wonderful that I left feeling relieved. The groomers also left me messages that he was doing well but needed a few breaks as he was panting hard. He is 11+ and they were great in providing what HE needed which put them over the top for me.

Always have a great grooming experience here. They treat my dog like a queen and she comes out without a heavy coat! My checkout experience could have been better. I didn't realize I had to ask about redeeming points before the purchase had been scanned.

My boyfriend brought our dog in for grooming, asking them to trim him up and showing them a picture of what we wanted. My dog came back SHAVED! His tail is bald for three inches then long and UNTRIMMED. His face is cut like a mini schnauzer, only long hair around his mouth, untrimmed ears, shaved spots so uneven. My boyfriend even said he had to argue with them before paying and getting him in. Do not recommend at all. Rude people and horrible job cutting.
