UPDATE: I came back on 12/21/23 at about 11:30 AM and was not greeted once by any employee or manager the entire time I was putting items in my cart (even though they looked and ignored me.The ONLY person that acknowledged my existence was the cashier, Julia H. I only came to this location because it had an item that other stores either don’t carry or are out of stock.

Wow waylon way was just ecstatic after this trip to Pet Supplies Plus such a happy puppy trying to make some new kitty cat friend's. Although Waylon found out that the kitty cats wanted nothing to do with him. So leave it to Waylon to find a new rowdy puppy pal, and he did. Waylon found a monkey and became friends right away as he started dragging and pulling that monkey down the isle. So that was enough for me to say ok waylon looks like that monkey yours. So waylon got his new monkey home, played with that monkey hard and ,named him Monkey Jackson and put him in his place.

They let us go in the big kitty cat play area...right inside. We enjoyed the cats so much and fell in love with this guy. He was so beautiful and sweet. But we were looking for a female since we have a strong-willed male. The staff was so friendly. The kitties are well taken care of.

This place has a lot to offer if you have a dog or a cat, plus a decent selection for other pets. Today they had a vaccination clinic for dogs, I didn't realize they did this there but it's very nice to know if you're between vets. The staff works hard and is very kind.

This store has been completely renovated into a trendy new look! It's absolutely beautiful! And the new dog washing and grooming stations at the back of the store are the most beautiful, accessible, and useful dog washing stations I've ever seen anywhere. All the merchandise is easy to find and beautifully displayed, the store is scrupulously clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. If you haven't been to this store in a while, take time to stop in. You'll be glad you did!

The curbside service is prompt and friendly and ordering online is a breeze. I utilize this option frequently. The staff at this location are wonderful, friendly people. This is my #1 place to get pet supplies. The prices are competitive, if not cheaper, with what you can find online or at other, larger pet stores and they have a great selection. They also price match if they happen to be higher in price than other places. I quite like the thank you notes they provide with each order and they have a generous rewards program. They definitely show that their customers are important to them.

I'm a truck driver and I got there last night after they closed. But this morning the manager was so polite so nice and we got everything off my trailer and into the shop it started snowing a little bit I felt sorry for him that he had to be out in the cold. I wish you would have brought me coffee though haha anyways this is a nice place just because the people are very nice and decent that tells you a lot
