Trash & product were on the floor plus slim aisles cluttered with floor product. Even a lady shopping kept hitting the shelves cuz there's not much room for a cart. Why have self checkout machines if you don't allow customers to use them? The employee took my cart right away & I use reusable bags to bag as I scan (that didn't happen) plus like to see how much my items are and decide if I really wanted all the items. I understand people steal but this is not a shopper friendly way to go about it. Treating all customers as if they steal is wrong. Corporate needs to change this!

There's a worker who made almost everyone I was in the store with uncomfortable... She was forcing her way to scan their items at self check out (even physically pushed a guy out of her way to get to his items). When it came to be my turn, she narrated my every action and it was not a good experience. I will not be returning.

Was at the store on Sunday 12/3, an 80 yr old lady asked to be helped at a regular register. There were two associates at the self checkouts. Your employees REFUSED to help her at a regular register. I could tell she was not tech savvy and was having a very difficult time opening a bag….. still neither of the employees bothered to help this old lady. Since I could tell she was frustrated, I did it for her. I should not of had to do YOUR EMPLOYEES JOB! I’m a former assistant customer service manager and I was appalled by the two employees and their refusal to help her at a normal register… I suggest going over customer service etiquette with your employees at this location.

Five Below is like a PG rated Spencer's and a slightly more expensive dollar store combined. There are very niche items that might be hard to find anywhere else, and the prices are amazing. That being said, I always spend more than I intend to, but I also get a lot! Impulse shoppers beware because you will need a cart!

I went there once never again the employees are ridiculous especially one of the ladies she literally put her hand in front of my face to make me move over while I was waiting for another employee to fill up balloons instead of asking me hey can you move over. I should have just left everything there and left. Trashy store trashy employees.

Fantastic service! Mom and I have been trying to find a salon we like and Platinum was great! My mom has had several foot surgeries and the gentleman who did her pedicure was very gentle with her foot. Definitely going back again.

Items being sold were pretty much garbage. Store was a disorganized mess. The only employee I saw there actually was pleasant, but as far as I could tell, was working alone. Almost makes the big asterisk store look good.

They had a varied of items from kids toys and games to electronic accessories and exercise items. Everything is clearly marked so I knew what was $5 or less and what cost more. This is a great place to get stocking stuffers, items for little gift exchanged (white elephant), or for kids to buy gifts for others.

I visited this store today with my Granddaughter. I was not impressed with the employees. I picked up a few items and when I went to pay for them a girl told to use the self-checkout. I told her I was not a employee of the store & if I had to self-checkout I would just leave the items at the store. So she told me if I would quite being rude she would help me. I was never rude to her at all. I ask my Granddaughter when we were outside if I was rude? She said no you were not. Last time I will ever go to that store.

Fantastic store for kids and adults as well. Great for party supplies. Has a little bit of everything! Beauty products, dorm furniture, pillows, best place for workout clothes, fitness tools, yoga mats...and the list goes on! Nothing above $5.00! Great store for every candy...10 for a dollar carousel. And...we have FUN!

A lot has changed in this place since the pandemic. They now only have self check out (not sure if that happened before or after the shutdown), the store has been rearranged. Not sure if for the better. They don't have a lot of what they used to. They've scaled down, but if you want candy they have an abundance of that...I'm not looking for candy. The gift bags are not like they used to be either. Very sparce. With how it's set up, I can't tell if they have what people are asking for when they are asking questions about this place. I most likely will not be going back unless I need some candy for Christmas stockings, birthdays or going to the movies. What a bummer. At least it is bright and seemed clean.

Store has been remodeled. That's nice, except that the only way to check out now is self scan. One associate in the building. Why would I want to come here on my day off from my job and work for you for free for the privilege to shop here?

Came here to get items for a big birthday party happening in a week. We are doing a Star Wars thing so we found lightsabers and many other items that we could use for this birthday party. Far cheaper than any other stores. very pleased with the selection, the prices, the employees are helpful and the store is easy to navigate around and find exactly what you need. if you are looking for fun items at a discounted price check this store out. Everything is $5 or less

Literally one of the best last minute shopping places, or even an anytime shopping stop, I was able to get presents for all the cousins and family members I had on my list for a mind blowing total. I would recommend this store to anyone who asked me. Great friendly staff all the time 😁

Just as there name says $5 and below. They have a good variety of stuff. Decorative pillows, sports balls,posters, small electronics.I was personally impressed on what they sold and just how big the store was.

So many good options for less than $5. Never extremely busy just steady. I used to buy more expensive yoga mats from sporting good stores but ever since I found out about the 5 below yoga mats, I would never waste money on anything else. The products have the same quality as expensive items at other stores.
