Today I was pleasantly surprised! I went into the store looking for a particular desk. I stopped by few other locations and they were out of stock! Tony, Brandi, and Ethan took care of me by finding what I was looking for. Each of them have great customer service and communication skills! They are helpful and care about their customers! They went above and beyond to help me! Give them a promotion! I will drive across town to shop at this location. Thank you!

The store manager, Mark, was extremely helpful! Answered all my questions and even called around to other stores to find a mattress in stock at a different location! I was a little surprised at some of the prices for some of the furniture, but I found what I needed in the end thanks to Mark.

I haven't been in a Big Lots for a couple of years. Many of them were kind of trashy looking. I was pleasantly surprised with the Grandville store. It was clean and organized. I enjoyed walking around and seeing what they had. I bought some different items there and would definitely go back.

The customer service at this location is top notch. We had a return and it was a couple of days past the 30 day return window and they still did the refund! It is an immaculately clean and well organized store.

I really like this store. Friendly, helpful employees. Clean!!. And organized!! VERY clean and well tended restrooms too.They carry some furniture...which is really good for the low prices. Some grocery items, canned foods, and cereal, snacks, assorted munchie things and beverages of many kinds..Hygiene needs, cleaning supplies..Etc..Also small appliances like coffee makers, and others. Pans, hot pads, towels, Seasonal decor, just a lot of great stuff to browse and purchase.Always good prices.

Purchased a recliner from this store. Six months later the foot rest stopped operating. I called the store, the manager John returned my call and came out himself and repaired the chair. It's just like new again! Thank you. I really like this store and it's staff.

We bought our couch from this store. High quality for a low price. Service was great in store. After we got it home and set up, we did notice that one of the cushions had come apart from the back of the couch. I called right away and the store manager offered to come to our house and fix the cushion for us. He showed up on a Saturday because it worked with our work schedules. Very thoughtful and definitely will buy from this store again.

In the past I had always thought of Big Lot's as "left over surplus" stuff. Not only were we surprised by the redo of the store, the quality of merchandise (Broyhill for example), but the staff has been great. We were looking for a patio set from Broyhill and the staff (Cherri and Kanyanah) went out of their way to help us get the furniture. It was amazing, staff that actually cared about their customers! I would highly recommend them! Take a few minutes to look around.

I have delivery on Tuesday but I didn’t see any reviews from Truckers. Can anyone please write about the location to reach towards dock to deliver my load? Usually docks are always at the back of building….
