Very hard to get a human on the phone. Once they finally answer, they often hang up on you. Today, I was disconnected once, and then the pharmacy hung up on me! So I called store manager, and she couldn't do squat. Do better, Walgreens. It shouldn't take 25 minutes to get someone on the phone, then you lie to us, then hang up on us.

Terrible pharmacy. They are never willing to answer questions, very rude and impatient. You're better off going to Meijer.

Overall, this is usually my favorite Walgreens and my only Walgreens. However recently they have acquired some new staff and everyone has been pretty great except for this one lady I had to deal with today. I have this one prescription that sometimes there's a confusion with how to run it with my insurance to have it covered. Usually they can fix it within 60 seconds it's not a big deal and they quickly fix it anytime I've asked them to recheck. Staff member Julie, wouldn't go and double check when I asked her to and just proclaimed it's not covered. I asked her if was there somebody else I can talk to because I have been coming there a long time and this happens sometimes. And she told me well it's not covered. Finally I said do I have to come inside to talk to a different person. Then she finally got me a different staff member who had already corrected the problem that quickly before even coming over to me and solved the problem with kindness. Walgreens, Julie is not good with people and probably shouldn't be at the window.

Pharmacy has gone down the drain the female pharmacist is rude and you won’t get your prescription until you call and bother them about it and are so slow. Going to be switching pharmacies. Went in today to get something figured out and one lady couldn’t get it figured out and asked the pharmacist for help on the computer the pharmacist looked at the computer for about a minute and then walked away to do other prescriptions. I finally was like what are we doing about the prescription and the lady at the front was like the pharmacist is looking into it. The pharmacist leaking her head around the corner and was like oh I don’t know and the lady was helping me was like I don’t know either. So I was just standing there for a few minutes with them walking around not knowing what to do and just let me stand there. They were more worried about closing and getting out of there than helping a customer. The pharmacist final went on the computer and started to look into and another couple minutes goes by and they said I don’t know and we are closed now we will have to figure out tomorrow. Not impressed with the people they have in the pharmacy will definitely be going to a different pharmacy after I get this script figured out they have been going down hill for months.

Don’t expect them to fill your prescriptions or have them done the same day you ordered. They never have them done on time they’re always saying “Oh give me another hour” if you need your medicine to get through day to day life do NOT order anything from here. The convenience store is nice and friendly but the pharmacy is terrible I can’t believe they haven’t had more complaints or a staff change by now like come on.

Bought several items that were on sale. the sale prices displayed did not say anything about rewards. apparently the so called sale items are only for those with rewards. So when the items were rung up the total was about 12 dollars more than it should have been. I asked the clerk why the displayed sale prices didn't say rewards only. she had no answer. why does Walgreens do this? The clerk was rude and acted like my questions were wasting her time. Even though there was not another soul in the store. I think I should take my business to another pharmacy.

Their pharmacy is slow as ever. They took 20 min to get me medicine. I was in line in drive thru and they weren't even doing covid test. The girl seriously took 8 min to get my medication. Everyone keeps leaving the drive thru. I dang near asked her did she need me to come in and help her. This pharmacy is the worst one so far

Showed up for my covid booster appt. Had to fill out my paper work that I already filled out online all over again. Then 55 minutes later I go my vax. There was zero line. I don't have any idea why Walgreens makes us schedule an appt and then they are completely unprepared for us. This is our third booster and it has happened each time.

The people who work at the pharmacy are amazing. Even when it is busy, they do their best to get to you when they can. On one of my medications, I have to have the name brand only because any off-brand makes me incredibly ill. They have always done an amazing job with getting me what I need and ordering the correct medication in time for the scheduled pick up. I would highly recommend this location over the one on 60th and Kalamazoo. As for the rest of the staff in the store, they are always courteous and helpful.

Used this Walgreens for years but not any more. Entire pharmacy staff has changed since COVID. I’ve waited weeks for refills to be filled when it used to take less than a week. I’m still waiting on a June 20 order which is 23 days ago.

2/6 @approximately 4pm was served by a pretty rude staff member who apparently I discovered is the “assistant manager”. What a joke! Lacking common courtesy and customer service skills. Was standing right below drop off sign, only one on that line by the way. The pick up line on my right had about 4 customers in line. He showed up at the drop off counter didn’t acknowledge me fo whatever reason and proceeded to announce “who’s next in line”, like I literally didn’t exist! He proceeded to start serving people coming from the pick up line, at this time I stepped aside and after he was done with serving that gentleman proceeded to make the same announcement totally ignoring me. I called him out on that politely notified him that I’m at the drop off line and need to drop my prescription. He displayed as though he was irritated with me and only at this time did I get service. When I asked to speak to someone in charge guess who it was?? The rude staff member at the counter who had just totally acted like I never existed. I certainly hope customer relations pays some attention to this.

Love this Walgreens location. The pharmacy employees know my family and I due to one of my children who has special needs. They always go the extra mile to make sure everything goes smoothly with her prescription pickups and refills. Having to split an Rx between three places, they make it a breeze!

Had a prescription filled recently. I left the Dr office at 5 pm and asked the nurse if she called in the prescription, her response was yes. 45 minutes later the person at the pharmacy said they didn't have the script, it was not in transit, and it was not called in. I left and 10 min later I got a call saying it was ready for pick up. Went back and was waited on by the same person. She virtually called me a liar saying I couldn't have rec'd a call. Later, she found it. Amazing. Snippy, condescending attitude, rude no apologies. She is a blemish on an otherwise solid pharmacy.

This was my main pharmacy to have my meds sent to. But now I don't want to deal with them at all. I see they are more costly then many others in the same area. Shame on you. There are more economical pharmacy then walgreens

Really? They never have been good to me as of late. They need to get their act together. Never had my prescriptions ready when I needed them and they were inconvenient for me during the week. Never going to this location again.

Wonderful and helpful staff! Always prepared to assist their customers, and will order (for free) items that are not in store. I am always greeted with a warm smile, especially at their pharmacy. Best of all, they are quick to service you!

Went to this location and waited 5 minutes to get help with picking up some photos. Some tall, lanky, red haired, MGK wannabe is all the way down the aisle mopping the floor, chit chatting with another co-worker. Me and the guy make eye contact, he continues to mop the floor as if I'm not there. He makes his way down to the photo area still mopping the floor, he still doesn't acknowledge me. I asked him if he was working the photo station he said yes and gave me this blank stare and asked if he could help me with a "what do you want" type of tone. Normally the people in here are nice, but this guy... Should probably go retrain on providing proper customer service whether he feels like it or not, and understand that the floor is not more important than your customers.

So you would think that medications would generally cost around the same from one pharmacy to another. That could not be further from the truth. I had a prescription sent to this Walgreens and upon picking it up, the price tag was $286. That's ridiculous. So after calling a different pharmacy, Meijer to be exact, I got the same prescription for $15 and some change. How is this not considered price gauging? I don't recommend anyone using this or any Walgreens if this is how they do their customers. And not to mention they didn't have the other prescription I needed in stock and said it could be a few days. Wow!

I was a little embarassed to call about a mistake with my medication. Could have been my fault or theirs. The employees at Walgreens were awesome and handled it very well. They were super kind. Glad I recently switched pharmacies : )

I always have trouble refilling my prescriptions at this pharmacy, and I wish CVS hadn't burnt down (which is why I'm at Walgreens now). They're always telling me my insurance is rejecting it, I call the insurance, and find out that they're not "coding" it right. I went a week without medication when I could have had the prescription filled the first day, just because they were too lazy to code it correctly. TODAY, however, I had a dosage change. Went to fill the Rx and was told the insurance was rejecting it (shockerrrr). I call my insurance, they say they didn't submit it right (another shockerrrrr), I call Walgreens and get the RUDEST, NASTIEST lady basically calling me a DRUG SEEKER for an ANTI-PSYCHOTIC. WHAT?! She REFUSED to call the number my insurance told me to tell them to call to get the proper codes to put it through. I called my insurance again, and THEY called my pharmacy. 5 minutes, my INSURANCE had to fix the issue. SO. SICK. OF. THIS. PLACE.

I love this location and it is about 2 blocks from my house. All in one shopping, from getting a prescription to browsing the left over holiday clearance(which I personally ❤️❤️❤️)).
