This is the worst and most unreliable Walgreens in town and it has nothing to do with the staff beyond the people making decisions.Management removed contact barriers long before regulations were lifted, refused to protect employees by enforcing mask mandates even after they didn't have to and were regularly seen without masks. This location also failed to keep vaccines available for the majority of the time they were needed.They have now begun shutting the building down for hours at a time and blaming staffing issues.Of course no one wants to work at a location quite literally known as the "Ghetto Walgreens".They can't keep staff because it's not a good place to work and higher ups apparently won't step down to do the work to keep a LITERAL PHARMACY OPEN DURING A PANDEMIC.That's not why I find them unreliable though. This is the second time I have gone to pick up my prescriptions in an emergency and not been able to get them because they simply decided.....to not be there during the posted hours.I was hit by a vehicle as a pedestrian yesterday and was trying to pick up my pain medication for my pelvic contusion. Now I have to contact the hospital to send it to a real pharmacy instead of this booze and candy cellar. This location literally serves no purpose to this neighborhood if it literally does not serve the neighborhood. It's almost always closed now. Or at least you can bet that it will be at some point during scheduled business hours when you're trying to fill your prescription.

I feel like this Walgreens has been forgotten when it comes to any aesthetic updates or staffing. The pharmacy hours are often changing because of understaffing, the store is often dirty, and the staff are very obviously unhappy— the turnover is insane. I don’t know if this is a franchise or corporate, but dang, whoever is in charge at the top really needs to get their act together.

The cashier was on a personal call thru our whole transaction, messed up the transaction. My daughter went and purchased her items at the other register and waited for me by the door. When leaving, that same cashier accused her of stealing. The store doesn't even give receipts anymore so couldn't provide, the other cashier had to vouch. Horrible experience.. Will NEVER return

This store is always stocked with what i need. The store is always clean and isles easily accessible. The pharmacy staff is caring and helpful when I'm picking up meds or dropping off prescriptions.

I went to pick up some photos I ordered yesterday. I was told it’d be estimated ready at 10:02AM by email. I came close to 1pm and my photos weren’t ready. I didn’t get an email or text message about it. When I checked my account, there was no status of my order.That’s 100% okay, they’re just photos, but the lady who “assisted” acted like it was a burden for me to ask for the photos I ordered. I didn’t come any type of way, so I’m not sure what warranted the attitude towards me.

I am sick of this location. They never stock the shelves without you actually chasing down an employee and demanding them to do their job and get something, and if they aren't "on break" like many of them perpetually are you will probably get nasty shade thrown in your direction via some side eye. They have a habit of demanding (certain) people to leave backpacks (myself primarily despite NEVER stealing anything from them, having caught MULTIPLE shoplifters for them, all who weren't using a backpack, and when I comply I watch as an employee starts to rummage through it . And as recently as tonight I was literally threatened with violence by a customer in front of the cashier and they did NOTHING about it and was met with more rudeness by the cashier and didn't even get my receipt. I've got so many bad experiences with this place, the only reason I go is because its so close to my apartment, but I don't even return cans/bottles to this location anymore because of how rude they got because a few cans or bottles had a little moisture from them being rinsed out. The pharmacist is super rude, often will hang up on you over the phone, and the managers are just as rude as the new crop of high schoolers they have working for them right now. I would avoid this store if you have the option, there is another Walgreens just a few miles south of this location that is much nicer, with less confrontational employees that won't profile you upon entry.

They changed their pharmacy hours but it doesn't say that they're only open until 6pm on the automated call ypu get letting you know your script is ready... it says they're open until 9pm on the call. I went there after work just to see its closed. Pretty annoying.

Went there today. Half the the store had nothing on the shelves. Went to the manager and he pretty much blew me off, saying "we don't have any". The guy behind the register is cool though.

I dont know if they assume because this location is an an "urban" area that the standard of service is not held to that of different locations, but the experience i had at this location was deplorable. The woman working the front counter was rude and the manager Joe is even worse . If i could id give no stars but it wont let me!

I have been going here for years. The service is better than just about anyplace I have shopped. Employees are always friendly and more than helpful. By far my favorite Walgreens!

Love everyone in the store but as for the "pharmacist" Yea right LMBO... I was shocked at how not only rude and unwilling to even care to try to help me but how I knew more about the medicine I picked up without even reading pamphlet and she could care less. Had to search online myself, what the heck do they get paid for, is it just Walgreens, or her? And a major precaution for this med wasn't even in the pamphlet. Just kinda scary seeing that we pretty much put our trust in them to make sure we are safe :-\ SO JUST A HEADS UP TO ANYONE TAKING CLINDAMYCIN: don't lay down right after taking or you'll have SEVERE heartburn, they also say to eat lots of yogurt or take a probiotic?, it may cause a metallic taste in your mouth and if you are a female this medicine is know to cause "womanly" infections so my doctor said to also buy some monistat? Hope this helps someone like me who didn't know this information off the bat =)

The worst wagreens photo department. I placed an order online to pick up there. They forgot to put in half the order then when I had to go back to pick up the rest they didn't print, some of those were missing too. I'll never go back there. It's worth it just to drive to a further location.

Their door is broken, with no signage to warn people of the fact. A child was injured tonight, needing medical assistance and they refused to acknowledge the situation.

The Red Project is a Resource center on wheels citywide. I had the opportunity to get information and referrals for people in health crisis...Look for them in your community---Don't hesitate to ask questions!!

Will never get my perscription filled there ever again!!! The lady told me and my husband that they would have my medicine in on the next day and when I came to pick it up the same person told me that they didn't have it back and didn't know when it would be back!
