Your typical Walgreens store. The place was semi, clean and tidy. The staff were polite, friendly, and professional. I will continue going to this Walgreens because they are open. Twenty-four hours and picking up a prescription is super easy.

The Pharmacists and technicians have always gone above and beyond for myself and my son. They are always kind, very helpful, and follow-up when needed. I think working in Pharmacy has to be one of the toughest, most under-appreciated professions now a days…especially during and after COVID.Just wanted to show my appreciation for their hard work! I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone, especially with the 24 hour convenience.

One of the few places left that's actually open 24/7 and has a decent selection of necessities and miscellanea.I've been able to transfer my prescription to their pharmacy over the phone as late as 9:00 p.m. and still pick it up that night. I've also been able to get an emergency dose of medication filled there late. Also, the staff are always very friendly.

I would give them a zero if I could. How does a pharmacy lose a prescription? Since you can't seem to answer that, how about where to send you a bill when my insurance denies coverage for another office visit to get a new one since I don't see them believing me when I tell them you lost the first one?

P.o.s. employees, waited 2 hours with my kids in the car, after being relased fro.the hospital. Tried picking up the meds 3 times in 2 hours, each time they didnt start them and told me a half hour or longer wait. After the third attempt i told them never mind and left, hospital visit again tomorrow it looks like just so my 3 year old can get the meds he needs. Thanks for the wate of time for nothing at all.

Every time I refill my prescription they call me and tell me it’s ready and when I go there they tell me it’s never ready. It’s unhealthy to always be late on your medication. Birth control should not be that hard to get.

When I call and speak to either the pharmacist or technician. They are so fast to get you off the phone. I call and pretty much have to say “I am not finished speaking” I have called a few times for a prescription refill, I have 2 and they only hear 1 then pass me off or try to get me off phone. I have been waiting for weeks for a refill that should have been resolved already only if they would listen….

After the way I was just treated, I'll be moving to a new pharmacy After I pick up my script today. I have never, ever been treated so disrespectful and rude. The pharmacist was rude, spoke to me like I was one of her children. I've been going there for years. Not any more.

a couple years ago I rated this place highly. Nowadays not so much. The pharmacy at the place wasn't able to get my proper birth control which never was an issue until now. Chloe was absolutely useless in helping us through this. She basically told us that we have to just start calling pharmacys and asking if they have it. I personally feel like if you guys can't provide the meds that I need the least you could do is steer us in the right direction and look up if any other places have the meds. Making us go on a wild goose chase just to make sure that I have the right birth control is ridiculous. I am so disappointed :( I understand that things happen and sometimes they aren't able to get the right meds but the level of disrespect and lack of compassion or willingness to help is outrageous.

The pharmacy has been terrible today and for the past few months. I have had my mom pick up my prescriptions for me the past two months and they have given her nothing but issues. The CVS is Amazing and I will be switching. I called last week and yesterday to make sure that my prescription would be ready because I know the holidays are a busy and hectic time and didn’t want to waste any of my moms time however clearly they love to do nothing but that. They told her that nobody had called it in and it would take additional time I have proof in my call logs of calling them last week and yesterday extremely disappointed with their pharmacy however the male pharmacist that I picked it up from today I felt incredibly sorry. The female pharmacist working today late afternoon seemed as if she had knew it was supposed to be ready and laughed it off. Blaming the customer when we had called like I said multiple times.

I’ve had two phenomenal experiences at Walgreens pharmacy this week alone, both of which have saved me significant $’s. Two separate pharmacy techs, one was a lady whose name I didn’t catch and one was a guy named Kyle, found manufacturers coupons to help lower our costs for some very expensive prescriptions. I truly appreciate them taking extra time to do this and always feel well served by this 24 hour pharmacy. Very attentive!

Made an appointment online for my daughter 2 weeks ago to get Covid vaccine for 9:45. Get to store at 9:30. Wait 20 minutes for the one person in front of me to be finished. They pull up info for the wrong child. Have to fill out paperwork I had already completed online because and I quote "the computer system isn't smart enough to retrieve it". Get told to go to door on other side of store for shot. That was 20 minutes ago. Still waiting. Dont even know if anyone is behind that door. I can easily see how hesitant parents would have run for the hills by now

The staff here is very friendly and helpful even in the middle of the night. The pharmacists seem genuinely interested in helping people get what they need and if they don't know about a certain health concern, they'll take time to look it up. The only negative I've seen is the cooler/freezer stock is sometimes open or damaged - I had sticky ice cream on the outside of the Tahini container I pulled out so I went to get another but all the others were the same. I'm guessing their delivery person left them out, it happens. I also had a leaky Arizona tea a few weeks ago but I don't hold it against the location, just check if your products are sealed before you buy.

My fiancee had outpatient surgery so at 8pm this was our only choice. She had quite a few prescriptions but they said 20 min and we are good. With her puking from anesthesia and my 2 year old up past bed time I didn't appreciate having to wait over an hour after being lied to then treated with no courtesy or respect but more as a burden for being patient.

Today I called this location asking simply if they had flowers, instead of someone respecting my questions they proceeded to be extremely rude and answer with mediocre one word answers. Being on the phone with someone from here is like being on the phone with a toddler. This is one if not the worst Walgreens experiences I have ever had. I truly cannot believe people that disrespectful and ignorance for doing their job can be hired at a chain like this. Management.... what is this?

The Pharmacy: everyone that I interacted with on the phone was incredibly helpful. I was using another Walgreen's pharmacy on the other side of town and they were unable/unwilling to help. They didn't have the RX I needed in stock and couldn't help me with any substitute options that worked for me. I called this pharmacy, they listened to my concern, took the time to look up alternative options and placed an order to have a different option filled for me. This was not the usual "corporate feel" it felt more like a local pharmacy. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

Made an appointment online for 2:15pm to get a 2 second shot. Walked into the store and got in line at 2pm. It’s now 10 mins to 3pm and a few other people have been waiting about an hour to get a walk in and walk out 2 second shot. I will never be using Walgreens for anything medical related after this. This is extremely unprofessional.

Horrible over the phone customer service. After waiting on hold for over 11 minutes, when she finally answered me she wouldn't give me more than 2 minutes. 1st telling me that she couldn't find me in the system lol and when I gave her my RX number to help make things easier for her, she said I had to be put back on the hold because there were too many people still waiting.. before I could even respond, she just put me back on hold! and ummm is there NO system in place for who's 1st, 2nd, etc..?

Had a rough day today.. roads were bad I had my daughter with me I had to go to the dr and turns out I'm actually sicker then I thought. I made it to walgreens to get my prescriptions and my car gets suck! Drew was absolutely amazing he took my keys to see where it was at and to see what was going on with it. I was going to help him after I picked up my prescriptions but he came back and had it all unstuck and was so happy to help even though it freezing cold! I definitely appreciated it. This place just has amazing customer service in general!

The pharmacist TJ always goes above and beyond helping out. When my doc puts me on a new med, he always calls in a couple days to see how I am doing and if I am having and side effects. Its great having this level of care from a national store.

Location is mostly clean. Good variety of items. 3 stars because i get harassed ever time i buy cigarettes or beer. You don't need my 16 yr olds id just mine to sell age restricted items. Training needed.

I see a lot of people complaining about the wait time for this pharmacy, they are just very busy. Patience is a virture. The staff is knowledgeable and also the photo mart is also great, always have good prints.
