Took over 7 days to get my prescription in and when It did come in I wasn't even notified, I had to call them to find out. Hold time for the phone is also significantly longer than most, far busier Walgreens despite being one of the least busy Walgreens I have ever been to.

What I like about this Walgreens is that it's not on the busy part of Grand Rapids. Same quality and service as the other locations. And I like how nice and helpful they are!

I was at this Walgreens recently. Lets just say the pharmacy went over and above the service they normally provide. They didn't have to do what they did for me. I truly, truly appreciated their efforts. I normally go here and have never had any issues with the pharmacy nor the store in general. The staff are always nice. Just remember - if you are nice, people will be nice to you.

Very rude, pharmacist kept cutting me off. Even if they are busy they should be able to let you give a 30 second explanation of why you’re calling. She tried arguing with me about details of conversations she wasn’t involved in (from another pharmacy) when it was irrelevant to what I was asking for (to transfer my Rx to a different pharmacy). Walgreens in general has gone way downhill. This location was disappointing. I’d rather take my business to a pharmacy that appreciates my business!

I was extremely disappointed with the service I received at the Walgreens pharmacy. My 84 year old father was in excruciating pain and in need of a prescription, but the pharmacist was extremely unaccommodating and seemed to be in no rush to help. To make matters worse, when I tried to address the situation, the pharmacist shrugged it off and blamed his poor behavior on the fact that it was almost his lunch break. This was a difficult situation made even more so by the lack of empathy and professionalism displayed by the pharmacist. I would not recommend this Walgreens location to anyone looking for quality care and compassionate service.

This Walgreens at forest hills and Cascade road is the worst one in Grand Rapids, the service at the prescription counter is pitiful. There is one middle age girl about 35 who stalls the best she can to avoid waiting on customers. Three times she told customers to wait at the counter for their scripts while rest of us had to wait 15 minutes until that person received her meds. She does the same thing at the drive in ,instead of telling them to pull over or come inside the cars line up.She is horrible and they are too stupid to figure this out. I waited 20 minutes yesterday while she was stalling with a customer reading scripts from meijers, one man called a pharmacist over and told her all I want to do is renew a script. Like I said, no one over there takes it upon their self to get rid of her. This place is bad.

Waited 35 minutes past our appointment time for a flu shot. Meanwhile, we could hear the staff in the pharmacy talking about their dietary needs, weekend plans, etc. When my husband approached to ask about a timeframe for how much longer, he got totally blown off, so we left.When I called to make sure that no claim would be submitted to my insurance company for vaccines that were not received, the pharmacist interrupted me, talked over me, and ultimately talked down to me.

We were made to wait 30min for an HPV vaccine for my son. Not a single person in front of us. When I informed them we could only wait 10 more min the pharmacist chastised me that he had many patients in front of us. That is a lie. I listen to him doing courtesy calls not issuing new Rx. Also they lied and stated that the Guardasil requires mixing. This is also false.

Exceptionally slow service with prescriptions that were called in hours before by the doctor. Associates were quite grumpy and said they had a bunch of other stuff on the list so I’d have to wait till they were done with the whole list. Only person there waiting.

Went into Walgreens today to get a prescription filled and It was like they were burdened to even acknowledge there was a person waiting. This was my first time getting a prescription at that location so I went to the Walgreens at Cascade and 28th and had great service.

If you come here for the pharmacy prepare to wait 10 minutes, whether you go inside or the drive through. They’re always understaffed. This is the poorest managed Walgreens pharmacy I’ve ever been to. After using Walgreens for years, I’m going to find a new pharmacy. Such a disappointment.

On the mornings that I stop here I'm always greeted with a kind hello and a smile. Jeff- who is the cashier I usually see is so friendly and talkative. He's genuinely a nice person. I drive by two other Walgreens just to stop at this one and leave with a smile. Thanks Jeff for brightening up my day.

Went in to get a flu shot. Stood at the counter for 5 mintues, listening to 2 people try to figure out a prescription (which was confidence building). Finally about a minute after chime being set off again by a 2nd customer, I was finally acknowledged. Of course I was then told that it was too late to get a flu shot as they were closing in 7 minutes and had prescriptions to fill. I would avoid this Walgreen's pharmacy.

This Walgreens has, hands down, the best pharmacy in Grand Rapids. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. They will happily take the time to answer all of your questions. They are very knowledgeable, and clearly care about each person's inquiry and customer experience. Truly amazing service.

I have a prescription that gets filled every month from this pharmacy, and like clockwork every single month it's either delayed or out of stock. This month it was delayed again and it's been more than a week and I haven't even heard from the pharmacy about it being in stock yet. Get your pharmacy items elsewhere.

I have recently been using the Walgreen's online photo store and it's great! I started out using snapfish and a Walgreen's associate recommended I go directly through Walgreens. Best recommendation! They really do a great job! Photo quality is great!

Everyone is very friendly. The store is always clean and generally stocked. I prefer Walgreens pharmacy over Meijer. I am not a fan of the long wait & given wrong medications that you can get at the Meijer pharmacy.

Please update your store hours on google. Tried to use this pharmacy for a prescription as mine was closed, but when I arrived at 745, it was not open despite stating so on google. Very frustrating when you are sick and in pain to have to transfer the prescription and go to the other side of town for it. Cashier was not the friendliest but the store was clean and stocked otherwise.

75 minutes on hold for the pharmacy tonight. Long hold time is inevitable with them, but tonight they really outdid themselves. This, in a long line of other issues. Finding a new pharmacy just became my first priority.

This Walgreens has an ad on google maps that kept getting in my way. If I am looking for a pharmacy I will seek out a pharmacy. Paying to be shoved in my face makes me want to go elsewhere.
