I'm so happy this place exists! Our kitty smudge is well taken care of here. Jill looks after eating / litter habits while also watching their comfort levels and adjusting free roam of the amazing cat hotel! Smudge enjoyed the cat walk, live TV and all of the playtime with Jill! And I enjoyed the picture updates while I was away. I can tell Smudge had a great time on vacation too. We're so happy with Cats Pajamas!

The best place to board your cat! Unlike any other pet boarding I’ve seen. I got daily pictures and videos from how my kitty was doing, and she was outside of a cage for most of her stay. When I went to pick her up, she was relaxing up on the elevated catwalk, not a care in the world. Highly recommend for top-tier cat care.

We have used many places to board our cats over the years and I am confident we will never need to find another one. Cat's Pajamas is a great place, with lots of light and room for the cats to explore and relax. The daily updates and pictures were so appreciated and there is no question our Chicory came home well cared for.

I had a house sitter scheduled but last minute it fell through. The owner, Jill, was super quick to respond and let me know she had room! My cat has never boarded anywhere before, so I was quite nervous. The facility is very clean and has lots of different equipment and toys for the kitty's to play on. I was having surgery and due to complications, I had to stay an extra night. Jill was more than accommodating and reassured me it was okay for him to stay an additional night. I received text message updates and photos. Forget a house sitter next time, I'm taking my cat back to The Cat's Pajamas! When we picked up he was relaxed and didn't want to leave! I'm so thankful for Jill and her cat boarding facility!

When my wife and I moved back to Grand Rapids last year we had to find somewhere to board our two cats. I contacted Jill and made the reservation. She was very flexible with us as our timeline shifted a bit during the chaos of the move. She took them in and cared for them while the movers got all our furniture into the new house. We were relieved to know that our fur babies were happy and safe while we got through the process. I wouldn't hesitate to bring them back to her. 10/10.

We have used The Cat's Pajamas twice (so far) to board our active, social kitty and we have been so pleased. Jill is so sweet and seems to understand what kitties need to feel safe and happy. It has been nice knowing that our cat is having a good time, is safe, and has interaction while we are away.

This place is the best!! Not like other pet boarding places at all! Our cat has stayed with Jill at the cats pajamas twice now, and each time has been so great! She’s very personable and treats your cat like her own! & they get to mingle with other cats, so cool?! Jill Sends update pictures throughout the stay as well, will be booking a stay with her next month!!!

My two opposite personality kitties both love it here!Freya is a skittish kitty by nature and had plenty of places to hide and feel safe and check out the cat TV.Cyrus is a chonky boy that craves attention, LOVES the outdoor catio, loves shelves, and needs meds rubbed in his ear flap twice a day.Jill took great care of my kitties and she'll take great care of yours too =)

I just couldn't recommend Jill and her cat hotel more. The hotel itself is a cat's dream. Little toys, playful environments, fun places for cats to poke around on and in; every cat's primary impulse - checking things out. Each cat has their own little (not all that little) room. I say room but they are very nice kennels. The cats pretty much have the run of the front part of the bottom floor of her house. There is a big window in the front of the room that looks out on the sidewalk and there are often people looking in at the cat show. Jill seems to have it down to a science. I won't take up room here going into it, but everything from when they get there - a little time for the cat to spend in their room alone, getting used to it, to the other cats (and her adorable little long-haired dachshund who patrols the room and interacts so sweetly with all his feline companions), to the pick-up routine. It is a smooth little operation she has. And one of the best parts, for those people like me who were reluctant even to turn over my little cat to another person and part with him for some time, Jill will be sending you pictures of the grand time that your cat is having. One of our favorites was people in the window looking in at our boy looking back at them from his perch on one of the cat condos. I will look forward to making plans to be out of town in the future knowing that we have such a great place to take our boy.

Our cat was well cared for during our Thanksgiving trip! Jill was so nice, and she provided regular check-ins during our cat's stay. We were pleased the cleanliness and toys/perches provided for the cats, as well as the fact that each cat had their own "condo." Highly recommended!

Wow!! Highly recommend!! I boarded my cat for a week and I had total peace of mind, Jill sent me updates to let me know how he was adjusting. There’s no other facility like this, I love that the cats can free roam with the option to stay in their big kennels if they want to. The catio is next-level, all around very pleased a place like this exists in our city!

We are so happy that we found The Cat's Pajamas to board our cats at! After our vet canceled their boarding services we were left in a lurch for a holiday. And after calling around this was our last call (it should have been our first!).Jill is amazing and is very easy to get a hold of. She's is very understanding and on the ball when it comes to cats and if they have any extra needs. One of our cats takes pills twice a day and she was amazing with him. And when I forgot a couple of things for their stay, she was very accommodating for me to be able to drop them off before or after hours. We also got pictures, and sometimes videos, daily of our cats while we had them boarded for the 5 days they were there. We won't be looking for another border anytime soon! Cannot recommend this place enough!

We had an awesome experience with The Cat’s Pajamas. Our kitten, Wednesday, briefly needed a place to stay while we were having renovations done in our home. Jill was extremely helpful, kind, and considerate. She made sure that Wednesday was comfortable and properly cared for. She even sent adorable pictures of the cats hanging out! We could see that our kitty was having a blast exploring and socializing. The Cat’s Pajamas is a wonderful addition to Eastown and I highly recommend it. Jill was amazing! Faith (our kitty) is a indoor outdoor cat and when we were heading on our vacation with the weather was so chilly I had to find a place for her. Finding a cat kennel was hard...Cat's Pajamas (Jill) opened not to long ago thankfully :-) Started out our flight were delay I called Jill and she was so easy to work with. Daily we received photos or video of Faith enjoying her time playing and getting snuggles. Faith was able to met new kitty friends and explored new territories.

I feel so lucky to have this business in the neighborhood! We needed somewhere to watch after our cat, Bear, for a week and a half while we went on vacation. I had never boarded him before and was nervous but it was an amazing experience. Bear seemed happy and relaxed, and Jill was a pleasure to work with. They lost my friend's cat and never contacted her about it until she arrived to pick up. They then refused to refund her any of the costs and also refused to help look for her cat. Accidents unfortunately happen, but was not handled well at all by the owner.

My cat Muffin had a great time while I went away on an unexpected trip! I love that this is available to me because cats are more social than a lot of people think! It really helped me to relax knowing that she was well taken care of, as Jill sent me pictures and was great with answering questions I had about Muffins days there. I loved that Muffin had her own space when she wanted to be alone, but could also soak up sun in the window, get personal attention, and play with her cat Jack. I will definitely be bringing Muffin back when I go on vacations or have another unexpected trip come up. Thank you Jill!

I am so happy with this kitty hotel and I will be visiting again in the future! I didn't feel like I needed to worry about whether my baby was safe or taking her medicine. Jill texted me everyday with an update and a picture, and I felt so much less anxiety knowing my kitty was in a safe space with other kitties, managed by true cat lovers!

I used to board my cats at the veterinarian, but they no longer provide that service. I found this place on Google and called the owner. I could tell right away that she really loves what she does! I felt extremely comfortable leaving my two cats in Jill's care, she made the whole process easy and pleasant. Our cat, Abi, spent a few days at The Cat's Pajamas a few weeks ago. We were worried because we had never left her before, but she did great. The Cat's Pajamas understands cats and gave her time to adjust to her new surroundings. When she was ready, she came out of her "condo" to explore. She received lots of loving attention and was able to make the most of her stay. She will reside there again in a few weeks. I had three cats stay at The Cat's Pajamas during the recent power outage. The trio stayed together at a cat condo. The place is very friendly and clean. Entertainment for the residents included toys, perches, window, hammocks, and I'm sure I'm forgetting something. The owner Jill did a great job communicating about how the cats were doing and sending pics. Can't recommend highly enough!

We have been using the cats pajamas for a few months now and love it. Jill is very accommodating to our kitty. The location is open for cats to roam. Jill also offers insulin injections so that is a nice service for our cat! Will continue to come back for our cat hotel needs :).
