Typical TJ Maxx. I prefer Home Goods but if you are looking for makeup, clothes or travel bags TJ Maxx is great.

Surprisingly low clothing inventory compared to other Maxx stores. The store is nice and bright but the clothing section is small and not well stocked.

I very much enjoyed spending some time shopping in the store tonight. It was a little messy, but for the moat part, ok. The prices on things were not the best, but we made it all work. The thing I want to talk about the most was the absolute best customer service I have had in over 4 years (I promise). I was even taken back from how great the customer service was. Thank you for reminding me that those are the standards that employees and employers should be practicing and demonstrating. Hailey was wondering, great job, lady, and thank you so much.

Some of their things have amazing prices, some of the things, like furniture seem high. But they carry such a huge variety always need to check it out to see dor yourself.

Love the jewelry. I was helped by Mary at the E. Beltline store and she was so friendly and pleasant. I will definitely come back and hopefully she can help me again. What a nice person and asset of an employee

A very very busy place. Many items that I had seen the prices were very good for the quality of the products. Many great deals. The cashier's were friendly and polite as well.

It was very nicely stocked and the place has more room for you to be able to walk around and not have to try to get through the lane. Racks were full of products and you have to come again to see what new items came in. We got a tea kettle which was marked from $15 to 9.99. I lifted up the markdown ticket and it was already marked down to 9.99 already from the Home Store! Hopefully ehen we come through next time,you will do a better job of marking down a mark down or take the old slip off before you put on anotherr slip which can be pulled back to see the other price under the new pricing.

The location I went to on Alpine Street they didn't have hardly anything was a girl telling me a truck comes in every day. I had one of the workers yell at me throughout the store that I couldn't go try something on. She didn't have to do that the way she did it that was very unnecessary! It seems that any other TJ Maxx stores has way more stuff and they're not rude I've had this happen twice over there now

Ouch inventory, selection and size choices remains incredibly low. Love shopping here but have to take my money elsewhere due to a lack of options. Will return in the next few weeks to see if anything has improved.

TJ Maxx has a great variety of name brand goods at discount prices. The rotating stock can be frustrating sometimes, but also adds to wide variety this one store has to offer. If you don't find what you're looking for you can sometimes find it a week later. I especially appreciate the local coffee options they sometimes carry.

Friendly staff. Good prices. Selection isn't as good as other TJ's. I don't know why, maybe it's in line with the demographics, but they don't seem to get the good name brands; rather mediocre. The Lakeshore Mall store has a much better selection.

Hardly any guys pants or clothing. Seemed like minimal home decor and other house supplies. Not sure if just went on a day when stock was low andthey were expecting a shipment soon, but pretty bare for the items I wanted.

I hate that they moved all the way out to Knapp’s corner. It was so convenient on Alpine. And I just visited their new location, expecting it to be vastly changed. It honestly looked about the same as it did on Alpine. I do not see why they felt the need to move. My family, friends and I were greatly disappointed and will not be going back to their new location. 👎🏼

Well their selection is not bad, standing in line and waiting to purchase two or three items became rather frustrating. I personally feel they should have a self-checkout as I was waiting for a customer who decided to tell their life story

Working here became atrocious. The amount of work you did was insane for the pay. Managers just chat in the office all day and tell everyone else to get rewards on the headset.

I found some pretty good deals on some home goods. Their plus size section is nothing to write home about. Burlington has a much better selection and better prices on the same things.

Clean store, nice people, I enjoy the HABA and looking at all of the goodies, not sure how I get the exact hairspray and other HABA's at such a great deal here but it keeps me coming back.

Fitting rooms smelt like rotten feet and the lady who worked the desk for the fitting room was horrible! Was my first time inside the store and when I went to try on the clothes, she just stared at me with the bitchiest look. I said I had 4 items and she mumbled something so I said "pardon me" and she continues to stare at me like I was an idiot then I had to say pardon me twice more before she snapped and said "I need to touch your items". So she did and then stared at me until I walked away. So impolite and weird. Tried on a couple things then left as fast as I could.

TJ Max is always a joy to walk into! Their styles are always "right on", the store is real clean, and there is just no place else where you can find name brand merchandise for the prices they charge! TJ Max, Marshalls' and Home Goods, we need more stores like you!!!
