Big time fan of this place! We had our eye on a different place originally because I read that they had vegan soft serve. It's been years since I've had soft serve and that sounded amazing. Unfortunately, we had too much fun that day and didn't get around to ice cream until later and they were closed.Before we left the go cart track we were at I did a quick search to see what was open. I called Sweet Rewards, which was close, and they had vegan ice cream and surprisingly it was soft serve too! They closed late too so we headed that way.My wife and I ordered the mixer (not sure what they called it but basically a Blizzard). We went with Oreo. Kids had regular ice cream that they liked. The vegan stuff we got was excellent! Anyone sear searching for vegan soft serve needs to check this place out!

Nice little stop for ice cream. I got the "nachos" ... it was pretty good. Fun concept for ice cream. Staff was friendly and helpful with picking out two toppings. 🍦🍨🍧🥃

They have Michigan pothole!! Great variety for ice cream & also a good food selection. Reasonable prices. Plenty of outdoor seating & a drive up window.

My husband and I went there to pick up ice cream. We were amazed by how packed it was at 10 pm!!! After eating it, we were not surprised anymore. It is one of the best ice cream we have ever tasted. It is so delicious. The menu is large for us:) so many options. There are also seats outside. It is a small local place but indeed it does compete the big chains.

While waiting I noticed the car at the front of the line get handed an oddly crooked soft serve ice cream cone. Instead of making a new one, they proceed to hand the customer a cup and spoon aware of the error they could’ve easily corrected. Unsurprisingly, I also then got handed a crooked soft serve ice cream cone that looked like it was about to slide right off the cone at any second. When asking for a new one, I received mean girl attitude and sad excuses. Looks like quality control is an issue now.*update 5/23: still crooked

The line went really quick for how big it was! The chili dog was really good with the perfect amount of condiments. My son had a banana split and said it was fantastic! I had a flavor burst cone and it was the only thing I'd give less than a 5 star on. It had barely any flavor and tasted just like vanilla ice cream. If I had to guess the setting was on a 2 or 3 for flavor and that just isn't enough. Other than that everything was great!

Asked for a waffle cone with two scoops on Michigan pothole ice cream which came to six dollars. Houseman's in BC gives you more for a fraction of the price.

Been here multiple times and will keep going back. Have gotten ice cream through both walking up and driving up and they are fast and courteous both ways. The ice cream is always delicious and they have so many options, especially for my toddler who changes her mind about what she wants every time we go.

Always busy. Have to look on line to see if there busy or not. But they usually are. You can only you use cash. Me and my mom keep going there as long as there open to the time they close. I don't recommend it everyday but the ice cream is good. But they sell hot dogs, fries, hamburgers, pop, flurries, etc. So you should go there and try there food and ice cream out. It's not that expensive plus they have drive thru and picnic tables outside

Sweet Rewards has and continues to be the go to place for ice cream treats in the Cutlerville area!!! The chocolate shakes are delicious!!! Had there chili dogs as well!!! Everything on the menu is very good!!!Very popular and busy ice cream shop!!!

First time here, just passing through and sampled the hand dipped, soft serve and shake. The soft serve ice cream here is exceptional. They also served the shake with a proper wide shake straw that’s big enough for nice chunks of fruit to come through.

It's pretty good ice cream. Many selections of flavors and different varieties of ice cream. They also have a hot food menu. I want to try the chili cheese fries. Sounds bomb.

Sweet Rewards is our go to ice cream place. Neighborhood wouldn’t be the same without it. Everyone is very polite and the ice cream always satisfies. I’d stick with the cold treats, though. The hot dogs, chili, nachos, etc, are high school cafeteria quality.

This place definitely brings the "Ma and PA shop" aura. It's lovely. I love taking my kids here. Prices are very very decent, almost seems like they should ve more expensive but thank the Lord they're not, lol

Some of the best prices in town. It's nice to see a place that is pretty consistently busy not hike their ice cream cost.I've never made a bad selection here. Sometimes my family and I try something new. Other times we stick to our personal favorites. My wife really enjoys that they carry Michigan Pot Hole ice cream.

The ice cream is good there I used to bring my kid there frequently last year but after seeing how much the prices went up I'll go to the grocery store for Hudsonville ice cream and sugar cones for a small fraction of the price the ice cream shop is charging now.

Great little Ice Cream shop....I have been going here for for years.. Super good and so glad they are still around. Sometimes soft serve have a weird taste but this one tastes great. (One tiny mistake, listen to the customers request. I ordered a m&m flurries and then a hot fudge twist sundae and for some reason, the girl made the flurry from twist ice cream as well so my husband wasn't too happy but he still ate it)

We love this place! I have to control myself every time I drive by or I'd be getting a chocolate peanut butter malt every day. They have a walk up window so you can eat on location and they also have a drive thru. Not only do they serve ice cream but they also have other food.

Nice place and good service wouldn't recommend going through the drive through during busy hours... the outside line goes way faster. Last time I went they had cars wrapping around the building and they had a pretty decent outside line but only two cars gone through by the time I got my ice-cream.

The workers were very friendly. The ice sundaes where small in size. And expensive. Our usual ice cream shop closed for the winter. So we went there. Can't wait for our usual ice cream shop to open next spring.

Have loved coming here as long as i can remember. Tables to sit at out front, drive thru. Good selection of ice cream, smoothies, slushies. They also have some hot dogs as well. Good time for making some family memories. Worth the wait in line when they are busy and a great way to cool down on a hot day.
