Splash and Dash did an amazing job with our German shepherd (who has sensitive skin) and they staff is super friendly! He is super clean and feels so soft, plus they gave him the cutest bandanna! We will definitely be back, highly recommended ☺️

After our first time going in I am absolutely blown away by how great of a job these guys did on my two Maltese! Samantha was so kind and professional, plus she made sure that she asked all of the right questions before taking them in for their first appointment. They both left the groomer in a great mood, and their haircuts look amazing. I love the little holiday bow tie that they got as well! This will definitely be our groomer moving forward!

The place was clean and cute, and Samantha was super friendly! They were able to accomplish everything we asked for in terms of grooming. Rusty's haircut is just perfect and exactly as we wanted. On top of that, Rusty got a cute little Halloween-themed tie. He loves it, and he highly recommends this place!

We had the absolute best experience at Splash and Dash! I have taken my lab mix to 2 other groomers in the area thus far and there was a SIGNIFICANT difference in the results I got here. Samantha was so sweet with my pup and the environment was much more calm which I appreciated. We have found our new place for sure!

From the minute I walked in the door I felt welcomed. Samantha greeted me immediately and told me all about what Splash and Dash has to offer. It was my dog, Luna's, first time getting groomed and they made her feel so comfortable. When I picked her up,she looked beautiful and smelled so good. I will be back. It was that easy!

Vicki and her staff did a terrific job with Maverick once again. He is mostly Great Pyrenees so he does have long hair especially on his tail, underbelly, and backside and they went above and beyond again making him look his best.

Took my dog there for a wash, cut and brushing. He weighs close to 50lbs if not under. I was charged for an extra large breed dog. The next morning I brushed him again and continued to get a large amount of hair out of him. I would recommend finding another groomer.

Very impressed. Never knew my gruff old dog could look so handsome. Sam is a young entrepreneur and she is doing a great job building this business. The people are nice, the pricing is reasonable, and they do great work.

I took my two wooly huskies that had never been groomed before to this place. The ladies there worked so hard to make them gorgeous. It took a while and was expensive, but it was worth it. (And they were a handful which is why it was so expensive) I couldn't believe how amazing their coats looked after getting groomed here. Whole new dogs!

I have never had a bad experience at Splash and Dash. Our 11-year-old pug has NEVER liked getting her toenails clipped. When we moved here three years ago I found Splash and Dash by accident. From Lucy's first experience there I knew the staff was caring and they have always treated her gently. Now that Samantha has taken over as owner that wonderful treatment has made a seamless transiton.

a danger to your pet, steer clear. the groomer burned our dog so badly he had blisters from the sanitary trim and horrible scabs on both ears that have scarred. my mother brought him in and asked for tangles brushed out and a puppy cut, and clearly instructed her not to use a bare razor on him because he burned easily. the groomer claimed she couldn't get her comb through minor tangles and shaved all of him about to the skin with a bare razor. completely unacceptable in just about every possible way.

I went for the first time today. I have passed by numerous times heading to Shaggy Pines dog park and finally decided to stop in and get a nail trim for my 2 dogs. First I was blown away just by walking in by the incredible ambiance of the place, so tastefully done and decorated. Next an employee came out (who I discovered was the owner Samantha ) and she was so warm, kind, and friendly off the bat that I felt totally comfortable sending my dogs in for a nail trim which was huge for me as I had a really bad experience at a different pet store/groomer and didn't know if I could trust any store again. And then there was the incredible toy and treat/chew selection all high quality and natural. I was blown away , and will most definitely be back monthly for various services. Thank you Samantha, you run a great store.

Splash and Dash was amazing! This was Zoey's first experience and she came back looking so posh and clean! S&D were very friendly and easy to work with and made us feel so comfortable to leave our little Zoey there for a few hours. They were also very quick to make an appointment to get her in. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

5 stars all the way around from me!! I can say one million wonderful things about this place! I brought my frenchie here for a quick spa day and had the most wonderful experience. Do yourself a favor and bring your doggos here!!!

We had a painless experience grooming our husky here. His fur was pretty matted despite our battle to brush him every few days. He's from a hotter climate and his coat seems to do weird things at times. I made an appointment and the woman at the check in desk seemed genuinely enthusiastic about her job. In the past we had a groomer and vet inform us that he growled a lot when people were working around his hind area so I passed along that info. The woman at the desk asked me a few questions and then I passed over our dog. She interacted professionally and kindly with our husky and made some recommendations on what would be best for his coat. I deferred to her suggestions and was not disappointed.Our husky looked and smelled amazing. His coat was groomed perfectly and he was happy! The same woman from before filled me in and told me he growled a little but seemed to really enjoy his grooming (which is how he acts at home). She was extremely kind to me and our loudmouthed husky. Overall, I would recommend having your pet groomed here. We plan to bring our other two huskies by for grooming soon!

I absolutely LOVE bringing my golden retrievers to Splash and Dash. Vicki always has a way of making me feel like a genuinely appreciated customer and you can tell that she really cares about not only the people, but the dogs as well! This place feels like family, and I've only been a return customer for about a year. I recommend this place to anybody with a dog that has anxiety/social issues, because Vicki and her team truly care about their wellbeing. Prices are very reasonable and I will continue to bring my dogs here for as long as they're around.

They take such good care of your babies, you'd think they are their babies! I even took my 11 year old lab who currently has a torn acl to them without a worry- that is how much I trust Vicki and her team. <3 My boys always come home smelling nice and feeling SOOO SOFT. Reasonably priced too. 12/10 recommend!

Our golden doodle puppy is definitely an outside dog and was in desperate need of a groom (we live in the woods, burrs galore!). In looking at reviews of groomers closer to where we live after relocating, Slash and Dash had great reviews go I figured I'd try it out. So glad I did! I spoke with the owner on the phone and expressed my concerns and asked questions and she was super helpful. The groom itself only took about 3 hours and our pup came back to us looking amazing! I would definitely recommend this location and they now have themselves a returning customer!

I love this place! My pup gets her nails trimmed there. Every time I call for same day availability, they get me in within the hour. I truly appreciate the extra care. They even know me and my dog by name!

We have been taking our Bernedood to Splash & Dash since rescuing him in the fall of 2018, and they've always taken exceptional care of him during every visit. Vicki and her staff are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. They listen to the owner's requests BUT they will also be very honest about the best grooming that is necessary for one's pet to keep him/her comfortable and looking their best until the next "tidy up" or full-groom. The saying, "You get what you pay for" is entirely true when it comes to finding a groomer for your pet; it's not just about a good shave/cut--it's care about how they are bathed, how their ears are trimmed and plucked, how their nails are trimmed/filed, and the grooming required for those "unspeakable" areas ;)--all of these things are part of a good grooming experience, and Vicki and her team do an amazing job with it all. It also feels great to support a local business, especially now. We highly recommend Splash & Dash!

This place is great. Bentley always come back super happy and they treat every dog like family. Vicki is great when the dogs first come in. In fact, the dogs are all super excited to see her! Yes, it may be a little more pricey, but you get what you pay for. They treat your dog right and have them leaving fabulous!

So I brought my King Charles Cavalier in to simply have a bath and nails trimmed and her under pads trimmed. When she was picked up all of her feathers from her tail feet, and under belly were completely cut off. Along with her ears!! She is 9 months old and it has taken 9 months for her coat to grow. When I called to address their mistake, I was not offered a partial refund, or anything. She is a 2,000 dog, and within 3 hours, and $45 dollars later they destroyed my dogs coat. I informed the owner Vicki or whomever she was that although I had seen this groomer come highly recommended, I will never bring my dog back there. I will also be informing others. If you have a speciality breed, Do Not take your pet here.

Avoid this place! Do NOT use them. Our malamute came back with a a rash and a open wound on his elbow. $300+ in vet bills and meds later he is starting to get better. We brought my inlaws poodle in and when he went in he was walking fine, when I picked him up I had to carry him as he could not walk. All the owner said is he was having a little hard time..HE COULD NOT WALK!!!! she conviently didnt tell me this until i paid... When I told the owner about what happened with our Malalute she didn't apologize or anything! This after a $160 groming bill. We will have hundreds of dollars in vets bills from going here. Owner obviously does not care about what happens.They need to be shut down

Our 10-year old pug, Lucy, has never liked having her toenails taken care of. The folks at Splash and Dash know that, and treat her with love and kindness throughout the time she is there. This morning they went above and beyond what they needed to do to get her nails trimmed and I am extremely grateful.
