Worst gas station I have ever been too. Come here often as it’s convenient and almost every time most pumps are not working. You have like one diesel pump and 3 unleaded pumps that work consistently. Went there tonight after finding a pump, selected my fuel and pushed the nozzle, no gas coming out. Hit the help button, no answer. Went inside and the bigger gentleman said pumps aren’t working because it’s cold. Then he said what grade did I select, I selected premium, and he stated oh we don’t have that fuel type right now. One thing after another with this gas station. Has completely gone down hill. For like 2 months they couldn’t even get diesel.

Went in quick for Slurpees and everything was sticky. Every surface had a layer of syrup on it. Did not appear to have been cleaned recently but we got the Slurpees free because the cashier didn't want to bother with taking our pennies and quarters.

The lady with half blue hair needs help. You’re disgusting the way you treat people especially when I go in there with my grandma. You make people seem stupid you’re pushing 50s get that color out your hair and have a better attitude. Such on a power trip you work at speedway you’re nobody important 😂

Can’t pay outside, have to go in and guess how much to fill up my tank and over pay? Naw fix your pumps I don’t want to wait in line to get gas and I don’t trust y’all to refund me in a timely fashion. Also they have garbage advertising on their pumps you can’t mute.

Worker was extremely rude! 12-24-23 @10:30am. Small African lady. Very belligerent. Standing behind the counter just yelling at the customers. Avoid this gas station.

There are a few flavors of the tornadoes that I really like, and a few flavours of the tornadoes that I find to be vile.I wish Speedway would learn how to lable &/or correctly lable the items on their roller grills. I find this constantly at Speedway gas stations and they regularly loose sales to me because of it.

It's gotten a lot better but, they still emply the woman that verbally attacked me in front of several customers. I called corporate on this one. Lady is still there. She's still super rude but at least I'm not being verbally attacked anymore. So rating from 1 is now 3. Still can't believe she wasn't fired for that though.

One of the better Speedway locations in Grand Rapids as far as drink & snack selections. Clean interior, lots of cold fountain & beverage options.

I stopped at this location to get a quick coffee before I headed go work. I believe his name was Mark greeted me to his register and gave me such good service. With this pandemic we’ve found a lot of people not being very happy but he sure was. I will definitely keep stopping to get coffee there. Thank you!

Mark R is AMAZING! I love the whole staff and they’re all so great when I stop for my morning coffee in the way to work. Without getting him in trouble, Mark R has gifted me with a few complimentary coffees and I can’t say what it does for my day! He’s a great first person to be greeted by 6 mornings out of the week!

This location is the WORST. An employee told me they couldn't access the propane, no biggy the first time right? Well, a manager said they lost the key.... So I went across the street and the cashier there said that speedway people just say that so they don't have to go outside! Lazy! The cashier also told me when he went in there 2 employees were making a tik-tok video and one of them had a box on their head with boxes and boxes of stock items just laying around.

Didn’t greet me at checkout. Didn’t speak to me while scanning my items. Didn’t tell me total or offer me my receipt or a bag. I asked for a bag and she kind of opened it while ignoring me and talking to her coworker but made me put my own stuff, like four or five items, in the bag. Literally not a word was spoken to me.

What started out as a very bad experience left me very satisfied. I bought some food and gas and pulled around to the air pump to fill up my tires. after a few minutes I noticed that the pump was removing air from my tire rather than filling it and it was completely flat. The employees didn't know what to do and even called the district manager who told them there was nothing they could do. Andrew, the manager took it upon himself to drive all the way back to his house to get his air pump to fill up my tire and then offered to give us food and drinks while we waited if we wanted them. Andrew did a wonderful job when no one else seemed to know what to do. Thanks Andrew!

We have had to make several trips to GR the past 6 weeks because of a death in the family. When we arrive or leave GR we stop at Speedway on Lake Michigan Drive and I have to say the staff here are very friendly, especially Mark R. You can tell he is giving us a warm smile under his mask. Ever since the nice lady took over the Cafe, it's 100x better. I get the same thing every day at the same time and she actually makes it ahead of time instead of rolling her eyes at me like the last dude in charge did when I came in every day. Switched my rating from 1 star to 5 stars because of her. Give her a raise.

This is one of the better Speedway's and I live right down the street from another Speedway. Large inside area, lots of drink selections, and the employees are nice.

Chip readers never work, only 2 maybe 3 pumps take a card, most times the pumps are closed and it's always the highest prices in the area. Drive 2 miles in any direction and gas will be 10 cents cheaper a gallon

Is friendliness even a consideration when hiring someone? This location is terrible as far as customer service goes. The corporation better be glad they have the best prices. Guess it's one or the other these days.

This is the best Speedway I've ever been to in Michigan. There is one in Illinois I went to that maybe was slightly better but I go out of my way to skip other Speedways in favor of visiting this one.

Every time I go to this gas station it's a mess and the slushee machines are always broke some way some how. The slushee machines are probably the worst, trash over flowing rappers every where floor,counters always sticky. I could keep going but you get the point.

Stopped in on 6/24. They had two staff working at 1:00am but the guy standing behind the cafe counter told me the cafe closed at 10pm. It seems like everything is opening back up so just wondering when these cafes might open. It’s misleading when it tells you online it’s open 24 hours.

Worst Speedway around, terrible customer service. Workers are constantly talking about their personal lives and always rude to customers. Bathrooms are always dirty and the cafe always messes up food orders.
