Freaking amazing bud tender Brianna gave us all the answers to every little or big question we had. Didn’t get annoyed when we wanted to see and smell everything. Very patient - we will be back to see you or the other guy that let us in like 5 min to closing the night before. At this point in my life I can’t say enough positive things about this place and the people there, even the other customers were fun to chat with! Oh and they’re doing a super cool pumpkin drive for a local school, how cool is that?????

Guy at reception counter on 1/13/24 at around 1:10pm never greeted anyone that came in with me. He also ended up being my bud tender. Asked him about any deals and he had no clue and didn’t seem to even want to respond. He couldn’t find any of the products I was asking for. Dude was either extremely baked out of his mind, wasn’t trained properly, or just isn’t fit for the job. Not sure which one he falls under. I usually have a good experience any other time I’m in there. Most of the employees are friendly, greet you, know where product is, and they can explain any of the deals that they might have. Only reason I didn’t leave a one star.

Now I used the ATM yesterday 3/13/24 and I tried to pull money off and it said can not complete transaction and I accidentally tried again only for my money a whole 90$ to be taken off and now i gotta go through jumps and hurdles to even try and get back my money!!! whole paycheck gone like that!!!! Gotta do better than that not saying it's y'all fault but it is in your establishment and that's a bad look I pray and hope I get my money back! Am a avid customer so it makes me boil knowing my go to shop has an ATM that takes cash and if anyone has lost money from an ATM knows it's hard to get it back! If you even get it.

First time shopper and ended up leaving with a free preroll, 12 cents knocked off my bill cause I didn’t have it 😂🤣 and free gummies for spending their wheel for spending more than $70.. they are also away from most other dispos which is really nice!!!

A great place to get your cannibus-related goods, whether it's flower, edibles, CBD, you name it. Great prices, locally-sourced goods and the charm of this place being converted from an old house makes it a very welcoming place for locals and visitors alike.As someone who personally doesn't handle THC well since it just worsens any anxiety I already have, I was purely in the market for CBD, more specifically the tinctures. Thankfully, they had a 2500 mg tincture bottle made locally in Lansing from Rise. Even better, it was just $17 a bottle. A similar product from my now-former CBD source would have run at least $40+, if not more, so of course I had to get some. The owners were friendly and knowledgeable, too. If you're in the Grand Rapids area and are looking for any marijuana-based products, Pharmhouse is my recommendation.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!! Moved here in June and haven’t gone to any other dispensary since I found Pharmhouse! Everyone is so nice, you don’t feel rushed to shop, it’s a very welcoming environment. Best part is there’s free parking and it’s easy access! Keep up the good work y'all!! :)

Looked on their website to see if they had a certain product in stock, website shows they had it. Drove all the way there just for them to tell me they can’t sell that item for some reason and to come back in a few days. Why put it on the website if you can’t even sell it. Wasted time and gas beause of this

I have purchased products from Pharmhouse twice. The second and last time I went, the staff gave me back the wrong change, wrong ID and wrong purchase. Fortunately, the other customers were still in the parking lot and we exchanged everything to correct the mistake.

First time Pharmhouse experience was top notch!! Placed an order through the website and the staff was experiencing technology issues throughout the day. Brianna made the check-in process quick and friendly - checkout was just as smooth. The first time gift was a nice addition to the visit. Would definitely recommend stopping here for your needs. The storefront, layout, and artistic twist made this feel like a west coast dispensary. Brianna and the team crushed it!! Will definitely be back to check out the rest of the menu.

By far the best shopping experience as a medical only customer. It was pretty busy when I got there but I was served arguably faster than anywhere else I've been. I went here for humblebee products and was not disappointed. Unlike anywhere else Ive been, the live resin was properly stored, and wasn't leaking or had half the product stuck to side and top of the container. Everything was produced and tested last month too. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for high quality medical
