My husky loves it here. He gets to play with other dogs all day and he always comes home tired. The workers are always very nice and helpful. I love seeing all the pictures and videos of the dogs playing on Facebook. This is a picture from last year of my dog and all his friends he made while at daycare.

I would give this place 10/5 stars if I could. My corgi boy absolutely LOVES going to daycare here. The staff is always so excited to see him and always so kind. Adrianna's Pampered Pets now grooms right in house and she did an incredible job. Their whole operation is so convenient and well-organized and at a price that you cannot beat. I rarely write reviews about things, but I feel so strongly about how wonderful Pet Villa is, that I feel it is my duty to share!

The first daycare we brought our puppy to and she loved it! The girls who work there are so nice and professional. They helped our puppy learn to socialize in a controlled environment and she always came home exhausted. Couldn't recommend enough!!

I had an emergency housing situation and needed a place to board my dogs until I could find a new home for us. I stumbled across Pet Villa, knowing very little about them other than they were one of the places my vet suggested. It turns out that it was divine intervention. They are just wonderful, dog loving people who will not only lodge your fur babies but love on them as well. In the middle of our turmoil one of my babies needed emergency surgery for an infected abscess, I thank God for the committed group at Pet Villa for taking care of my Bubba post op because I did not have a home he could be in at the time. We now are all back together under one roof and I can't say enough about how wonderful the entire staff of Pet Villa is. I recommend them without any qualms! 6 stars if I could!!

MY boy Tank just loves it here!!!! He loves the staff and the accommodations totally! The minute we walked in he was excited and overjoyed. When a worker walked up and welcomed him he jumped up to her and darn near knocked her on her butt! Lol 😆 Pure Joy!

I've always been hesitant about leaving my dogs with a boarder. One of them is not normally nice to strange dogs or people. But the staff here was very patient with her and at the end of the stay, told me she didn't have any trouble with the staff or dogs. I appreciate them taking their time to work with her.

I absolutely loved bringing Toasty here for full-day dogcare and he loved coming. Today, the staff somehow forgot to give him his lunch....he only eats lunch and supper. He went a long time with nothing to eat. I told them that and they didn't seem phased at all by it. I am beyond upset. How am I suppose to drop him off and think that he won't be starved again?

Pet Villa is by far the BEST place to have your furr babies stay and be taken care of with love and care! The girls that run the show are amazing and always have a smile on their face, and you know and feel at peace they are loving on your pets. We hardly get a chance to say goodbye to our dogs when we drop them off because they are so excited to see their Pet Villa family! I would 100% recommend Pet Villa and continue to bring our pups there when we can’t be around! Thank you for all you do!!!

Pet villa is amazing. Our two fur babies go there for grooming even though they have short hair. They are well taken care of. They always do a great job trimming the nails, they smell amazing and they always put a cute bandana on them before they come home :) the price is very affordable.

I used Pet Villa this past weekend when I had a last minute work project come up. Ranger was well taken care of. I can tell he had a great time because he was exhausted when I picked him up. I would recommend Pet Villa and would use them again the next time I'm in the GR area.

The best place for your loved ones, these guys literally make your 🐕 feel as though petsvilla is their second home and the best part is you can feel that positivity / professionalism in every single staff working there.The environment / hygiene / knowledge & individual attention given to each pet there is remarkable.Good work guys 👍

My first experience was great so we took our dogs back when needing overnight care. The second time they both came back with a nasty smell and Kennel Cough, which I know is a chance that you take when boarding which is why we had vaccinated them both for it, but since it was a different strain they got sick and then I got stuck with the bill. We went back a third time and I opted to get a bath included this time so they didn't come back smelling. They both looked great but my issue was that I had packed enough food for the weekend and none of it was used, their treats, toys and food dishes did not appear to be used at all during their stay (which was concerning). When questioned they stated that they must have just used food they had on hand and brushed me off. I have a bulldog who is very sensitive stomach and skin so this was also concerning. Not sure if I will go back.

I took my parents dog here while they were out of town. It was a Saturday to Tuesday morning boarding.I had emailed with them prior to the boarding and requested that the dog gets a bath on Monday and they said they would.I picked him up Tuesday morning and they said they had him scheduled for that day. I couldn't pick him up later, so we left without the bath. They didn't even apologize for the mix up. She skirted right past the issue.To be clear, they didn't charge me for it, but it was a let down and inconvenience. Now I have to take time out of my schedule to get it done this week.Other than that it seemed alright. Nothing special and a bit over priced.

Arrived to drop my dog off at 7:15 as scheduled but doors were locked as no one was on staff. Half a dozen other customers were also waiting. After 20 minutes and no explanation I left. Other than a vague Facebook post 2 hours later no communication was given.
