Kinda the basic perm supplies plus standard. The store wasn't the cleanest I've seen but there wasn't anything wrong with it. Employees were okay, helpful and friendly. Lots of options for pet food but I still prefer family farm and home or tractor supply "Locally sources" food options. It's cheaper and healthier. AND you know where it comes from!

A good pet store nearby. Has all that you'd need for your dog, cat, fish, or reptile. They even have the fish and reptiles. Stopped by to use the dog wash. So nice. Even had the shampoo and towels!

i could never post enough cute pictures of the animals available here (even the dogs that customers bring in and let me photograph ). pets are always ensured to be in good health before heading to their forever homes. and the ones i have personally bought have been sweethearts!

Stopped by to get a collar for my cat. Machine worked well, staff were friendly. Store was clean and well stocked. Only wish that they wouldn’t keep their Betta fish in cups.

If I hadn’t seen the cats for sale here, I would have given a 4 star review with my only complaint being the high prices throughout this store.I’m fine with ear tipping feral or stray cats. (An ear tip is the preferred method used to identify spayed or neutered & vaccinated feral or stray cats.)What I saw was ridiculous. Half of one ear was removed. I asked the clerk why were their cats done like this & if they were all from the same vet clinic. I was told all of them came to the store like that. I included a screenshot from google images of how it normally looks after the cat is marked.I won’t return to this location again.

Excellent grooming experience at Pet Supplies Plus with Brooklyn from start to finish! Really easy scheduling; reasonable pricing; and a great amount of care and attention paid to our little pooch. Our dog needed a lot of work as she hasn't been groomed in a long time and she is a very nervous little one with groomers. Brooklyn was dedicated, careful and clearly made our pup feel comfortable. We love the cut and so appreciate the time & care.

All of employees who we encountered were friendly and helpful. We couldn't locate an item that we wanted to purchase, but, an employee who was working on the floor stocking shelves knew exactly where this item was and she took us to that aisle. The cashier was also friendly to us "and" to our little dog, and he was appreciative of us shopping at this Pet Supplies Plus location....

First visit to this particular PSP. Clean and well stocked store. They had some great deals and we had an email offer of 30% off of the total purchase which was an outstanding deal. Had some questions and got excellent advice from one of the associates. Great checkout experience also. Highly recommend this store and PSP in general.

My go to pet store!!! Although I generally only come here for emergency roachies and wormies and some other kibbles as they don't have much stuff for hedgehogs, but the toys here are my baby's fav since there are so so many. The staff is really welcoming and always offer to help, and is patient which is nice because I stutter a bit when I'm nervous. Quality of live feeder insects are 50/50, sometimes it's good but sometimes it's dead(mostly roaches and occasionally superworms). The other animals in store seem taken care of (more than bare minimum for a pet store) which is nice to see!!

All the fish that I purchased were sick and required two rounds of antibiotic and antifungal treatment once in the quarantine tank. Two died despite treatment. Many of the female guppies in the store are bent, but this could be from the breeder and not tank conditions at the store. They also have a bit of a snail issue in their live plants, with visible bladder snails in the plant tanks.I will continue to shop here because the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and clearly trying their best. I've never had a bad experience with the staff at any location of Pet Supplies Plus. The selection of aquarium supplies is more than sufficient. I won't be purchasing any more live plants or animals, though.
