I used to shop here when I had a cat, the staff always helped me find what I needed and I haven't had a pet since their sign changed from multi color to solid green but considering they're still lively means that the store is still a great place to find things you need for your pets. I still get coupons and discounts mailed to me from here, so always a good sign for savings.

We adopted to cats that were hosted at this store. The staff members were so sweet to the cats and genuinely happy that we were adopting them. They made the experience so positive, and helped us get all the supplies were need for the cats.

There is absolutely no reason that a line should be forming and customers see 2 able bodied employees at the front of the store yet the 2nd employee is standing at her register holding/petting a kitten. Even after the cashier assisting customers asked her what she was doing (as in why are you not jumping on a register and helping) she says "well, she was crying for me and wanted me to hold her" as myself and my toddler and 2 other paying customers stood in line waiting as the customer with the cashier was filling out a form for why she's never received her free bag of dog food. And I understand these cats are caged all day in your stores and they need human interaction BUT keep in mind I spent almost a half hour in your store and this cashier brought the kitten out of the cage right as me and my toddler were looking at the kittens, this was when we first entered the store. So she had plenty of socialization and "loving on" with the cashier. The cashier needed to address the human customers instead of being more interested in the cats. I've worked in retail and customer service for the last 15 years and never had I experienced someone with such a disregard for their customers. It was like we didn't matter at all. The kittens were here only priority. Is this a job role you offer at your store? An employee that is only employed to play with and pet the caged animals? Maybe I am missing something here?? I've been to other Pet Supplies + locations in the greater GR area and I have never experienced this. The cashiers working the front of the store always hopped right on a register to help out when a libe started forming and/or if the customer at check out was getting assistance with a more lengthy issue, (like the lady who was filing a complaint about never getting her free bag of dog food). I just wanted to make everyone aware that they may have to really wait quite a while before they actually get help at this particular location.

Very clean store, friendly staff, pet friendly (they even give your dog a treat bag when you walk in) if they don't have an item in stock they gladly help you either find or order whatever it is you're looking for. I absolutely love this location! Great energy & always so kind. They also have taken extra precautions for Covid with lots of sanitizer, spray & glass between you & the cashier.

I went looking for pet clothes, they did have some, but I had a hard time finding a plane T-shirt for my Peanut, but I did find one. My sister found a cute Easter rain coat for her pup.

I went shopping for the first time in this store for my dog. I purchased Dr. Marty propower plus for $49.98 (a digestive supplement for gut health). The ad read "hot deals buy 1 get 1 free). I was charged for both ($99.96). And another item that read "on sale 16.98 original price was 19.98, again I was charged full price. At the check out I was asked if I wanted to be a member, she didnt warn me of the price difference when I said no.. when I went back to get my money back I was told " you have to be a member to get the deals its written in fine print. ITS NOT WRITTEN ON THE AD AT ALL. When i went back and told the employee he said "well that's how this store does it".....what??... BEAWARE OF THE SCAMS AT THIS STORE.

Pet Supplies Plus on Alpine is the best. Kurt the manager is always helpful, takes the time to resolve any problem you may have in a fair manner, and all the employees at this store are respectful. I would definitely recommend this store to others!!

Shop was pretty messy when we came in and we weren't really greeted. It was more of a "why are you here" type of attitude with a couple different employees. Probably the least welcoming environment I've ever been in.

I love Pet Supplies Plus the two that I normally go to they're always so very friendly they help me they're knowledgeable I love their rewards program. I go to the one on Alpine and the one on East Beltline in Woodbridge Mall which is by 28th Street I recommend you to try them.

Greetings everyone!I’m a newer pup/dog parent. As any dog parent, they want the best for their loved ones! I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend and encourage you and your pet should visit this specific Pet Supplies, because this store ran by Kurt and operated by very well professional staff! I love bringing my pup to this store location, my dog gets excited as I am about to pull in because we both know when we shop here, I have family oriented staff ready to help when needed, share honest feedback on brands, stuff for our pets. They greet you with a smile, offer their knowledge and support. Kurt has the best attitude about running this store and I’m am honored to make this my go to store for me and my pup!

My puppers LOVES this store! She starts crying to get out of the car before we even park! It makes me happy to walk into such well selected employees no matter the day, or group working! Lola walks in and automatically looks toward the registers to be greeted! She appreciates all of the free cookie bags! Thank you for being my pups favorite hot spot! I went and got my dog groomed here service was great from the groomers ,they got her nails clipped after they tried doing it once already .my dog smelled , so good her fur was so soft when we left we definitely will be back !!

I adopted my cat Bean from this location and he is an absolute sweetheart. I really appreciate the very open enclosure they have for the cats in need of a forever home. Most pet stores keep them in very small cages where they don't have much space to roam around.

Overall good visit. Came for a select product found it, purchased it, left. Passed by 5 employees from entry to exit and the only one who spoke to us was our cashier. Would have been nice to get a how are you or can we help you but my guest service standards are low now days.

The picture below is why I shop here. The staff are so friendly and they make me feel like a valued customer. They were quick to adapt when the pandemic started and delivered all of our cat supplies for no additional cost. They always leave notes whether I'm picking up or having it delivered. Took my dog in with me and the staff was so nice. My girl loved them. They gave her a little baggy to fill with treats for free and she found her beloved squeak duck here. Tons of items with a great variety and excellent customer service. 5/5 from my dog too :)

I got some fish from here and one pasted away so I brought it back to replace it and it took 25 mins before we got actual help and it took me standing infront of their back employee door to get the help. Once I got help they were very nice and helpful but I had things I had to get done that night so it would have been nice to have help when the first 4 employees walked past me and chose not to help me but just walk by quick and go into the back room.

Better than Petco just down the street. Better people, better selection. It's OK for a chain store. But honestly, I'd rather support locally, especially when I see how much better the small business owners pay their employees. The employees are always more knowledgeable and eager to assist at a local store. Your business model doesn't support service, just profits for share holders. Your products are generic. And it's always nice when I don't see animals at a chain store. They are typically neglected, come from questionable sources, and sold without any question to the animals' welfare after the sale. Generally these stores do not sell animals. They couldn't afford to.

I've never been there. all I can see is a bunch of bars and tryinh trying to keep you from coming trying to keep you from coming into I got a dog as a companion that this is what I don't have yet. but if I did I would like to look like some fire hydrants a little green grass artificial was great couple of benches or two to four people can sit on and hold your dog by the its leash..... I have a water found out there was that I can get my friend my buddy my dog my companion my camaraderie or compadre I'm bringing my dog inside with me thank you very much....... make a long story short my friend is my friend my dog is my dog and my dog is going with me.. the colors can be the colors to be trimmed in Black letting you know I'm always coming.. is just like tiny yellow ribbon not just on the old oak tree but on my thoughts are coming back to this place and saying yeah this place is for me and my dog hey thank you I apologize for my ramp and Raven.. but me and my best it's not looking for another another person we are together.... and that's my dog and that's my cat and this is dit and that is that.... peace love and Seoul .......
