I bought a cowboy hat online, found out it was shipped from Millbrook. It was delivered, but the hat was too small, I called them and sent the hat back for a larger size. The staff was great about the exchange, and very helpful, and friendly! Super easy transaction, and very happy with the new hat. Thank you, Millbrook, and staff!

While Millbrook has been a staple for my shopping, equine and otherwise, for 20+ years; I was disappointed to recently find out they will no longer be carrying Breyer Model Horses or have much of a children’s department to speak of moving forward. I am a huge supporter of local businesses who sell Breyer Horses and am an avid collector and know quite a large number of collectors who will also be disappointed to hear this news. Jackson’s Western Store is the next nearest Breyer dealer in my area, so it is a shame Millbrook has decided to go in this direction.

This store has grown a ton since I last shopped! The staff is still great; friendly and knowledgeable. And the products they sell are top quality. There's always some good deals on the clearance rack. I'll definitely be back the next time I need a new pair of boots, if not sooner.

Got back from Tennessee where I got my first pair of boot. Loved so much had to have a second pair. The girl that helped me was great. I wish I could remember her name...but she was great. My boot are perfect. I will be going back for sure

I could spend hours here- and usually do! Whether you prefer english of western, you can be sure to find what you want. The staff are always very helpful and very knowledgeable. There also is a good selection of supplements, grooming supplies and treats. My horse, pony and mule are always happy to see me come home with a Millbrook bag. They know that whatever I went there to get, I always come home with a tasty treat for them too.

This place is a horse owner's dreamland! Very knowledgeable and helpful staff as well! I found a beautiful Australian Stock saddle there, as well as great boots, horse treats, fly spray, lead rope, halter etc. No matter what the discipline, this place has what you are looking for.

I love this tack store!!! The English department literally has the best of the best. I moved here from Florida where tack shops have about anything you could want, and Millbrook out shines a lot of them in quality and selection. Plus, they have a killer clearance rack!

I love this place! Very neat and organized!The staff is eager to help with anything. They never are pushy about what you should and shouldn't buy (more stores should be like this)A lot of their staff have worked there or worked in the industry before so they know their stuff. They have a wide variety of boots, tack, and fishing gear. Great place for first time boot buyers!

Great place for Western riders, or if you want to look the part. Also very nice selection of Dressage equipment. We were looking for Hunter/Jumper apparel and a girth. Very little merchandise. I did get a couple awesome deals for my granddaughter. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I will admit it has been years since I was last here.

So far so good! Just ordered a pair of boots for my sons wedding that NSR World has canceled TWICE. Also, they were twice as much there as what I paid here. I hope they come quick and everything is perfect. Fingers crossed.

Honestly, I don't think I could have been any happier with my experience. Not only is the selection of apparel for all disciplines fantastic, but all items are very easy to find. The staff is unbelievably knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful with any questions. They make the atmosphere extremely welcoming and are always there to help. The cashier staff was especially helpful during my visit today. Again, I was so pleased, making me believe I will be coming back sooner than I thought.

What an absolutely amazing store. My daughter is getting her first horse next month and we needed a saddle blanket. The staff was so kind and helpful in assisting us in what we needed and helped my daughter find the most beautiful blanket in her budget (thank you grace for making that possible!).We don't live in the area but will definitely be making a road trip to come back.

Young man back in the western section had exceptional customer service skills and the gal in the English section answered all my questions. I'm not sure if she was manager or not but was very on top of what products they offered and the benefits of the product. Store was stocked with a wide variety of products and I had a 5 star experience! Highly recommend!

My first visit! All one needs for the horsey life, along with cool clothes which were surprisingly reasonably priced. Fun place to visit. Be aware it's a tad tricky to get into off from the highway: it's behind a gas station, so yes...pull into the gas station and keep going.

Fantastic! I got my boots finally. A beautiful pair of acorn colored square toe Durango's and found the exact Stetson I've been looking for. For ¼of the price I've seen. Dan got a sweet Ariat hat. Great visit.
