They are patient, kind, creative in problem solving and know so much. Logan speaks my language with his background of functional medicine. I’m so thankful that this place exists, AND that they ship, since I’m an hour away!

I like keystone Pharmacy. When they couldn’t get the ingredients to make one of my prescriptions they came up with an alternative and contacted my provider for me. I also love that they ship it right to my door.

I recently had a phone consultation with Dr. Logan and let me just say how thankful I am for his willingness to share his extensive knowledge with others. I spent 2 years trying to find answers, and although I did get some answers, Dr. Logan helped with the missing pieces. I highly recommend Keystone pharmacy and their PharmDs because of the above and beyond service. You're not treated like a number, you are helped by your individual needs.

Most of my experience was great, and then when I moved you accidentally used the old address. When I didn't receive my prescription, I asked you to reimburse the cost to me. Not only did the person refuse, after speaking with the manager on duty, they scrubbed my account. They only offered to provide a new prescription at my expense. I told them to reimburse me and keep the package, which the post office informed me had been returned. I have since moved to Rivertown Pharmacy in order to get the prescription on time. I did finally receive the package from you and promptly paid you by phone.

I have suffered with chronic migraine almost my whole life. I have been on countless medications with no relief. One of the pharmacists at Keystone, Logan, recommended I try a supplement they carry called reacted magnesium. It has been a total life saver. I am off all my anti-seizure medications that were used to treat my migraines, and currently only the the magnesium. This product keeps my migraine frequency to a minimum. I cannot thank Logan enough for something so life changing. Thank you!

The entire staff is fantastic and knowledgeable, and i am always treated very well when I am at Keystone Pharmacy. Additionally, I want to give a special shout out to Dr. Dave who I believe is the owner of the pharmacy. He took time out of his day to do a consultation with me on a treatment that ended up saving me hundreds of dollars per month, and changed my life for the better in many ways due to the results of said consultation. I will utilize Keystone Pharmacy for all of my pharmaceutical needs for as long as I live in the greater Grand Rapids area, and if I were to move away would make the drive to go to Keystone if within an hour's driving distance. It is THAT impressive of a business.UPDATE 8/10/18:My review above holds and I want to add to it regarding the customer service at Keystone: it is absolutely second to none. About a month ago, the above-mentioned compounded medication appeared to have run out far earlier than it should have, and I thought maybe I was dosing it wrong despite ensuring that I was following the instructions. I received a call from Keystone's quality control rep who walked me through the cause of the issue step-by-step, and it turned out I was not out of the medication but was using the pumping mechanism incorrectly. This phone call from the QC rep saved me approx. $150 as I would have erroneously refilled the medication had I not been given the time and attention I needed at that moment to learn the cause and solution of the issue I was having.Additionally, Keystone reps know me by name and use my name when greeting me, which is every single time I walk into the pharmacy. It's little touches like this that have made me a customer for life and that prompted me to update this review with further anecdotal evidence of the five-star rating I gave 8 months ago.

Keystone pharmacy saved my life! I have terrible neuropathy where it often feels like my arms and hands are on fire, literally as if they were in a bonfire. Nothing was working to take away the pain. Offhandedly a friend suggested calling keystone to see if they could make a cream up...I didn't think a cream would take away this kind of pain but when you're in this kind of pain you'll try anything so I got a prescription from my doctor, keystone made up the cream and IT WORKS!!! Now anytime I'm having unsolvable issues or need something the government isn't keen on I call Keystone.

Friendly professional staff. I was in the drive through when I got a call about a car accident one of my children was in. They sent me on my way and said they'd mail the prescription to me. I said we had new insurance and they just told me they'd deal with that later. Sure enough, it arrived the next day in mailbox. I like Costco for many reasons, but I'm pretty sure this would not have happened if I was picking up a prescription there!

This pharmacy is awesome! I had to have my cats medicine mixed there and when I went to pick it up I had LOTS of questions :) Mr. Magnifico answered every one of them with a smile and true patience! It has that cozy home town feeling mixed with an extremely intelligent staff. Best pharmacy ever!
