This is our second system with our second dog with Hidden Boundaries. Dianne and her son have so much knowledge about their product and really work to give you the best result with your pet.Diane came out and helped us get our dog adjusted to the new “fence” in our yard. She had lots of helpful advice- our dog transitioned easily and stays in our yard beautifully and consistently.We had two great experiences with Hidden Boundaries and we would recommend them!

We had Hidden Boundaries install for us a few years back. Diane did a wonderful job helping us with the initial training. Daniel did a nice job with the install and perimeter even with a challenging landscaped side and wooded backyard. Our dog has done very well with her boundaries. We are so glad we did this! :)

The product works. We live near a heavily traveled road and after many years of use still feel confident and safe for our dog. When we have had wire problems (gardening near the line) the company responded quickly and were very helpful. Good people with a good product.

Hidden Boundaries goes the extra mile! They explained my options for hardware and were able to use the existing buried cable at my home that was left by the previous owner. They helped trained my dog and me with the new system and also immediately helped us with a collar problem that occurred months later. I have had my fence for over 8 years now. In the very beginning our Chocolate lab was busting through the barrier. I called Hidden Boundaries and they came to my home. They were amazed that my dog was going through and taking the pain. They upgraded our Dog's collar to the next size at no additional charge. They also assisted in training. After getting the new collar our dog figured the fence out rather quickly and does not leave our yard. We also had underground sprinkling put in two years ago, and they cut the line in 8 different places. I have a one acre yard and Hidden Boundaries came out and replaced the entire line for $300. Daniel is very professional and does a quality job when installing. Very impressed with the service and quality from Hidden Boundaries!
