Beautiful new Ace Hardware store on East Beltline! Extremely convenient location just north of Knapp Meijer with the small town service you just don't get at the big box stores.The staff here is knowledgeable, helpful and ready to show you where an item is or assist with heavy items and load your car.I stopped out to their grand opening and the shelves were full and plenty of people coming in and out. Good to see a new store like this busy and helping out the community. Will definitely return here

Ace is a wonderful addition to the area. Love the new store and all the staff was very friendly and helpful. Great variety of supplies for your everyday needs. I work very close by so it is very convenient for me now to get supplies!

Hated it, customer service sucks!!! I get it that people don't want to work, but it helps to find someone that can actually help your customers. I don't like customer service who act like they are doing you a favor.

Clean organized store. Friendly staff. But I was told I couldn't return a can of spray paint. Couldn't find anything in their policies stating this. Since it's almost $20 per can I'm happy I didn't purchase more than one. I won't be buying paint from ACE in the future. The store down the street will take a can back if I'm not satisfied.

I was came in for something but asked the gal if she knew of anything that would clean my 20 year old linoleum ( it is off white with white border that looks like it would be grout) Anyway...she recommended The Pink Stuff...This stuff Works!!! I never even knew there was a store there...I was going somewhere else first but thought I would pop in when I saw it there!!

We had an outstanding experience at this ace hardware. Our gallon of paint unfortunately spilled in the parking lot and not only did they take care of the mess, they replaced the paint free of charge. On top of that, the store lead took time with my toddler to ensure a toy we purchased for her at the store worked appropriately- he even double secured the toy with gorilla glue he had on hand. They were very helpful and knowledgeable regarding paint as well! We will definitely be back.

The least-helpful associates of any Ace in the area. (several experiences) They must have recruited from Home Depot. Do yourself a favor and go to the Ace on Michigan Ave or Fulton.

When casually stopping in to check out the new build/location and pick up a few items, I was greeted by an employee named Justin. His customer service skills are unmatched! We visited 3 different sections of the store so I could make my selections. The best part of my visit is that when I was unsure of which exact bulb would fill my request, Justin was able to research and even install my new replacement bulb! Thank you Justin for going above and beyond helping me today!

Nice new store. Pretty easy in and out. The only thing is I wish that they would have put a convenience Road connecting all the shops on the west side of the Beltline. Would make it a lot more convenient to go Store the store without having to go back to the Beltline.

I’m a tradesman, and go to the hardware store 3-5 times a week. I am constantly disappointed by lowes, who doesn’t have what I need in stock 5/10 times I go, despite their massive size. Not to mention their lack of people around to help find things. it’s a little farther away but I’m going to this ace as my main hardware store exclusively from now on, as when I walked in it was clean, the staff was both present, actually helpful, and most importantly they had the items I need in stock. Plus it’s locally owned! So hey why not spend my money somewhere it’ll go back into my local community.

Very good store - found all we needed and well priced. I also shop at Rockford Ace. Like the service one gets at both stores.Stopped on Sunday - my only negative - music playing throughout the store was too loud and hard rock.
