My 4 year old broke our large picture window recently. Originally we took the frame out to try to repair it ourselves, but it was far too big to fit into any of our vehicles. We reached out to several companies, but we were not impressed by their lack of timeliness or high estimates. Glass doctor was very accommodating AND affordable compared to other options. They ended up fixing 4 broken windows in our 100+ year old house. They did the one my 4 year old broke with a clear laminated safety glass because that window has always scared me with my feral children. Everyone who I came into contact with through Glass Doctor seemed very kind and professional. If you need glass replaced in old style windows, this is who I recommend. If we ever have a window break again, I will gladly have them do it.

Very quick and easy scheduling with a phone call. Best price I found after contacting a few places. It started raining just as the contractor arrived so they rescheduled for the next morning. Fast service at my home and a nice person installing the windshield. Definitely recommend.

Very upfront and friendly. Ran into a problem with there being too much rust under the windshield to reseal correctly. As hard as the news was, their tech Dave took the time to explain why, and didn't just put it back in and waste my money. I got the rust repaired, and they worked with the body shop to come back and finish the job. Thanks for doing the right thing. I'd call them back anytime.

I am so impressed with these guys! I called in and explained the window panel replacement I needed on two of my windows on my home and they asked for the measurements and gave me a quote over the phone. When they got to my house, I was not surprised by any additional charges, they were spot on with the quote! The installers were SUPER NICE and since my house is almost 100 years old, it was not that easy but they took care of it and did a great job! I drive a 2017 jeep wrangler unlimited. 4 door. They're are notorious for the windshield cracking. Must be a jeep thing. I personally haven't ever had to replace it........ I guess I'm one of the fortunate ones. Every time I get gas I wash my windshield. When I noticed it I didn't hesitate to give a call. At first I was trying to get a hold of safelight auto glass. Put safelight auto glass and the glass doctor ended up popping up. Never had to deal with this situation before. So I gave them a call. Lady answered the phone and was courteous and friendly. She said it would more than likely be covered by the insurance company. If it was truly just a stone chip, not a cracked windshield. Insurance was gladly able to cover it for me and I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket for it as well. So I highly recommend this place.

Took my Son's Rare Bug Collection Here because the glass casing broke, They took extra care in replacing the glass without harm to any of the Insects, which is very hard to do, Reasonable rates and done in a quick fashion. Great Company, Will be taking my Very Large Mirror there next week to get fixed. This Company is Awesome.

I shattered the rear windshield of my truck moving some brush and branches. I called at 1:30 PM on a Saturday afternoon to schedule repair and they had it replaced before 3 pm on Monday for $100 cheaper (and 2 days earlier) than the national competition. Extremely friendly and helpful service, from customer service to the technician, and they will be my first call, should this ever happen again!

I had two insulated window panels replaced (one broken, the other fogged over). Sure, I paid more than if I did it myself, but these guys were 100% professionals. The service was totally worth the price. When they showed up, it look them about an hour to replace both windows, and they cleaned up after themselves.My only real complaint, is that all my other windows look filthy in comparison. They could have at least had a dog run their nose across the new glass or something.Here's a photo of my dog that broke the window.
