We ordered some beef jerky as a stocking stuffer. However, on Christmas they were spoiled. It was apparent to us that they had needed to be refrigerated. I went to call Franks and let them know that it would be a good idea to let customers know that it would be best to refrigerate the meats because I had no clue they were supposed to be. During the phone call the employee was very rude and said we have too many customers to deal with this small matter. I’ve never been brushed aside as quickly as this. In the spirit of Christmas as well. I hope you let your customers in the future know to refrigerate the meats if needed. However, my family and I will not be shopping here again.

My boyfriend and I LOVE Franks. We buy all our protein from here. Everything is so fresh and yummy! I can’t even pick a favorite. I like to buy the frozen chicken breasts that are already marinated… they are huge & I always have left over. For football games we buy the chicken wings. & don’t even get me started on the NY Strip! For snacks we always get Hot Shot beef sticks, I like the cheddar ones! You can’t beat the price too!! The staff is great, Nolan Collins and Matt Bilski are always so helpful!!

I’ve been on the hunt for fresh Kielbasa since The Meat Market closed in Bay City. Today while in town for an event we had Breakfast at The Westsider and the dish I had contained Frank’s fresh Kielbasa. One bite and I was on a mission to find this place. I’m glad I did. We had it for dinner tonight and my heart is happy. Great recipe and great service. I will be back.

You know I'm not much to be around a lot of people and especially new stores or at least new stores to me. But I landed myself into Frank's market that you my amazement it was refreshing. People were nice and willing to help even though it was 20 minutes before closing time. Their meat was fresh place was clean and the prices were decent considering it's coming from a meat market instead of a store. I have now been back three times. And by the way if you've never had a hot shot at Frank's they are well worth it.

The best meat that can’t be beat. Highly recommend. Hot shots to kielbasa, breakfast sausage to steaks. Can’t go wrong. Personal favorite: kielbasa dogs! Smaller than brats, but a little bigger than a hot dog, grill up perfectly and are a summer time hit. Don’t think I’ll ever do hot dogs again. Brats are amazing as well. This place is the best!

Wanted to try out franks for awhile now and glad that we did. Got some BBQ jerkey some cheddar hot shots and a pound of bacon. Haven't tried the bacon yet but if it's as good as the jerkey and hot shots I'm definitely excited. The staff was very friendly and ready to help. Will definitely be returning.

First visit and I will surely be back for more. There's a bunch of stuff in there from Delmonico steaks to frozen pierogi. I got a bunch of different products from their deli subs, to some porterhouse steaks, to the German weiners and hot shots. I couldn't wait to get back to the truck, untwist the tie and chomp into some good weiners.The staff was super friendly and extremely helpful in picking out whatever I wanted. The store is amazing and clean. It's a small building, but easy parking and ever a nice ramp for those who hate stairs. Ohhh and I visited on a holiday weekend, store was very well stocked and the employees were keeping up with demand.

Frank's is wonderful. It is at least 3rd generation family owned and operated and it makes a difference. Fritz and his staff are not only knowledgeable but incredibly professional and friendly. He butchers (cuts) his own meat and makes his own sausages and kielbasa. IMHO, the best in West Michigan.

I stopped in yesterday, it was my first time in the new location, I loved it! Great selection of European foods. Also friendly and helpful staff, everything I would expect from Frank's. My only complaint is it didn't look like they carry pierogi from The Pierogi Palace like they did at the old location, I was kind of sad about that, but it's not the end of the world.

I love Frank's Meats. The service is top-notch and the meats are great. The prices are great, too.I LOVE their kielbasa and German wieners. I can call in an order and even have things cryovac packed for freezing then just go pick them up. That's so convenient.

The smoked kielbasa here is fantastic. Every year, we drive in from Holland, to get our smoked kielbasa for Christmas. It's one of our favorite Christmas traditions.I grew up with this tradition, enjoying authentic smoked kielbasa from Detroit. Frank's is the real deal. Highly recommended.

This shop practices the oldest butcher scam around, After recently purchasing several smoked pork chops you could tell they where injected with liquid to make them weigh more. I squeezed close to 3 ounces of liquid out of each of them.

I used to go there for years (like my grandfather). Miss being able to go there for my kielbasa and meats. When I get into GR I try my best to get to Franks just for some kielbasa to take home with me, lol
