Google listing says open until 10pm, door says 9pm, not open as off 7:15pm. No signage to indicate any temporary times. The other two people who came as I was leaving were even more upset than me. As one rode his bike I can definitely understand.

This store is the worst ever! Their sign says they open at 8am , But they never open at that time. Went to this establishment and waited for 30min before I decided to leave, trust me their was at least 2 employees working if that's what you want to call it. Never said why they were not open on time. Employees their like to talk to their customer friends as the line slowly grows. People are in a hurry u as a customer just want to come in and leave and not hold a conversation with anyone. I would not recommend this particular store to anyone.Thank you Family Dollar on Eastern you get a big thumbs down.

When they open on time. I arrived the other day at 8:30 sign on door says 8am paper on door says 9am needless to say I can see someone stocking shelves at 10am another employee arrives and I ask her when do you think and she replied I have no idea until I get in there. Come to find out she's the manager. Just food for thought if they can't keep their hours listed they can't keep my business.

Website and store hours say this location opens at 8am. I stopped there today around 8:30 to grab a few things before work and all the lights were on with 2 gentlemen stocking shelves and the door locked. I called the location and they did not answer the phone. One of the employees came up to the window and shook his head at me to indicate they knew I was there but weren't unlocking the doors. I had to stop elsewhere to make my purchase. I will never attempt to do business there again.

Unbelievable. I called the customer service line to complain about the condition of the store, and the trash in the parking lot, and the "estimated wait time" to speak to a customer care representative is more than 5 minutes. Really? More than five minutes to speak with somebody about a complaint? That is OUTRAGEOUS.

I find the parking lot is ALWAYS FILTHY AND DEPLORABLE! If the staff isn't responsible for curb appeal, maybe they should hire a maintenance crew! Doors/windows always filthy, streaked,--'come on! It's certainly a reflection of the inside!

I just rushed to this store for some medication before they closed - even though the store clerk saw me walking briskly toward the door (at 9:59) she locked it anyway. I said, “I thought you closed at 10pm?” She replied, “9:59 is 10pm.”

You say you open at 8 am. Then why are you told to wait 5 mins. When someone's in the building to Let the bread man in while paying customer stands outside in the cold 🤦🏽‍♀️

Family Dollar's experience was good. I was able to get what I went in the store to get without any problems, the clerk was personable, and very helpful!

I just walked to my neighborhood Family Dollar and back home😱. I'm glad it wasn't in vain. Got every item I needed☺, and the young lady at the register was very helpful and friendly😊, wish I remembered to look at her name tag😕
