There is a male that works at the store that likes to be verbally gross to customers. Today it was really bad. Today he stood and talked about a customers body and clothing after they exited for the entire time I was still in the store. He went on and on. Everyone in thw store could hear it. Even after another blonde lady tried to tell him his behavior was not appropriate. He said it was human nature to make fun of people so what he was doing wasn't wrong. This happened today 4/28 early afternoon.

They are the worse they accused me and my sister of stealing and we’re Muslims this is sick I will never come back!!! I hope this store gets shutdown cause that is rude like what do we gain from stealing 🙄

Be cautious when buying food from here. One time I almost bought milk that was set to expire in a couple of days and then last night we got some hostess birthday cupcakes that tasted weird and looking at the expiration date, they expired September 11th 2023 and we bought them October 16th 2023. Yes expiration dates matter! The taste is different. No store has any business leaving expired products on their shelves at full price. The management here has gone downhill.

Definitely always needs to give better customer service start by greeting your customers. Needs to clean the parking lot/sidewalk & the inside of the store. Debris on the floors. Employees not wearing facemask properly (under chin) didn't fix it until I was leaving. Also cashier had put something in her mouth while waiting on me. All lives matter people!!!

Ive never personally had a problem with the employees here. From someone whos been in customer service jobs. You can tell they are mostly overworked and underpaid. So i think they do the best they can for what they have to work with most days. Love the new layout

Half the lights dont work in the store, so dark down most isles. Isles so jam packed can barely walk down them. Empty packages everywhere

Leonard location has been closing by 5pm daily. Just tried going today on a Saturday at 2 pm, it was closed. Someone should tell them the law, about posted store hours. Complete BS. Website says it's open, it's not!

Apparently they are only open when the feel like. I've lost count how many times I've gone there in the middle of the day and they are closed.Edit: here we are a year later and they're still only open when they feel like. How is this place still in business.

Mostly it is not the staff that is the issue at this place. It is the customers who are very rude. Some will come in think they don't have to wait in the line for the cashiers and just jump ahead in line. The cashier's always welcome you when you walk through the door. My biggest complaint about the store is that they don't have a well-defined area for a line. And there is always a line at this store. They could use two sometimes have three registers running instead of just one when the line is insane. It's the neighborhood that defines the rude people that come in and think they don't have to wait in line like the rest of us. There have been too many times ride had to yell at somebody because they thought they were going to just jump ahead of me. For the most part that is the biggest issue with this location.

i am very upset with the customer service at store 619 FAMILY DOLLARDollar Storeno matter how polite i am with them they are very rude lazy and the store is always in poor condition they don't clean organize straighten product all they do is give us customers attitudes tonight on 6-12-2016 i went in looking for some grey primer i asked the cashier (they dont even have their name tags on ) she is short tattoos heavy set with glasses blonde hair i asked her if there is by chance if she could get the other employee which was in the back to check if they have anymore in the back she commented back in a very rude manor IF WE HAD IT IT WOULD BE ALREADY OUT THERE!! and just kept ringing up my products she wouldn't even make eye contact ! i have over ten years experience in retail and i have to say that family dollar needs on of your corporate personnel to put them in their place for now on every time i go in there i am going to record with my phone on their bad behaviors and upload it on YouTube!! so everyone will know how awful their attitudes are SOMETHING MUST BE DONE ABOUT THIS !!

Was at the store at 8:45. And the girl was outside smoking cigarette,and when I walked up to the door she walked in and lock the door said they were closed...at 8:45 onNot very good business...
