Got to the store at 8:57 to grab one item and the lady slammed the door in my husbands face without saying a word and locked it. Real classy 🤣 Not to mention this store closes randomly because of the jokes they have running it.

I wish I could just be like these people and shut down my entire place of employment whenever I don't feel like comming into work. Must be a pretty awesome place to work. Not so great from the customers perspective. Sure, three day weekends are cool, I'm for workers benefits too, but put it on the official hours so people know to not walk there on that day.

the ladies here are super nice 👌 they got a good vibe..and as far as products, I find everything I could need for survival for cheap! food, blankets, dishes, laundry detergent, batteries. They have cool seasonal stuff too especially for kids. And a baby isle with different brands of diapers, baby lotions, wipes. hair accessories, makeup, medicine, the list goes on and on. THANK you ladies I know yall work hard!

I did not appreciate the service I received recently. The cashier kept pushing a higher price count item on me when I had already stated what I was looking for. Others pushing anything on me is always a red flag, whether big or small. Will not be shopping here again.

Worst family dollar ever, 3 times in a row I've came here at "opening time 8am" a little later than that and each time, the doors have been locked and the workers we're just talking to each other laughing and I the lady just signaled me they we're closed and continued with what they were doing. Horrible customer service

Wide variety of items....some are worth your while, and some are not. If I could rate it a 3.5, I would only because many of the items are hard to find becausr it is so cluttered. The organization of the store needs some help, but if you want to pay a little less with a quick in and out, it's the place to go.

This Grand Rapids Leonard/Monroe location items not shelved; aisles too crowed with merchandise. Could be safety hazard.Other Family $ been to well organized.

The store was just plain crammed with boxes, shelves and racks of merchandise that was put anywhere.Rude employees, low lighting and the SUPER Long SINGLE line made for a very unsatisfied customer. I didn't even get a Cart to bring em everything that I bought out to my car and I'm disabled at the moment.It took me four trips to get my stuff in the car.

Family Dollar is a fairly decent community store, I have shopped at several, some are not as clean and well stocked as others. When I'm doing "RUN IN & OUT SHOPPING", it's where I go.

The clerk told me to leave my backpack at the counter when I walked in and I declined then they wouldn’t sell me anything. Told me to leave the store. I asked the clerks name and she wouldn’t tell me.
