So they sell us 3 faulty things that don't work at all and they won't honor a exchange for the same items. She was so rude to me for absolutely no reason at all I am so insulted the way she talked down to me it's unreal. I will never ever ever shop or recommend this place ever.

The store itself isn’t all bad but the old lady at the checkout is rude and very annoying. She was giving customers bad looks and just acting like she hates life and her job. Other than her it’s an ok place.

Big store, okay selection. I don't appreciate going in 40 minutes before closing at the posted time (9pm) and having the lights being turned off and on at 8:25, and then OFF at 8:35. Then have someone get on the speaker at 8:40 saying I have 20 minutes to shop, and to please finalize my selection. How the heck am I supposed to finalize my selections when I can't see what I'm looking for because you turn the lights off? It's not like the place was dead either, there were several other shoppers in the store at the same time as I was there. There were two employees working that I could see, so I can't see how it would be an issue of short staffing to close the store. The person that wasn't cashiering was doing closing things way before posted closing time.If y'all want to start closing at 8:00, just close at 8:00. No need to be rude to your customers.

The biggest Dollar Tree Store in Grand Rapids I have ever seen. I was really impressed to see the interior of this Dollar Tree. They have three thirds of the shelves in each aisle which actually makes this Dollar Tree Store as a biggest Store in Grand Rapids area.

Excellent selection, friendly staff. Clean. We are not usually dollar store shoppers but one visit convinced us this place is worth returning to regularly. We find a surprising number of food items we want each time we go. It's best to shop with an open mind rather than a fixed list as items change frequently. With everything a dollar, portions are often smaller, which is nice for smaller households or trying new things. Wide selection of seasonal decor and party supplies. A great place to stock up before a trip to a vacation rental ... cheap kitchen and household basics.

I’ve never been treated as terribly as I was at this store. It was the second time in this store that they had lost the bathroom key. I kindly suggested them getting a back up. The manager proceeded to scream at me and say “it’s not my problem! So do you want me to have a sign up sheet, would that make you happy?” I even stopped speaking because she was so irrational and out of control. She chased me out of the store screaming.She is apparently the manager of this location and has been so for 15 years. She should NOT be a manager, much less be employed there.I called corporate and haven’t received a retuned call. I’ll never shop at dollar tree again.

I was surprised at the level of selection the Dollar Tree had to offer. I went in looking for Christmas gift ideas and found a lot of nice items that I wouldn't have expected at a dollar store. For instance, I found an entire section of dining ware, all sold separately of course, but there were some very nice plates, bowls, glasses and wine glasses that I think I could put together for a very nice gift. Perfect for my budget!

The Manager, Rick and Anna a cashier are always nice and very helpful. Tammy is great too. She works 2nd shift. Great variety of everyday items and items for special occasions. I shop here A LOT!!

A good place to pick up things in a hurry no matter what it's a dollar store well stocked and clean personnel are nice and ready to help! Was there tonight and the store seems different a lot of signs up for help and different people working there don't know if that's a problem or not but I got everything I wanted.

I obviously like it. What's there not to like. $1 for everything in the store and some of the products are actually pretty nice. Its great for something cheap like a aux cord, or a little snack. But of course since everything is a dollar its not keep in the best of conditions so the store looks kind of gross, but hey if your as cheap as me this is the perfect place to be.

There was inventory all over the place it was a big mess. There were employees working to put stuff away but they were so slow. Prices are good. Check out clerk was very nice and she was efficient.

I got almost everything I went to dollar tree for. Plus lot's of extra stuff, they have a good selection of most everything. The stuff is very nice and friendly, I will drive the extra miles to go to the Plainfield store over the store in Cedar Springs Mi.

The worst store ive ever been at. The cashier didnt smile and was very rude. Ill never set foot in that store again. I was in a ood mood when i got there and left in a really bad mood. The cashier's mood rubbed on me.

This store is a disaster, starting from the front door throughout the entire store is filthy. Mold in the freezer, floors need cleaning, and cigarette butts outside the door.

This Dollar Tree is large and has a ton of products for you to shop through; however the store is sometimes cluttered and the bathroom is disgusting. It’s evident that this Dollar Tree does not have enough staff needed to make sure that everything is cleaned & tidy. During a recent visit there was one cashier around 5pm for several minutes until another one appeared from a back area. More staff during a shift could prevent this from happening.

This place can be a little messy so I took away a star but staff is always friendly and they usually have some great stuff at affordable pricing. Inventory changes often so it’s always up to date with the season.

Everything is $1.00 USD. Many made in the USA products. Check-out time is a very long wait, any time of day as they never have more than 2 cashier's at any time
