They are really getting some nice items. Beginning to carry more expensive items but still a great deal. I bought these today and am so pleased. Got them for $5 a piece. I hope they keep the old stand-bys lower priced like their Home Style Select. They’re the best!

Decent for a dollar store. Used to be able to find really good deals on random name brand stuff they got, like makeup, but not so much anymore. Mostly dollar store brands now, and some name brand food items in smaller packaging - this means if you go to a supermarket and buy this same item in it's regular size it ends up being cheaper per ounce, especially if you catch a sale. They did just add the Snack Zone that has some good stuff in it, though, and the energy drinks are a good deal.

The store was not all that clean. The bathroom was gross and the toilet was full of "stuff". I went through the self check out so I did not interact with any employees. I picked up some cute Christmas glasses and went through their assortment of stockings as well. Not the greatest or cleanest store but average.

It was good, I just wish the craft stuff was better stocked. I went to 2 different Dollar tree store's today looking for the 6 pack of wood slats, and the wood box that has 3 drawers in it, but as my luck has it I am never able to find what I want. If it has been shown on you tube don't bother looking for the items they won't be there. But I always find other stuff as I spent $70.00 in 2 different store's today. I ended up getting my wood slats at meijers the one's in the picture.

Found exactly what we were looking for. I'm not too keen on self checkout but it is what it is.

The employees at this store are so kind, especially for what they put up with each day. I came in late one Sunday night because I needed hydrogen peroxide for my dog that got into some chocolate (safely induces vomiting!). An employee named Angela went above and beyond by searching in the back for some when it was out of stock on the shelves. She quickly came running back with a case of it and wished me luck with my dog. Absolutely impeccable custoemr service and I am so grateful that she went the second mile for me!P.S- my dog is perfectly happy and healthy!

Sign on the door says 4pm today great i pulled in at 3:45 Just needing a couple things, door locked. So i call just to double check listed hours, man says we close at 4pm i tell him that is odd since i just tried and the doors are locked. He then tells me they have to lock the door to be able to count the self check outs. The sign should reflect when the doors lock not when you want to punch out.

Friendly staff and plenty of affordable options for decorations/diy craft projects. The shelves chanfe frequently so stopping in evert now and then is always a treat for my fiancée and I. Their products are normally limited to what you see on the shelves but the other locations aren't too far with similar if not the same products

Dollar Tree for the most part is fine. But recently they got rid of the ladies at the cashier stations and replaced them with self-checkout registers. That may be fine for some, but I am old school. I NEED a human to talk to, NOT a robot. What is this, Buck Rodgers in the 22nd century? I am going to boycott the store and ask all REAL Americans to so the same. Bring back the HUMAN factor. If not, Target is across the street on Alpine Avenue in Walker. I am now shopping there and NOT at DT.

Everybody there is nice enough. It’s been stocked and shelved way better lately. It’s kinda dusty like you like very very dust mite dust mitt look dusty. The biggest problem is that the store closes randomly. And for people who walk there or take a bus there and expect it to be open because they need some thing and it is closed it’s horrible for business! If it is not going to be open then it should be updated on the site not just whenever people decide to come in. Last Saturday they didn’t open until after 2 o’clock in the afternoon!! That is ridiculous! Obviously it’s not going to change but just call before you go because eight out of 10 times I’ve called they weren’t open and it was like 8 o’clock at night or 11 o’clock in the morning.

Every employee I interacted was both helpful and friendly - they knew where items were on the shelves and helped me find everything I was there for.

They force you to use a self scan and you can't do a split payment on a self scan so don't go here if you need to do split they obviously don't want to put anybody on a register 🤬

The Dollar Tree employees continue to impress me primarily women they realize it's not the end of the world I tell him to just think of their employment at a less popular less high-paying job is just a rung on the ladder to the rest of their life

Everything you need is there, but I don't like that they have no cashiers. All self checkout. Update still no cashiers

I was rather upset with the service today. I understand that during these times of the pandemic cautious measurements must take place. However, what I saw today was not cautious measurements. The lady was rude and being a bully. She was berating a customer for not wearing a mask. Demanding he pulls his shirt up to cover his face! Seriously? Do you due diligence and educate your employees of the executive order that is has been or about to be in place by the governor. First of all, The mask rule does not go into effect until tomorrow. The mask rule is strongly suggested!! The governor said herself that they will not penalize people for not wearing a mask.Secondly, you cannot demand a customer to have a Mask!Customer service is hard. Being a customer in this time is hard. Show some grace and compassion. Educate your employees. Seriously yelling at someone is not the answer. The poor customer was on his way to a panic attack due to this treatment. Do better!!! For your customers, for your company for yourselves!!! Be safe! Be smart! Stop being bullies!

Shop here all the time. As others have said ALWAYS one lane open. People will be out stocking and the line will be slow and not moving. The manager takes her time getting help up front when needed. It is beyond frustrating. Stock is always low. Normal things always out of stock. Nice and early open time, but will possibly piss you off if you are in a rush. I mostly head for the remembrance location. This one sucks.

This Store Is Fabulous! It's Huge and Has Lots of Different Items that the Smaller Stores Don't. It's the BEST PLACE To Buy Your CLEANING SUPPLIES Cheap! Isles Are Wide and Roomy so Easily Accessible to the Handicapped. Store Is Clean and Uncluttered! A Wonderful Shopping Experience for ALL! 😀

Decent store. I just wish that this company put more of an effort into assuring cleanliness and order. The stores are always trashed out and always out of stuff. The managers act like they do not like their jobs.

They have a lot of things for a $1.25 but the one thing they must not have is a broom and a bucket and a mop. The floor in this place is just about as dirty as the parking lot is the first day of spring in Michigan.

Store is a mess!! Nothing really on the shelves. Been there a few times and always the same way. To bad it used to be a clean well kept and full of merchandise a year ago.

I found several craft items I was looking for. My cashier was very nice, even though the line was backed up and must have been very stressful for her. This store has become my favorite.

Always a good place to browse for inexpensive items. The store is always clean and the staff is friendly. The most annoying part is the parking area, both in terms of driving through it and in terms of getting in and out. Making a left out of the parking lot onto Alpine is near impossible unless you drive through the Starbucks and gas station parking and turn left at the light. In terms of parking there is usually a spot but one must be vigilant as people are both walking and cars zoom by pretty quick. When driving, the store itself is not easily visible from the road but the sign is which is helpful.

I was in Dollar Tree tonight on Christmas Eve on Alpine with my Daughter. After waiting in line I realized that I dropped my $20. We looked down every isle, but someone picked it up.Things have been very tight after loosing my job. I wish I would have gotten her name, but one of the workers was SO kind and offered to pay for our things! It meant so much to me! She is always so nice when we go to the store, and I hope she will be recognized for her amazing customer service. Thank you so so much!

I’m not that enthused with the staff of this one. It’s the biggest one in my area, but I would rather not even go if it meant not dealing with them. Every time I call the store they’re extremely rude and short. There’s no slim chance of getting a nice customer service exchange at all. When they answer the phones they sound like they hate their job, and when you ask a question, without you getting to finish your sentence, they blurt their answer over you while you’re talking. This was basically the final straw for me and the Alpine dollar tree. I’d rather pay more than $1 at meijer than deal with the rude staff there. I would love for them to do better.

They have a nice selection for Halloween and Autumn, which are right around the corner. My only complaint was the lady setting and stocking the shelves made it seem like a big inconvenience to assist me in answering my question. She didn't make eye contact and spoke to the shelf instead of to me. Rude.

First of all, I love going to the dollar store...who doesn’t love going to the dollar store??! EVERTHING for a $1!! Score! My issue with today’s visit was the customer service. I was waiting in line to check out, and a gentleman came in and asked the cashier what aisle scrub pads were in. She told him aisle 6. He came back and said they weren’t in that aisle. She then said, “I don’t know, go find the manager, and they can tell you.” Ummm, the customer doesn’t know who the manager is!! After the customer went back into the store, she then said, “Aisle 5, 6, who knows?” It was then my turn to check out. No “Hello”. After bagging Comet cleanser with my food, I asked if I could get a separate bag for it. She hands me a bag to put my cleanser in, and then hands me my receipt. No “thank you”, no “good bye.” I know the dollar store is not the Hilton or Marriot, but a “Hi or Bye” would be nice.

Employees are rude act as if you are wasting their time by asking them to do their job. Called to ask if they had movies in, the manager in the most bored and condescending tone said "Yup a few" then immediately hung up on me. Supposed to be a Christian store definitely don't act like it. I will be telling everyone I know and my whole congregation to never shop at this store again.

Was directed to self check out by a woman who just went on her phone… she purposely flipped her name tag. Touché, rude lazy Dollar Tree lady
