With the rude female employee with long, blonde hair, glasses, & who drive the blue 4-door car working here me & my friends will never shop here again. She thinks the whole world evolves around her. Not the proper type of employee of you want happy customers. She swears she is a manager at this store but we only know she works here. Until she is gone we will tell people not to shop here. She's a miserable human being. Kristina is the rude employee.

I like Dollar General for their prices and their locations, so I don't like to leave a negative review. But this location (and a few others) was pretty bad today. Very dirty, and highly unorganized. Piles of trash and dirt all over, dirty packaging tape stuck to the shopping carts, boxes and items left in the aisles where people might trip or fall over. Many items misplaced. Many items not priced. There seems to be only one worker, stuck behind the counter, so there's no one to help on the floor. If you do ask for help, they tell you to call corporate. Dude, that's your job. Get it together because the health department could fine you, or close you down. No one wants to see chips all over the floor underneath the shelves that have chips for sale. We need stores like this for their reasonable prices and for the item availability. So we're hoping things get worked out. Thank you!

The parking lot is full of trash and cigarette butts. Their shelves are empty, yet there's product in the aisles that makes it hard to move around. The customer service is on point though. Their friendly and helpful

Very clean. Everything is stocked. Very neatly shelved. Any one that is a shopper or works there could help you out on isles for location or take you to that item isle. The Team is very polite and a super team that works together. "Come on in and visit our location" Thank you and always welcome to come on in again. PS. Great sales and they have Christmas ready to shop for the little one(s) Thank you Team.

Every time I come in this store there is only one register open with a line going back into the isles. Most of the employees have bad attitudes.. Unless it's just me. The short girl Vicki is the only nice hardworking one there. I don't go there unless absolutely necessary.

Wow!! I was a regular at this store because I live just down the street. Well tonight at 8:40pm I went in there to get some things I needed with me being a regular I knew where everything was hurried up and grabbed what I needed and went to checkout.. Well they said my card was declined so I said one moment please so I could switch money around in my bank account and they said no we can't accept you now because we are closed now and CANCELLED MY TRANSACTION AND TOLD ME TO COME BACK TOMORROW now I have to drive to Meijer and risk driving in this nasty weather. They are rude the lady with the glasses you shouldn't treat people like that when you don't know what they're going through it cost nothing to be a good person.

There are several employees who just shouldn't be working here. I was in here 2 days ago and the boy working the registers didn't even look at me let alone say hello or anything. He rang up my items and looked off into space, never telling me how much my total was.More often than not when it's busy, there are plenty of people there but none of them take initiative and open another register or will go on break. Very poor service overall.

Good deals but always behind somebody who spends 10 minutes looking for bridge card. Then has to swipe it 12 times before the cashier says move along. Just trying to get a pack of smokes and you're making me late for work...

Every single dollar general I walk into is a mess!! There’s always stuff on the floor you have to walk over or you can’t get through the isle. They always seem to be stocking at the worse times of the days. I have to push carts out of the way. I just been going to family dollar lately because the stores seem bigger and it’s not so Cluttered!

Do not go here! My sister and I went in not long before they closed, we had two things to get and 5 minutes, plenty of time! Couldn't find anything and got yelled at to get into the line when we were in there for less than a minute! They let plenty of other people continue to roam the store and only us and another teen (who obviously wasn't familiar with the store) got yelled at! They are rude and the store layout is ridiculous!

I don't come here often (mostly because I forget about it). It's always been clean and as organized as possible (some customers are a bit messy). Was a little annoyed by an employee who had decided to stand in the middle of an isle and chat like crazy to a delivery man who looked as if he couldn't wait to get of there. I believe her name was Elizabeth (since she insisted that the delivery guy guess her name, only know the first letter) Luckily for her, he was very polite. All other employees present seemed to be doing what was expected of them.

This store features the most clueless employees that like to go on break with 10 customers in line, or proceed with their side work and won't come open a 2nd register. They never know what kind of cigarettes u ask for are. Their register isn't synced up to in store sales and the clueless employees will ask, is there a sign or something that says it's on sale? Duhhhh! And for being a "dollar" general, their prices are pretty high. I only go here as a last resort, and it would be so convenient as I live more or less across the street.

Staff is always kind. If you want decently priced snacks it is a good place to go. Aisles are a bit narrow and sometimes there is a wait at the checkout.

this place should have "stay away" posted outside in ten languages in eleven different colors... all but one employees are absolutely horrible and the worst part is the managers stand by their employees bad performance they will honestly defend them to your face right after watching them screw up again and again and say (and I quote) "we have no one else who will stay working longer than a week" it's heart breaking because some of the people who work there actually try

I love going here. it's a huge convenience for ideal "just few essentials" without the god aweful walgreens/cvs price. I can still get my name brand stuff like Gain and Cottonelle, but literally 1/3 the price.
