My first time using this place to groom my daughter's dog Puma. Angelica did an EXCELLENT job. I already scheduled his next appointment!! No need to look for any other groomers after going to this place! Keep up the good work 👏 🙌 👍 👌 💪 😉!!!

Have tried weekly for more than 5 weeks to make an appointment for my pup to be groomed. No one called me back. At all. Once can be considered a mistake, but not 5 weeks. I thought it was too bad because we thought we were happy with Dirty Hairy's but it turns out to be a wonderful thing as we have found a FANTASTIC groomer we adore.

These ladies are the best. My dog had bad experiences getting his mails cut and would shake juat pulling up. After 4 or 5 visits to dirty Harry's, when I say time to get your nails done, he wags his tail and waits by the door. I won't go to the pet store grooming salon EVER AGAIN.I feel bad that I put my dog through that. Dirty hairy's goes above and beyond to make my dog comfortable and feel loved.

This was our first time coming here and I was excited to try out a new place. My mother took my dog, Layla, in for a nail trim. I was just informed that her mouth was held closed while getting her nails trimmed. She has never once been aggressive during previous grooming or nail trims. I find it very unnecessary to use this form of treatment. I am very disappointed and we will not be returning.

I wasn’t really happy after the first time my dog was groomed here because they have you pay before they bring your dog out to you. Everywhere else we’ve had our dog groomed will bring your dog out when you arrive and then you will pay. It almost felt like they were keeping my dog for ransom. But we tried it again because they did a great job grooming him. Well the first time we went his hair was a bit shorter and the second time it was a little longer so when I went to pay they said they had to charge more because he came in with longer hair than the first time. That made absolutely no sense to me! He’s a little 7 pound dog and it’s not like his hair was so long it was touching the ground! A hair stylist doesn’t charge a person more to cut their hair if it’s longer. Any other groomer we have gone to will charge the same amount whether it’s been 2 months between grooming or 4 months. What difference does it make if his hair is a half inch or so longer than last time? Good grief. Long story short we won’t be back.

Today was my first time bringing a dog to a groomer. I think I was more nervous than my dog :-) She is a Rottweiler puppy and is full of energy and curiosity. I was nervous mainly because of the stigma these type of dogs carry. The staff was great! Super welcoming and so patient with me. We just got a nail trim but now we will be bringing her back again for the works.

What a great place. Their first focus is your pet! I've been here twice, both in-between my 2 dog's groomers. They also do a wonderful job with your pet! They're patient, nurturing, and supportive! What good people.

I love the staff here and they love all dogs/cats, etc.. Very reasonably priced! I take my sweet Charley girl, who is a pit-bull terrier, to get a shampoo and nail grinding about once a month. She LOVES going there and the staff is always happy to see her too. She always smells really good and is super soft when we pick her up! I would recommend Dirty Harry's to anyone who has a pet and doesn't want to do all the grooming themselves. NOTE: I took her to Shampoochie on Breton Rd. 1x before, (before I knew about Dirty Harry's) I now ONLY go to Dirty Harry's. The prices and staff are by far the best there!

First time bringing our puppy for a bath and trim. They did a great job at a fair price, compared to other locations we have taken her. The cute bows were a great touch.

We mainly take our Corgis there to get their nails trimmed and ears cleaned. We have taken them for a bath too. All the staff is friendly and professional. My female is a diva, but they know how to handle her. They are never mean or abusive, but our Abbey requires firmness. We love Dirty Hairy’s and highly recommend them!!!!

I read the great reviews & am very disappointed I cannot say the same. February 18th had my Standard Poodle groomed. He is almost 10 so I have been having him groomed every 3 months since he was a pup so I know what to expect. I recently moved to the area & was hoping this would be our new groomer. Highlights of his groom....His ears had mats, inside ear hair not removed, he was shaggy & different lengths , his legs & feet were not trimmed well at all & his face same story. His pom pom on his tail wasn’t trimmed and for some reason there is a band of about 2 inches that was just left all the way around the tail just above the pom pom. I look through the photos & see a beautifully groomed black standard.... wondering why I wasn’t given that service????

Worst grooming experience I have ever had with our doodle. They completely shaved her without giving my husband a heads up claiming she was “matted”. She was no longer than and not matted or tangled. We feel they picked the easier route rather than taking the time to groom her. The lady was also extremely rude when we picked her up and had forgotten to note that she had a tender spot from being at the vet a couple weeks ago that we informed them of three different times. Choosing quality care for our dogs is important and I am not comfortable leaving them in Dirty Harrys care again. We will not be returning.

Fantastic staff, reasonable prices, and Mr. Floof looks and smells amazing! His first grooming ever and they made him feel comfortable. I highly recommend this place and will be bringing the rest of our pack. Thank you guys for a happy and clean pup!

First time; called ahead for a nail trim and they were able to fit in my dog the same morning. Efficient and quick, and my dog did great too! First time with a nail grinder, and I recommend you try it.

I have been taking my Pomeranian here for over a year now, usually I really like it. Today they decided to charge me an extra $8.00 because she was matted. Seems like that should be included in the grooming cost, I mean it is a dog! 48.00 for a grooming! Without telling me over the phone first, hmmmm not sure I will be going back!

Our girl is a Great Pyrenees/Bernese Mountain mix. In other words, tons of hair. Dirty Hairy's does an amazing job removing her under coat and trimming. She comes home happy and feeling amazing.

We take our Corgis here for nail care, hair around their pads trimmed and ear cleaning. Everyone is friendly and professional. The Corgis hate having the feet touched, but overall the Corgis are cool with the staff too. Great work at a a great price!

They definitely know what customer service means, they are so friendly and kind. I took my two schnauzers yesterday for grooming and I loved the result. My dogs look cute and happy when I picked them up.

I had a wonderful experience at Dirty Harry's today...my two labrodoodles were long over due for a grooming...weekends at the lake and morning walks in the woods made for a challenge..to say the least....rather than shaving them down, they took the time to trim and brush them out....at a very reasonable price!! I recommend them!
