Horrible pharmacy experience. Sean is the worst, very self important and rude. I moved my scripts to another pharmacy. This pharmacy does everything for their own convenience first and the patients needs come last. Nobody knows what is going on here and are constantly shifting the blame. Also they send you a text saying that you can pick up your scripts and then make you wait a half-hour once you arrive. Worst experience ever.

Had a 2:45pm covid test appointment. There was a red suv being helped when I pulled up and a silver suv waiting behind it. After I waited about 10 minutes the silver suv in front of me takes off, no telling how long they had been waiting prior to my arrival. Another 10 minutes of waiting goes by and the red suv gets their prescription and takes off. Since when was it okay to let one car hold up the line for 20 minutes? I could have taken my covid test and been gone with all the waiting. When I finally got up to the tech was rude. She had me waiting another 20 minutes just to get my test. If there’s delays this needs to be communicated to the patient who is waiting instead of leaving them there with no info as to why it’s taking so long. I will never come back to this location again.

I would give them zero stars if it was available. I had been with CVS for years. Colleen and the pharmacist were amazing. Never had an issue.They were always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, they both left and now what remains is a pathetic, rude and unhelpful crew. Yesterday? A staff member AND manager of the pharmacy were so rude that I contacted their DM. The pharmacist said she would no longer fill my prescriptions and would not call my doctor because it was not her job. This younger group has NO respect for ANYONE..I've tranferred my prescriptions elsewhere. And? The DM would not call me to let me know what had been done, as far as discipline.

This CVS went above and beyond to help me out tonight. I pulled up to the store right at closing time (I did not check the hours before coming). Both Danielle and Seth greeted me at the door ready to close up for the night. I told them it was totally fine and I would come back another time. As I was about to leave Seth asked what I needed assistance with. I explained that I wanted to print a photo for my dad’s birthday. Seth then made an executive decision and welcomed me in. He brought me over to the photo desk and walked me through the steps to print the photo for my dad. Needless to say, it was a small gesture but it meant the world to me. Thank you Seth and Danielle for the GREAT customer service!

Nice place. Understaffed as usual. Pharmacy lies to your face. A few nice workers, some ladies look like sour lemons.Only reason I come to this location is there amazing selection and the young gentleman usually at the front register is wonderful.Regards, the best couponer.

Setup a covid test on Thurs and got an appointment for noon on Sunday. Pulled up to the drive through and there was 6 other cars in front of me. Why did I make appointment 4 days ahead to wait in line? What a bunch of amateurs.

Went to this store at 650 pm to pick up snacks for a movie night. We rented redbox from the box at their store. The worker that was standing outside SMOKING and on her phone told me the store was closed and refused to let me in. To my knowledge and education you did not close for another 10 minutes. Had to drive to another store. Customer service seems to be lacking at this store.

This locations said they have at home tests, they do not. And when I went in and asked for a mask because I am sick, and want to protect others, I was told “we sell them” - it’s wild how companies like CVS charge ten dollars for masks and don’t have plenty of covid tests. So frustrating!

Excellent service in both the store and pharmacy! You can even manage prescriptions online! Clean and friendly. In fact, Lauren, a cashier, is a sweetheart and helps you out. Much more stock then the Fuller & Leonard store. Enroll in an Extracare Card! You’ll get many more savings!

Way understaffed! When i go to get ny meds through the drive through they tell me to keep pulling around if there is a car behind me. They tell me my meds are ready when they are not. Today i tried calling and the phones dont even work. I have to go to cvs for my insurance and i absolutely dread picking them up every single time!

Very friendly and attentive staff. Pharmacy is quick and responsive. I can find items here that I can't find other places. Some prices very reasonable., others a little higher. Convenient in and out location. I like the multiple parking lot entrances/exits.

Scheduled a COVID test and it was cancelled the day of, due to a "temporary closure". They send an email to reschedule and there is no appointment available for at least another 4 days. Completely ridiculous. Should have pushed back appointments instead of cancelling those who had them booked first.

The service at this cvs is the worst! The pharmacy staff lies to you about your prescription refills and then blames you because it is "your responsibility" to know how many refills you have. I thought I did when the pharmacy staff tells me I have 10, I'm sorry I assume that person knows how to do their job & actually tells me the truth! Never going back ever!

It's a CVS. Not much to write about. At this location the pharmacists are great. Store is clean. Seems understaffed sometimes.EDIT: disappointing quality of CVS photo service. I would not recommend prints here.

This store is a joke!! My husband has to use CVS because of his insurance and their pharmacy is ridiculous; their hours aren't feasible for someone that works, they don't answer their phones and staff is rarely able to answer questions.

Love cvs plainfield location everyone is so friendly from when you walk in the the door , you get a friendly hello , also bob the manager is always there and saying hello to the customers.. the pharmacy is wonderful I just love Colleen she is so friendly and helpful , and they always remember you by name .. much better than Walgreens ....
