Carpet Villa did an amazing job replacing our upstairs carpet, it feels like a new house! They used good quality padding, good quality carpet, the price was surprisingly affordable, and they accommodated our schedule. Richard was very informative and helpful with estimating, Fred did an incredible job with the install, I honestly don't know how the man does it, he's a 1 man carpet machine and it looks great! We have purchased carpet and vinyl flooring for both our old home & our current home from them. They have always treated us right & given us awesome prices. We just had 3 rooms and stairs done with carpet. Best prices I found in the area, everyone was very friendly from the first interaction until the last. The installers were great, it looks amazing. Thank you. The one star removal is for the lack of communication in general. The person who quoted told me one day, but the installers, at the end of the project, said this was easily a two day job. I had to call and confirm a few days before and a time. I would have appreciated phone calls/texts when the installers were running late on both days, and by late I mean an hour and half on one day. Overall I'm very pleased with our install and working with them.

Carpet Villa is a lifesaver! I recently moved and two of the carpeted rooms desperately needed to be replaced due to pet stains. Everywhere I called couldn't fit me in for at least 8 weeks. Carpet Villa did everything they could to fit me in as soon as possible. Just two days later, on Memorial Day, an employee volunteered to work over the holiday to remove the old carpet so that they could fit in the carpet install the following Wednesday in between jobs. I'm so grateful for their willingness to work with me so that I could have the carpet replaced right away. Not only that but the carpet is beautiful and they did an excellent job! I highly recommend Carpet Villa!

It all started with the price quote. When the sales guy came over he told me that the installers usually carry transition strips on their vans. The price was great and the carpet was great. The installer came and got the carpet in and told me he would come back later that day to finish. He never came back so I called the store and told them what happened. They got ahold of the installer and he said he called me which never happened. The salesman called me and asked what needed to get done in order to get paid. I told him that a vent hole was not cut, the stairway was not finished, and one of the rooms did not get the transition strip put in. He told me that the transitions were not quoted. He said he would have the installer come back and fix the vent hole. Finally after a week the installer came back cut the vent hole and told me he had to go to his shop and get a transition strip. He never came back. I decided to hire someone else to finish. I do not want Carpet Villa to come back.

Jason, one of their main workers, possesses poor customer service skills. Don't expect him to go the extra mile. When things fell through with our order and installation from a miscommunication he was very rude, spoke on top of me and pretty much said, he had other customers to deal with to keep my order in mind. A real professional would have apologized for the disappointment and tried to smooth things over. I will definitely not be recommending this company to any of my friends.

The store itself makes me sneeze. The staff is respectful, knowledgeable, and helpful. The materials are reasonably priced and arrive in a timely manner. I'll continue to use their services, as other flooring stores I've worked with have not been nearly as affordable nor respectful.

told them exactly what I needed. they came measured. very honest and trustworthy staff.. found new padding under nasty carpet ( basically i would of down graded to replace) saved me a few hundred $. I will be using these guys for my flooring needs. highly recommended.
