My pup and I love this place!! We go to Amaura's Paw Spa within the building and we absolutely love her! She's so detailed-oriented and you can tell that she genuinely loves all the animals that visit her! I feel that she charges a reasonable rate for all that she does and how much she actually cares for my dog! We have been a regular customer for nearly 3 years! We are so happy and recommend her to everyone we know!!The building has recently been renovated into several single pet grooming businesses. There is a really nice sized parking lot in the back, pretty easy to get to from Lake Michigan Dr.

We'd been using them for a couple years, quality of grooming was good but customer service was always lacking. This week we had a grooming scheduled on Tuesday, we were called last minute to let us know they had to cancel due to a sick groomer, so we re-arranged our scheduled to accommodate theirs and rescheduled. I showed up 20 minutes late and they told us they couldn't take our dog because we were 5 minutes over their limit. Moral of the story: they give themselves lots of flexibility for scheduling conflicts, they give their customers none.

Our experience was very good. We found out their are 4 independent groomers working in this building. So you will need to make an appointment with one of them for grooming.We took our dog in as a walk in for toe nail trimming and they were very open to accepting him an clipping his nails.Very friendly people.

The last few times we have attempted to make an appointment the staff has been rude and unwelcoming. We have taken our dog here a few times for a basic trim and wash. The results have been fine, but nothing special. We have never been blown away by the service or how the staff has treated out pet. Fido and Stitch is a much friendlier alternative.

Absolutely fantastic!! They do a wonderful job with my high anxiety small dog. They are one of the least expensive dog groomers around plus they can usually get your little pup in within a few days. Definitely worth it! :)

0/10 do not recommend. I brought my two dogs in there. We noticed how one dog would not quit shaking his head. Also noticed that he had huge cuts at the end of his ears when we got him back. It has gotten so bad that I had to bring him to the vet and they told me that he has a bacterial infection from the groomers cutting him. This is not from the hematomas that they rudely said my dog had. Wouldn't recommend this place.

We have had our 7 mo old puppy groomed here from the first time. The location is super close to our house and we had gone somewhere across town before. They consulted with me well. I will say they took off more hair than I thought on our Shih Tzu mix, but he ended up looking really great. We we’ll be going back in the future.

The first time I came here to get my dogs nails trimmed they clipped his toe. I think they realized it because she put some cornstarch on his toenail but didn't say anything to me. It wasn't until I got home and realized he bled all over the carpet and car what had happened. A friend recommended them so I told her what happened and she said to give them a second chance so I did and they did great. I will probably go back again and hope that was a one time fluke!

My fur kids have been groomed here for years, they love to come see the other dogs. Never a injury, my dogs come back tired and smelling great. Have referred friends who were also pleased. Wouldn't go anywhere else😊🐶🐶😊

Today was my first time taking my aussiedoodle here.They did a fantastic job on her she looks great. She was also very happy and sassy when I picked her up, which was a nice change because when I've taken her to other places she has left very timid and terrified. They were also very quick it only took about an hour and fifteen minutes.

I won't take my pups (Yorkie and Morkie) anywhere else. They are always meticulously groomed ( I am picky and it's is always perfect!) and they smell so good ! Never a trace of dog smell!I am not sure about the negitive cat experiences that people report ...but if your cat hates dogs maybe take it to a cat only place.. my dogs (even the more skittish one ) are happy when I get them and happy to go! They really care for the pups trust come in that is for sure. It's clean, professional and extremely loving and kind to the animals they service.

I just love this Canine & Feline Design. They do a great job grooming and nail trimming all at a great price. The staff is very personable and seem to love your pet just like you do. I definitely recommend this place.

I won’t go anywhere else! The ladies are so nice and professional. My fur baby has been going to see Amaura for a time now. Amaura rocks! The first time I went with her she asked me what I liked or didn’t like about the hair cut, it happen to be just what I wanted! They really care about you and your fur children!

They treat my shiz tzu so well, she loves to go there. I have shown dogs in the past. I'm old enough to be retired now and Jill is the best groomer I have had and always constant. They keep the building clean and well maintained. I am confident leaving Sophia there.

We have been bringing our cat here for about two years now. They typically have been great however when I brought him in today the staff was extremely rude to me and it seemed like they were trying to nickel and dime everything. That was never how I felt bringing my cat here before. They even gave me back my cat damp, unacceptable for the services we pay for. Unfortunately I will being doing business elsewhere now as they just don’t care about their customers anymore

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.ENDANGERED MY CAT'S LIFE.When I walked in there were 2 dogs LOOSE and running around the waiting room. I told them my cat hates dogs but they did nothing about it. Then they took her into a room with three MORE dogs and roughly clipped her nails.When they finished clipping her nails they brought my cat back to the waiting room (where there were 2 dogs running around barking) and just dropped her on the floor. She was scared to death. The dogs were trying to get at her and they did nothing to control it. Finally I was able to catch my cat and put her back in the carrier, but they did not even try to help me out at all. Super disappointed. NOT going back.

I brought my cat in here and never got him back. I received a phone call telling me to get back immediately because he was having a heart attack. My cat was 6 years old. They offered to pay for an autopsy that I declined being to upset to even think of such a thing. I never received a call or a card of apologies. I even expressed interest was nervous dropping him off. Not for one second I would think I'd be coming home alone. So very very disappointed and forever heartbroken. Thought there would be some compassion, highly disappointed.

They did AMAZING work with my 'hates going to the groomer' puppy. When I went to pick her up, my little girl was happy and excited (which is a first for her!) She looked adorable and they even had a cute bandana in her hair!

If you have a cat, DO NOT bring it here.They are completely inconsiderate about the needs of cats. They have animals running around loose here, which most cats are very nervous about. They aren't able to control cats who don't like to be held. Also extremely stinky/dirty/messy..looks like they clean up the pet hair about once per month.
