I brought my anxious 5.5 year old border collie to be groomed for the first time ever. It is clearly evident that Kim loves dogs from the moment you walk in. She is super friendly and my pup took to her right away which is always a good sign! I picked my dog up a few hours later and she looks so good and she's super soft! I have read horror stories of border collies being groomed improperly and completely shaved so if you have a double coated dog like mine, you don't have to worry about that here! I'm very happy and my dog was clearly well treated during her stay!

She is awesome! cut's both my dogs nails. And is very friendly to my kiddos. I don't know how she does it my Charlie won't let me near his paws

My rough coat border collie is 5 years old and had never been to a groomer. I was immediately impressed just walking into the place by how clean and homey it was. The had 2 caged rabbits that greeted my dog (who normally tries to hunt them) and he didn't know what to think of their friendliness. The workers respected my request of no treats due to his allergies. They offered different services for grooming and quoted me a price that was over what I had to pay in the end, so I was very happy! They said he handled the grooming well and he came home looking 20#'s lighter! He looked happy and proud to be so beautiful. Will definitely return again!

Kim and her staff are amazing! I have had our family pets being cared for at Buckingham for 22-23 years. Everyone I recommend ends up forever clients and loves kim and her staff.🐾🐶🐰

Have been with Buckingham Pet grooming for 20-25 years, they have always done an amazing job, the only ones I trust with my dog skin and Terry are always professional and communication has always been great! We have multiple dogs, we have mostleg rescued, some seniors which may react to certain situations due to anxiety, and even though I may not ever experience one of my dogs being snippy, I would never dismiss the possibility, so if Kim ever told me one of my dogs was being snippy or aggressive, I would believe her! We really never know how our fur babies are going to act when we are not around and when they are dropped off to be groomed(which I am sure is no dogs favorite thing)!

My family has taken their dogs here for years. We adopted our miniature schnauzer about a year ago and took her here right away. I was very disappointed when they told my husband that she was aggressive when she touched her back legs and needed to be sedated. We have never had a problem with this and when the girl attempted to show him our dog had no reaction. They kept her for 5 hours and gave her a "puppy cut". I was less than thrilled as they charged us $35. I hope this changes as we like the owner and they are reasonably priced. We have taken her other places and they do not have any issue with her.

The only place I will and do go to get my grumpy-old-man-dog nails clipped! He is always given patience, love, and encouragement and we are done in a snap. Love love love this place

We have been going to Buckingham for about a year and we are so happy with the care and kindness shown here, to the "kids" and their humans. Care is personalized to each pet and Kim is so great with all and any questions. Prices are in line with all other salons, but the security you feel is why we take our kids here. If you are looking for a new salon........try this one, you will be satisfied.

Kim did an absolutely amazing job at grooming our 8 month old Bernedoodle. It was Sadie's first haircut and we could not be happier. We will never bring her anywhere else. We highly recommend Kim for dog grooming!!

My husband and I have been brining our Airedoodle (Poodle cross with Airedale) here, they do a great job from the puppy intro up to full scale grooming and handle her mixed fur with ease. Very thorough and informative, as well as resonably priced.
