I typically don't get excited about grocery stores, but the quality and selection of food here was just awe inspiring. I want to move into the neighborhood just so I can go shopping here every week! Fresh produce and selection of Vegan food was the best I've ever seen.

Need more assistance, no check out register help. The bathrooms need to be cleaned more often and they need to replace all the missing purse hooks on the stall doors.I like the farm rustic concept with plenty of seating in the Cafe area. There are even some comfy chairs to chill on.

Exciting to see Meijer branch out away from the big box store into the corner neighborhood grocery. Has all the basics anyone living in walking distance needs. Robust alcohol section for some reason, but well organized. Definitely enhances living on the West Side.TIP: A parking garage is connected to the store but walking will allow you to feel the vibe of this neighborhood.

I like coming here because it's a little different from other Meijers. I was amazed to find crushing peanuts and making peanut butter, at a reasonable price. And the staff here are very helpful and informative. Great place to shop.

I was first introduced to the store in the summer of 2022. I have come to this market regularly this past summer. The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming. The store is always clean. They have a great selection of products no matter what your diet is. The staff is always friendly and their prices aren't too terribly high. I would recommend this market for short stops and regular weekly shopping.

You kicked out my husband today! You said he stole beer last time he was there and that you talked to him about it? That he wasn’t allowed back in? THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. He can’t even drink alcohol and I don’t drink either! Whoever you talked to was a different person not my husband. He was sick and had to go to the store today. You people are dumb! He didn’t steal ANY beer. Wrong person. You need to hire adequate employees who knew the differences between people. If you really did kick out that other man and told him not to come back why didn’t you write down his name? Or get a picture? You accused the wrong person today and we will be calling about it. We’ve been going there several Times a week for a couple years now, we haven’t stolen anything. You people need to get it together. How dare you accuse my husband of stealing beer, HE DOESN’T DRINK!! NEITHER OF US DO! Assistant manager, Jill, should be terminated.ESIT: Nobody has contacted me from Bridge St Market. Beware of going here you will be accused of stealing by the assistant manager, Jill. Her boss hasn’t responded so he can’t be any better than her. Corrupt people work here. No evidence was given, just a wrongful accusation and a ban from the store. Be careful you will be next!

3-23-24: Nothing personal against the store but when these corporations tell you there's no such thing as greed inflation I love seeing these prices. I was considering making fried chicken legs so I looked at the leg packs here. The family pack was listed at $1.29 a pound for around 4-5 pound packs. Yet the regular size at around 2 lb was $2.59 a pound???? The exact same Chicken in different sized packaging and the price on one was double the other one. It was this way with thighs and breasts and wings as well between the smaller pack and the family packs. Honestly Meijer used to be a decent company that cared about the consumers. Now they are turning into another Walmart and trying to milk every penny they can from us.The staff are generally friendly with some real stars. But as with most customer service oriented occupation. There are always a couple who seem to dislike their job and prefer to do it gloomily and seem burdened when you ask for help. But as I said you see that everywhere. The food variety is nice the pricing reasonable for most items other's a little higher than say thier big brother. The management try their best but can't order in the quantities a big Meijer can. Not that many of them seem to be able to handle that anymore either. But the shelves here remain mostly stocked when you head to a big Meijer and it looks like the apocalypse started the shelve clearing shopping.Couple things I still fail to understand. One is the front entrance. It opens well after the store and closes well early. Why have if it only open half the time you are?The second is the restroom closing 30-40m before the store. I'm not the only one I've seen here in that window get a look of frustration when they finish shopping or stop in after work to grab something for dinner.

I shop here regularly, about twice a week. Produce is always good. Lots of gluten-free and dairy-free options, which is amazing as someone with necessary dietary restrictions. I also feel like I'm supporting the community by shopping here and buying local. The photo is random, but my husband loves this chocolate milk they sell!

Expected more local products but it's mostly what you can find at other Meijer locations. Good selection of alcohol and does have a Ferris Coffee location there and free covered parking which is nice.

Went here for the first time today. I thought it would be really expensive, but it didn't seem any different than a regular Meijer store regarding prices; we found some good deals. We wanted batteries, but couldn't find rechargeables. I know a small store won't have everything, but this would've been a nice thing to have.I like that they charge for bags to encourage people to bring their own, but they need to charge more than $.10 for them in order for this to be very effective. I saw so, so many people buying the bags (and almost no one using their own), which seems like it defeats the purpose.

What a wonderful place. It is right downtown, beautifully laid out. Amazing prices and foods. A lot of the foods are healthier or premade so you can take it while your on the go. They even have a wonderful little espresso station inside. We loved it and will be back!

I think some of the items are overpriced, but for the area, I guess they are reasonable. Most of the ppl that work there are nice. You have an occasional employee who does not have customer service skills.

I can't rave enough. I typically hate grocery shopping, especially in the big box stores. This market is my foodie heaven though! Selection is perfect, especially with so many of my local favorites that I don't have to drive all over town to get now. I'm over the moon thrilled to have this right in my neighborhood. It's the perfect size and has so many fresh items as well as specialty items for the health conscious. I'm in love with the wide variety and being able to get everything I need and want in one store. It has far exceeded my wildest expectations. Bringing in Curtis Stone on opening day was an awesome touch too!

This was a nice healthy market to shop at. It is a bit pricey and would tend to drive me to somewhere else. It did have a good selection of things and the staff was very friendly. Their alcohol selection was extensive and overall the vibe of the place was just my jam.

I love this store. A large selection without the overwhelming feel of a big box store! Another plus is being able to use Mperks! Very friendly and helpful staff. I absolutely recommend this store! Also, the building has an amazing mural where free parking garage is; which makes it so inviting!

IF I COULD GIVE THEM 10 STARS I WOULD! The first time I went to Bridge Street market it was by chance because it was right next to my school. I feel very blessed to have found this little gem. It’s like a regular Meijer but times 10. I was beyond impressed by their food, the selection, and the staff was amazing. I had such a great experience, and prices are pretty much the same as a regular Meijer except not a lot of deals. Which I think you’re paying for the quality and care that’s taken in caring for our food. All the fresh fruits and vegetables were actually fresh. I did not see one thing that looked bad. I took home, strawberries, carrots, avocados, blueberries and everything was perfectly ripe. The fruits were super sweet and they all were really fresh. store was will you take the full hi fresh. When talking about selection, I would say it’s like one of the specialty store, such as World Market, mixed with a Meijer. Lastly, I was initially was going to do a review because I had the best service! But, as soon as I got home and started to do my review I realized I had forgotten his name. :/ I decided I am still going to do the review because I want everybody to know about Bridge Street Market, lol. But also next time I go in, I will just edit my post and add his name. This amazing person helped me get the bags I needed, helped me bag all my groceries (everything packed perfectly), and he was very patient because I was having issues at the end. He helped me figure everything out and he really went above and beyond his job. I wanted to shout him out because you don’t get that kind of customer care everyday, and when you do, I think people deserve to hear what an awesome job they’re doing. But I was very impressed by everything. I plan on continuing to use this Meijer. 💕💕💕

Nice place for the basic essential supplies. Meat prices are high, but not totally unreasonable. They even have some hard to find meat products. For example I have found sustainable sourced venison and buffalo. The fresh produce is also reasonably priced. And there is a coffee shop inside, Also for those who choose to indulge, there are also adult beverages available.

Just stopped for coffee. Coffee ok and served cheerfully. Pastries all prepackaged and expensive tho. Not appropriate for a high-end market in my opinion. BTW, high-end equals high prices here.

We found a fair amount of reasonably priced groceries, a neat dinning/working section near the coffee shop, as well as options to warm up your food. I really enjoyed the plethora of booze you could find. They also have Rise sweet treats, donuts, and sushi. It was a good experience all together.

I have always bought sushi from meijer and enjoyed it but bridge street market please step up your game! I’ve gotten sushi here about three times now in hopes that it was just a specific sushi chef but this is definitely the worst sushi I’ve had. The amount of rice that is stuffed in and around it is way too much. You can see in the picture that there is hardly any filling because they even roll rice into the middle. I also am a big ginger person and they give you (not being dramatic either) two tiny pieces of ginger. The part that finally sent me over the edge to write this is that i went to ask for more ginger and they had it in to go cups to buy. When i put the sushi in my mouth it tastes like balls of rice AND i can’t even add flavor without having to pay for more ginger? Not to mention many of these sushi rolls are $10-$15 and fall apart as i try to pick them up with my chopsticks. I just feel like i wasted so much money and it definitely wasn’t one bit worth it. Highly do not recommend this sushi

the best grocery store in the downtown area. best selection, and much better prices than the others. it’s run by Meijer as a specialty market, so some items are more expensive. typical goods are usually on par with other Meijer locations.

A little on the high end, you pay for convenience. Limited brand choice, yet a fairly complete selection of groceries. Excellent floral/card area. Good selection of beer and wine.

I was expecting more. I was thinking like Horrocks or Kingmas, but it more like a typical Meijer on a smaller scale. Don't get me wrong there is some emphasis on local and boutique groceries, but I feel it could be better. Great beer and wine selection. Convenient location for those downtown.

Make the trip to the big store this place is Not what it used to be, they're not open convenient hours anymore and they've completely changed their selection. Not only that prices have skyrocketed. Disregard the remainder of this review until further notice. I love having a local market that isn't outrageously expensive. The fresh bakery products are delicious. The produce is varied and just at the peak of ripeness. The butcher shop has a great selection of proteins that are hard to find elsewhere. The general merchandise is fair and reasonable. Overall I think Bridge Street Market is a great place full of awesome product and helpful employees. I would recommend it for most of what you need.
