Ok my son is 20 years old and works in concrete about 14 hours a day he needed a new hammer for work went to this ace found one for 40 dollar s We were by that cubicle in the back and my son said can I check out here sir he said no not dressed like that you will have to go to the front my son had on a T-shirt some flannel pajama bottoms and shoes I thought that was pretty rude of this guy named Scott who is management at that Ace Hardware I will not ever go back there again So I turned it in the next day to the manager his name was Dan he said I don't care if your son was wearing a tuxedo there is not a checkout in the back Very cocky place to be

The customer service is killing this place you have to look for your tools in the morning because at the afternoon everybody or the most of them are already grumpy and I hear employees talking about customers soon they turn around, they need to know the no everybody It's a master on tools

My husband was in the store today and a gentleman was ringing up his order and he paid for it. A woman decided she knew how to do it the “right” way and issued a credit and rang it up again. My husband told her that she was going to charge our account twice and she was adamant that it would not happen. He returned home and checked our account and we did get charged twice and it takes 2 to 3 days for the credit to come through! So until then we are without 250.00! 🤬🤬🤬

Getting the 2nd star only should be 1 just because the lady who answered the phone was very nice, I got my purchase and the cashier (older, overweight and sitting) called me Mr Impatient cause I was getting my card ready to use after using a gift card and I know by looking and dealing with her for the short time I did if I said hurry up Mrs. SlowMo she would have an aneurysm. Maybe train her to be gracious to all customers!

Had to stop here several times to pick up tools and random hardware for an RV project I was working on, and they had what I needed each time. They seemed somewhat in the pricing window of the big box stores. Their staff was helpful and able to assist my hunt for certain items.

Like the Tv show Cheers....its a place where you can go where everyone knows your name. Best customer service where the staff are handy people themselves, know what they are talking about, and actually want to help you. You will never find this service from a big box store. Prices are higher but I will pay the extra dollar or 2 for the A1 service.

I had the need of a replacement key fob and visited this local Ace Hardware. The ordering process was quite quick and I was out the door to await a phone call that the fob had arrived. Sooner than expected I was notified on the arrival of the fob and I scheduled a appointment to have the new one programed to my car. Upon arriving at the store I was met by Sam (Sorry I didn't get his last name) he was courteous and review the process with a fellow associate and we proceeded to the car for what I thought would be a quick and easy programming. Sam had a device that hooked into my car's computer and proceeded to go through the programming step on a tablet. After several attempts to program the new fob he contacted the first level of support. I was sitting in the passenger seat while he was in the driver's seat. I could hear the tech support walk him through the steps. At this time Sam began to apologize for the delay. I have been in customer service for 45 years and I know that Sam was working hard to resolve the problem. I am not one to get overly agitated with the roadblocks that technology can through in the way of an easy programming process. I decided to leave Sam alone with the technical support and went and sat on a pallet of stones and enjoyed the clear sunny day. After approximately 1/2 hour Sam exited the car and again apologized for the delay and the problems, I told him not to worry about it things happen. He said he spoke with the second level support and they determined that the new fob was faulty. Unfortunately while trying to program the new fob the car when into a security mode and would not allow the keys or fob to be programed and they would have to order another. The next day I called and Sam let me know that the new fob had not arrived yet and I chose to go and pick up the car since that were able to remove from the security mode and was able to get my old fob and key working. When I arrived Sam again apologized and said that the new fob had just been delivered. So he started the programming again and within 15 minutes both the old and the new fob and key was programmed. Success!! Sam continued to apologize and I continued to assure him that all was good on my end, I was just happy to have a working fob. Sam was patient, did not get flustered and worked through the process. Knowing that Sam did not intend for this to happen there was no reason for me to become upset, ranting and raving normally does not get you anything but high blood pressure. So to Sam I say thank you for your diligence and patience, you are a credit to customer service.

Ace is the place the helpful hardware store. Yep courtesy always, knowledgeable are always the best experience. If Ace can't help their referrals are always the best. Only thing is I miss the once famous Ace Hardware paper sacks. Environmental change caused the discontinued Ace Paper bags. 😃

Always a helpful place and convenience is nice vs bigger box stores. Like availability in getting my lawn equipment serviced just wished they didn't have such a long wait. But guess that's what you get with good reliable services. Worth the wait for sure.

We brought in the hardware we needed replaced and it's refreshing to know we can always count on anyone at ACE to help us and make sure we have what we need before leaving. To me it's worth a few extra dollars then to have to keep going back to another place like Lowe's or home depot to keep getting the wrong hardware.Bud is the one who helped us, and we appreciate the time he spent with us all while helping others who came in the aisle.

"Ace is the place with a helpful hardware folks"Not here they have a angry manager running around Gripping and yelling at all the co-workers.They don't have the proper tools to service the very products they sell. This was a disappointing trip and a waste of time. She didn't even want to help the staff that was trying to help the customers.

Was getting paint and the person serving me was so helpful! She even had a coupon at the register for me to use. When we compared their paint prices with the big box stores, the price per gallon was about the same. I prefer supporting smaller local businesses when I can.

Bradley's is a great neighborhood hardware store, they have pretty knowledgeable staff and a good selection of your typical hardware store items. They also fill propane by the gallon which is significantly cheaper than paying for an exchange at the big box stores or a gas station. Just be sure your tank is in good condition and is within it's DOT inspection period or they won't fill it (safety and liability issues).

Always like going there. They are always willing to help you find what your looking for. The cashiers are always friendly except for today. She was kinda quiet. Think she just started there. Never seen her before.

Employee did not know where the product I was looking for was. He called for help but no one came. A customer ended up showing me. When an employee happened by and I asked about the different types of products she stated that what was on the shelf was what they had and walked away.

Ace is the place! And Bradley's doesn't disappoint. Service is quick and friendly, and often they can identify what you need even if you don't know what it is based on your description of the issue. I've not been disappointed yet.
