We just moved into the area & needed our two dogs groomed. We called around several places to check availability and prices. The girl on the phone was polite and answered all our questions. We set up an appointment within a couple of days. They were pleasant people and seemed to care for our dogs. They did a very nice job on both dogs. We feel we have found our new groomer for this area.

I've been taking my Maltese here for years (E. Beltline location also, before they moved). My dog is almost 15 years old and trusts them. So do I, they are nice people who accommodate us on short notice if needed. We moved away from GR a yr and a half ago and continue taking him there. It's worth the drive for my dog. Recommended!

I have two schnauzers who came back from this salon looking like they'd barely been cut. They must have given them a generic puppy cut because their backs were not any shorter than their legs. Their ears were left long too. Won't be taking them back there.

I have tried taking my dog three (3) separate times in the past 2 weeks to get his nails clipped during their posted hours. They have not been open, nor have they had a sign on the door. I don't know if they're still in business or not.
