Had all the little necessities we had forgot while camping. It’s obvious the flooring has some issues and looks like they’re working on it. Went back multiple times during our four day stay in the area.

I went into the Hardware side of the market and was helped above and beyond. Needed a replacement fishing license and it was done with some effort. I now have the replacement.This hardware store, in the middle of the Forest, has a well balanced inventory for most needs. A warm atmosphere with friendly representatives of here for sure.

Reasonable prices with a limited selection. However, it has many things you need along with a good fresh deli some pretty good pastries. Staff is always kind. Last chance for food into pictured rocks until Melstrand.

This place smells of dog food and mulch.I understand it’s a grocery and garden store but it shouldn’t smell like it when you walk in the door. It was very off-putting.The only lunch meats they had were Karl Buddig And Oscar bologna. Very little produce available too. If you’re traveling and looking for fresh produce or healthier options for camp cooking, this is NOT your place!Ok for some basics but buy your fresh and healthy items any where else.Good luck!

they were just unpacking fresh produce when i arrived and i scored some awesome fresh asparagus. they had everything i needed and more. the ladies inside were friendly but very protective of their jar of agates!

We come here often when in Grand Marais, especially since they now have non dairy milks, hummus, and a few other vegan grocery options. Lots of beer and whisky choices as well
