We found a car charger and chocolate here very easily with the help of an employee. That boy was very helpful and helped us plan out the rest of our vacation. I was able to get information about the local area and about different tourist locations nearby. He definitely went above and beyond what he was supposed to do. I wish I had a name to give you but I don't do so I'll just say thank you!

Great place and great staff! Needed a set of carbides for my sled. He had a set that were the right bolt spacing but a little too long. He cut them down for me and even painted them! Gave me the tools to as well!

This business is helping the local community in many different ways. From construction materials to a well maintained in-store; nuts and bolts, paint and rollers/brushes. And, I am sure Superior Hardware can order as well if an item is not at hand.

Great store with a nice selection of items. Def stop in here. We misplaced a key for the lock on our cooler and they were kind enough to cut it off for us. Breakfast was saved!

Mike is wonderful. I had car issues and needed to be towed. That wasn't going to happen on a Sunday, but I came back on Monday and Mike helped with recommendations and phone calls. He's great with all the customers. Kind, knowledgeable, helpful, what more could you ask for?

Friendly service every one of the several times we stopped in to get supplies or sweatshirts. The UV lights they carry to find yooperlites made our trip worth while! This store is a must visit when in Grand Marais Michigan.

This is one of the nicest hardwares I've ever been in. The people who own it and those who work there are fantastic. Great variety of items, cute Grand Marais shirts, many household products, Thermacell portable mosquito repellers... and is you haven't tried the SKOY cloths and towels for household and kitchen you are missing out.

On Saturday February 29th 2020 we had an issue with a sled just out side of town that broke down and needed a bolt. A buddy came to your location and you had just closed. He knocked on the door and an employee came to the door allowed him in to get a bolt and in turn was able to fix the sled to get back home. Thank you so much for allowing him in and your services when you didn’t have to. You went above and beyond.

Had a problem with our well for the opening day of deer camp. Superior told us to come in and fill our water tanks. Without them, we would've been out of luck!

I needed a zip or two because the bag as falling off my sled, the lady behind the counter gave me two and end me on my way, next year I will stop in, and buy something to put in my new bag! Cutomer service is top notch!
