We love Paw City Pet Care! They always do a great job pet sitting and grooming for our dogs. Bre and Hannah at the Grand Ledge grooming salon are excellent and always make our golden mix look so good after his groom! Stefan was great for cat sitting last summer. And Jackie is fabulous- always on top of our pets needs and very helpful in both pet sitting and grooming. Would recommend them to anyone!

Michaela is an absolutely WONDERFUL pet sitter! My cats are very shy, but she always finds a way to get a photo of one of them hiding (usually under the bed) so I'll know they're doing OK.When I travel, I know I can rely on her to take care of their food, water, and litter boxes, as well as try to spend time with my scaredy cats, every time she comes for a 15-minute visit.I've used Paw City Pet Care multiple times over the past year and will continue to contract their services for my trips in the future. They've built trust by always showing up and sending me details of their visits each and every day. I highly recommend PCPC, and hope that Michaela will stay with them for years to come!

I would give 10 stars if I could. We've never had an experience quite like this - the kindness, skill, tenderness and care they provide is second to none. Our dog was a hot mess when we took her in due to a variety of reasons and they were so kind and patient as she re-acclimated to being groomed. They completely exceeded my expectations in every way possible. I couldn't say enough about Paw City Pet Care!

Jackie and her crew are quite simply the best. I was unexpectedly hospitalized and, on a dime, with no warning, Jackie came in 3x a day to keep my beloved hound Charlotte at home, Happy and secure. I am so grateful to these wonderful people. Jackie went out of her way to care for pets after the recent tornado and storms that killed 5 people. You can absolutely trust these people. Just did a quick visit to get my dog's anal glands expressed, she was terrified as usual but the groomers were very sweet and gentle with her.The salon was very clean and the dogs that were done being groomed looked fantastic (and happy)!I got on their schedule over the Google maps messaging, so it was super easy for someome like me who tends to avoid phone calls. The building was easy to find from the road.I was worried when we moved here that I wouldn't be able to find someone to do this a la cart for a fair price, so I was super happy to find them! We'll be back ♡ Thank you!

I just went on a vacation and had Jackie and Stefan watch both of my pups while I was gone. One of my dogs is very shy of strangers but they were patient with her and became good friends by the end of the week. They also sent daily updates and so I was never worried while I was away. I can tell they are experienced and love their work. Will definitely be using them again!

I have never left my 3 cats in the care of someone I didn’t know, but when I had a longer trip planned I decided to try out Paw City so I didn’t have to inconvenience friends or family. To say I was extremely anxious is an understatement, especially since I have an older cat who can be finicky and a little grumpy sometimes around new people. Imagine my relief when I received my first message and photos from Stefan with all 3 kitties out in the house, doing well, and warming up to him. Truly took so much anxiety off my trip to know they were doing okay each day.I would highly recommend Paw City for your needs and hope to use them again in the future!

From grooming my more than difficult 85lb dog that hates to be groomed to dog walks to dog park adventures.. we have tried it all and loved it all!!!! We have used Paw City for about two years now. They have gone above and beyond service for some very spoiled cats. They were incredibly kind and extra caring for our 21 year old cat Pixie in her final year of life. They even planted a tree in her honor! We have multiple cats three pictured that we adore but can be naughty stinkers too. We trust and appreciate all they do for us.

Jackie is a caring, competent and friendly pet sitter. Jackie would come the times you needed her to come. She took wonderful care of my Timmy when he was ill by syringing supplements and giving him pills. When Timmy died she expressed sympathy in a caring way by her donation for a tree to be planted in Timmy’s name.

I had Michaela (one of paw city’s groomers and sitters) come over to work with my 11 year old dog who is terrified of getting her nails done after being nicked on the quick once. The vet prescribed her trazadone and told us we have to give it to her to get her nails done and that she tried to bite and had to be muzzled. We opted for in home nail trim because paw city specializes in fear free grooming. Michaela was so patient with our girl who wasn’t happy at all and we got all 4 paws done with no biting, no medication, and no muzzle. All we had to do was hug our girl and distract her while Michaela worked her magic. We love paw city and trust them with anything they do!

I would highly recommend Paw City Pet Care. Jackie and her staff are responsive, kind, compassionate and very professional. I have two greyhounds and find it hard to trust anyone to walk them (delicate skin, no recall, etc), but Jackie does a fantastic job with them. I also have two cats who love her when she drops in to pick up the dogs. Jackie goes above and beyond to walk the hounds, picking them up, loading them Into her car and driving them to a location where they can walk. She communicates well with me and sends me updates and pictures. I’m so thankful to have her services as it give me peace of mind when I’m at work that my dogs are being well cared for while enjoying their walk. 10/10 service!

Paw City Pet Care is WONDERFUL!!! I didn't want to board my cat (and still needed care for my guinea pig) and Jackie and her team are the perfect solution for in-home pet care.There are sooooooo many good things to day about Paw City Pet Care! Jackie and her team are excellent with communication, really easy ok to get a hold, very professional, and really love animals and working with them. I had to make reservations for pet care on very short notice and Jackie was able to work me and extend the time when I needed to stay out of town a bit longer. I love the app - I know when Jackie arrives and leaves and get a report and pictures with each visit - I love it!

Jackie and the team at Paw City Pet Care have watched our two dogs on multiple occasions, providing excellent care and great updates with each visit. Our dogs are older, so it has been very helpful to keep them at home when we travel. It’s really easy to schedule appointments on their app and to send and receive messages via text during the check-ins. My husband and I were going on vacation for a bit over 2 weeks. We were really nervous about leaving our cats with a pet sitter, but Jackie answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable. I used Paw City Pet Care for the first time to take care of my two cats while I was traveling. They require human interaction otherwise they make their own fun. Since they do not do well outside of the home keeping them in house and relaxed is what is needed. They enjoyed their two daily visits with pets and play. I could tell when I came home they did very well and we not stressed. We will be using them again in the future. I also loved the pictures with each visit as I missed my girls when I was gone.

Don't be afraid for your pets when you have Jackie caring for them! This was the FIRST TIME I've ever hired someone to pet sit my cats in my own home. I had very intense anxiety over the idea, and I only had a couple days to get a situation figured out. I got ahold of Jackie via email and she responded immediately back to schedule an appointment for to meet her at my home and to have my cats meet her while I was there. Upon meeting her, my anxieties melted away already from just feeling that Jackie was an animal lover. We went over their routines, I had her come over for 30 minutes every day for two weeks. She sent me photos every day and even got my most timid cat to let her pet her! She even filled up my air humidifier! Jackie has an app that works out for great communication and has GPS so you know for a fact your animals are being cared for. 1000% would recommend. I'm sure she spoiled my cats more than I do, and that's really saying something. Thank you, Jackie!
