Had to take my dog precious to the vet "compassion for paws" for a leg injury. The reception was great and Dr Rachel did a very thorough examination of precious. She was fantastic. I highly recommend them.

This place was the only one in the area to be able to fit me in with my dog's emergency situation. They were very attentive and kind. They treated my dog gently and were truly concerned. I highly recommend them!!!

The office staff needs some socialization. My dog seems to have a good time there so I have to assume the staff that works with the animals are better, but we will not be doing business with them again any time soon. Drop off is almost always a negative experience dealing with unpleasant front desk staff. Time to give some of their competitors a try.

We were there for a tour because we plan to board our dog there for an overnight, and we wanted to check it out first. The staff is very friendly and seem like they really care for the pups they have there. They also have a good play program for them. I think our boy will enjoy his visit. I'll post another review after he actually stays there.

We have taken our pup to Nana N Paws since she was first old enough to go to daycare and continued going to Nana N Paws the past 2 years until we unfortunately moved out of the area, otherwise, we would’ve continued bringing her! She LOVED going to this daycare, it was evident in how excited she would get when we pulled in the driveway! As a first-time-dog-mom, myself, I am quite protective of my girl, and we completely trusted Nana N Paws to take care of her. She went multiple times a week for daycare and stayed overnight on numerous occasions. We could always trust that she would be in good hands, receive the care she needed, and overall have a great time! I could really feel that the staff loved her and that made it really feel like a family unit for us. I would definitely suggest Nana N Paws to someone looking for a safe and reliable place to bring their pup/s!

I recently encountered very rude staff (Chris). I called twice and left messages online for a return phone call from owner Patty Lance. If the managers and the owner dont care about how they treat people, what else dont they care about? NO THANKS. Their are other doggie daycares that do better.

Had our puppy Tatter stay over for a couple days when we went to a wedding. He had an awesome time, staff seem loving and caring. I will recommend this place to who ever needs someone to watch their dog. We're going to take him back for training lessons! Can't wait to see his Improvement

First overnight stay. Anxious rescue dog. He did a 4 hour stay to see how he would react before weekend stay. He did really well. Didnt hesitate at all going in for weekend stay. Would highly recommend

Our pup absolutely loves it here! It’s made him less reactive around other dogs to have the playtime and exposure. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, the facility is one of the cleanest places I’ve seen and the hours/availability for daycare are a life saver for us. We’ve also done training classes here and are looking forward to taking more.

Our boy stayed a couple days and one night and he was well taken care of and I love the idea that I was able to call while he was saying there, just to see how he was doing.

This is by far my dog's favorite place to go! Every time I bring Carhartt in, the staff is excited and happy to see him, letting me know each time that he's VERY well loved there. More importantly, he's excited and happy to see them!I've never had any concerns about the quality of his care, and he's always happy and calm after I pick him up, which is exactly what I want! Not too tired, where it seems like he's being overwhelmed, but the good tired, where he's chill and relaxed the rest of the day. We've enjoyed both their daycare and boarding services, and we'll continue to do so for as long as we're in the area. The pricing is fair--I don't mind paying what they ask, because it means that the staff providing the care can make a more livable wage and the facility can continue to be kept in good condition. For me, paying the few extra dollars is a justified expense--the care we receive more than makes up for it.Also, I appreciate that they have staff there 24/7, as opposed to another boarding option nearby that does not do that, so the dogs at the other place are left completely alone for like 12 hours. At Nana n Paws, I know that if my boy needs something in the middle of the night, there's someone there to tend to him. Everything about this place screams "we care about your dog as much as you do!"If I only had one request, it would be to occasionally get a photo or video of him playing with his friends, but I also appreciate that not having photos means that the staff is being attentive to the dogs instead of being distracted by trying to line up a camera angle, so I don't consider that a negative.

It's a very nice facility for my golden retriever. It's large, they have a pool. They have availability when I seem to need it and I really like their groomer, she does a very nice job. I highly recommend them.

Very rude staff who come off as condescending and disrespectful. I suggest finding a different boarding place for your dog.

So far my experience has been outstanding. They helped solve a boarding situation I had. Fantastic that they came up with a solution.

On a referral from my son and daughter I reached out to see if my special needs dog would be a good fit for what Nana-N-Paws has to offer. Sadly from the start of the conversation I was judged by a rude employee whom talked over me. My special need is my pet is pending a surgery in late February (torn meniscus) my vet is aware of date of surgery w/ specialist and has not put any restraints on how to care for him outside of a inflammatory med, aside from that he also has never been in a boarding facility. From what I was told by my family they experienced above the top care and thought my dog would be in the best hands. Especially due to the fact he had never been in a boarding facility. Instead I was judged, the woman responded w/ a statement of 'what am I thinking by asking to board a pet w/ a pending surgery'? From there she went into what I would need to get her from my vet to even consider. At no point did she stop talking at me or over me, nor did she ask questions to even understand the request of boarding, she simply judged. I was a bit disappointed and told her never mind. By her response my pet would not be given the care and attention needed. I see that others were successful like my son and daughter were, however I would strongly encourage anyone looking for the first time, with questions and possibly a need for meds and pets whom have never experienced boarding to look elsewhere.

They didn't take care of my dog. He's a 10Lb lap dog missing half his teeth and partially blind. They didn't take care of his eyes. They didn't give his medicated drops for his eyes. They didn't clean his eyes. We told them repeatedly he needed care and they assured they would care for him. 6 days of misery.

Took my 4 month old American Bully to Nana-N-Paws for day care and was more then impressed. Super nice front desk staff and I was even given a tour by appointment to see the place my little guy would be in. I will definitely be taking him back for daycare and boarding my fur-baby there also. They have boarding, daycare, grooming, training and much more.

I would never leave my dogs here again. I had my dogs here for boarding in June. When picking them up the staff was in a panic because one of my dogs was put into quarantine and they had not notified me nor did they seem aware when I was supposed to pick them up. The owner Patty Lance called me in a panic and rambled letting me know it could be kennel cough but it probably wasn't. Both dogs were later taken to the vet and diagnosed with upper respiratory infection and kennel cough and were put on antibiotics. When I called and talked to the staff for a refund as well as to let them know it was in fact kennel cough, they said my dogs could have gotten it anywhere including the vet. They never shut down which makes me concerned about the cleanliness of this facility. From other reviews I see this is an ongoing issue.

My pup loves this place! Nana's really goes out of their way to spoil your dog. Whenever I leave my pup here he's always has a case of the wiggle butts & is eager to go play with his friends. The staff here pour their hearts into what they do. They treat your dog as if it were their own family member! 🐾

We had a dog who was having some distress. Patty contacted us in a timely manner, worked with us and our vet, and then made the trip to the vet's office to pick up medication. She really went above and beyond. We so appreciated her efforts. Our fur baby is doing well. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

My dog LOVES going here. He gets so excited if I say the word "daycare". The staff is super friendly and you can tell they love animals. I take him there regularly for daycare and have had him there for sleepover for the weekend. Staff helps find the group that is best suited for your dogs needs. Mine loves the rowdy play group and leaves happy and worn out every time.. Great experiences!

I was always under the impression my dog was too animal aggressive to be left at a Kennel. Several weeks ago I had no choice but to Kennel my German Shepard because my wife and I were going to be out of town and couldn't take her with us. Taking Heidi in for her "trial" day care day I kept warning the staff of her prey drive. They asked if they could at least try her with other dogs. Obviously this wasn't their first rodeo, so I said that was fine as long as they used extreme caution. I came back to photos of my dog standing next to other dogs looking a little out of place because she wasn't at her house, but was just fine. I was expecting to see the carnage of Cujo. My dog is great with people (adults and kids) , but always lunges at squirrels, rabbits, cats, turkeys and others dogs. Instead she came home exhausted and super excited to see us. Three days later I had to turn around and leave her there for a week. I was very pleased when I got her back.

There is no other place we’d take our dog! Meeko loves it there getting to play so much and I am never worried about his care when he stays. You can’t beat the rates either!

Our pup loves coming here, have to drag him home every time. We found he had allergies and the staff worked with us to make accommodations for him so we wouldn't have to go elsewhere. Wonderful placeEdit: The last two years have brought about a huge change, and sadly not for the better. The last 4 times we have been there our pups have come home with kennel cough - 4 times! This last time was so bad we ended up at MSU animal clinic, $1000 and a strong course of antibiotics later, don't think we'll be going back.

I believe your staff is great and my Zeus is so excited when we pull up. My problem is with the cleanliness of the facility. He went there for a daycare visit in February of 2019 and three days later was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection. We called the office to let them know. In August of 2019 he was there for a four day board. Three days later he was at the vet for an upper respiratory infection and kennel cough. My husband called the office and they told him that several other people had called with problems about their dogs being sick and kennel cough. The staff told him that they were seriously considering shutting the operation down for a week and cleaning it. It never happened and it probably never got cleaned. We still have 6 prepaid visits on the books but someone else can have have them, it cost us $920 at the vet for the last two times we were there. It's not worth it.

As a dog mom, I am very particular about who watches my dogs. This place is by far the best place! Whether it’s Doggie Daycare or staying overnight on extended trips, I know my pups will be in the best hands they can be in (besides mine). They are very accommodating and have rules/expectations for safety of the pups. Love it here!!

My little girl loves going here. We call it her Puppy school. The staff treat her as if she was their's. Nana N Paws was the best choice we made for our girl ( next to getting her of course!) The have very affordable rates and offer a variety of services. Check them out, you and your fur baby will be happy you did!

Our lab loves staying here. We have left our dog anywhere from just daycare through 8 nights while we were on vacation and we have never had any problems. Our dog knows as soon as we get onto the road and starts getting excited. She comes home from daycare exhausted from all of the playing. Can't recommend enough.
