Absolute trash customer service. None of the clerks or the pharmacists could help me out. They put my medication back on the shelf and counted it as a refill so I was out and was not told, instead told to come the next day because it would be ready. I was not told until Saturday when my doctor is closed that I have no more refills. I will be switching the Walmart.

I stopped going here, but my dad still does because it's his preferred pharmacy. It's annoying they text him all the time he has scripts ready and he drives all the way there, then they don't know what he's talking about. Most of the time he has me call now to save him the drive. This has been years, fix your system

This is the worst ever they treat you like you're an inconvenience and you are interrupting them I had a pharmacist screaming in my face one day over my husband's medication in front of the whole pharmacy and there is one girl in there that is nosey as hell and in everyone business and she isn't even a pharmacist some are very nice luann is the best and Ryan the younger pharmacist wish we could change but my husband has Meijer insurance so stuck there

I went today and they were extremely friendly and quick, made sure that my address was correct and that everything else was good. Didn't even take five minutes. Also made sure to connect my mperks account which they did not do at other locations.

Newly remodeled but still has the caring feeling it always has had from the start. A very friendly, knowledgeable, and caring staff that will almost bend over backwards to help you. A fast pick up time and prices that would break the bank all make for a must go for all your prescription needs.

Called to ask a question & the woman who answered could not stop talking over me, even after I asked her to stop and allow me to ask my question. I finally hung up because she wouldn't stop talking over me when I was trying to ask a simple question. I'll probably switch my script to somewhere else.

Very thankful to the 2 pharmacists working tonight who refused to fill my daughters script after realizing the urgent care doctor tried to prescribe her double the dose of antibiotics than what she should have. Had it not been for them who knows what could have come from that! Thankful to have such caring staff in our small town!

Staff is very friendly, The lady at the counter went out of her way to find me a pretty substantial discount one time when I didn't have my insurance card on me.Despite other reviews I've never had an issue with long wait to pick things up. I do my best to avoied peak hours though so I've only had one or two people ahead of me at most.

If I could give zero stars I would. First, they only had one cashier for prescription pick ups, so I had to wait in line for 20+ minutes for them to tell me that they could not fill my prescription due to some problems with the script. They did not call me to notify me, so I made the 20 minute drive to wait for 20+ minutes for them to tell me my prescription had not been filled, which the dr had called in 2 days ago... I will now be taking my prescriptions to Kroger. Very disappointment in Meijer for not respecting their customer's health enough to notify them of a problem.

This pharmacy is the absolute worst!! No one there seems to have a clue. My son takes medication for his acne. We have picked it up there every 30 days for months. They never have it ready. One day they couldn’t fill it said I had to come back the next day. I get there again, wait in line forever!!! Then they forgot to fill it and want me to wait an hour... ridiculous!!!

They spent over 40 minutes on the phone sorting out the insurance issues with my grandson's. DeWitt gave up. This pharmacy REALLY has grit! It took a team effort in order to fix it, also! Then I was thanked for my patience! What an amazing group of folks!

Very disappointing experience today with this pharmacy. Particularly with pharmacist Matt who is I guess doesn't really care if customers come back to meijer. After asking to contact my insurance company to resolve the issue he told me to do it myself and hung up on me. Before that, pharmacy assistant was very rude as well as was not willing to help saying that what they see on the screen will be the answer. Had to call Meijer hotline and store manager to report on this issue. Very disrespectful staff work in this location. Had to call my insurance company to fix this mess.

Awful. My one year old was given the wrong medicine. Could have killed him. Never should have went back. But I did. Only to be told time and time again "20 minute wait" Today I was told 20 minutes, I killed 20 minutes only to be told 20 more. So I left and returned FOUR HOURS LATER to be told sorry... tomorrow on one and 20 minutes on the other. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PHARMACY TO ANYONE.

If I could give a 0 I would EVERY single time I go to this pharmacy or my old Meijer pharmacy they all don’t know how to do their job it’s insane. every time I come there my prescription isn’t ready and I even call and ask if I can come tomorrow and they say yes. And by surprise I get there and they say we don’t have it come tomorrow… don’t say come if it’s not gonna be ready it just doesn’t make sense why it’s so hard literally every time

They usually do not have any least one of my prescriptions when I go to refill. They said it is not a widely used medications and they don't stock a lot of it or their shipment hasn't come in...many excuses. I like the rewards and that is the only reason I use this pharmacy. I will be switching pharmacies and if I can't keep getting the rewards from another area of Mperks I will be switching back to grocery shopping at Kroger's.

They gave my 8 year old the wrong medication. If I had not known that the pill was the wrong color and actually allowed her to take it she could have been hospitalized or much worse. Never go there!! Go to Apothocary shop instead, they care, they are great and they even deliver!!

Seems like very time I go to pick up my script it's never ready even though the text I get says it is. I had a medication that was part of a nationwide shortage, no one called me from the pharmacy because they just didn't fill the script. I am moving to Walgreens across the street. Meijer pharmacy is not a reliable place to go.
