My first delivery from our Grand Ledge Meijer and I am beyond impressed!Jim, who fulfilled the order was so attentive and thorough with my order. I am always nervous to order meat without seeing it myself first and he did a fantastic job! Couldn’t have picked better myself.Not to mention he went out of his way to not only send my the “plant” I had on my list to be approved first, he also accommodated by sending my a photo of my choices.He was timely and even asked if he could come earlier than scheduled which worked better for me!On top of that, his bagging skills!!Meijer, please recognize Jim and their efforts! Great representation of your company and really exceeded my expectations for delivery!

Coupons/sale price frequently doesn’t work. Have had multiple items on shelves show a sale price, but ring up completely different. Associate asks you to go take a picture of the item on the shelf with the sale price. Respectfully, no I’m not doing that as the customer.Ordering online: Store will be out of something and not offer any substitutions. Today they were out of 10 things and offered 0 substitutions. Defeats the entire purpose of ordering online when half the stuff you need for a recipe you have to go in and look for (and find) yourself anyways. Would love to see this process improve.

Total remodeling of the entire store has been stressful for everyone. However, the new Grand Ledge Meijer is looking very modern and super clean. Staff are working hard everyday to complete the changes and it shows.Remodel has been done for a while. Finally getting used to the new layout. The store has a modern fresh look and is usually well stocked now.

I usually shop at the one on West Saginaw but the card machine was down they were only accepting cash. I would definitely go to this one again the set up is the same very clean had everything I needed well stocked. But customer service needs work there was barely anyone around when I needed to find something. But I still give it a 5 star ⭐

Met with manager Aric last night. He first enlightened me providing knowledge I did not have and then profered a solution I was more than satisfied with. It was a very good interaction and a demonstration of excellent customer service.

Has a standardized selection of groceries and other goods. Not much different from any other chain. Often takes a long time to get through the checkout and into and out of the parking lot.

041524 update. Was at Meijer Grand ledge again. Same ridiculous cashier problem. 2 lanes open. I asked the cashier why they didn't open more lanes and she said the store only had 2 cashiers available. Get rid of self checkout. Hire cashiers. Awful shopping experience. Also I was there last week and they only had 1 person on deli counter. Long long long wait. Terrible customer service, and not fair to those employees having to deal with possibly annoyed customers. Store is nice but I give it a 0 for customer service.---I was by the store so I went in.They updated the grand ledge store. Really nice.No cashier's anymore. Very frustrating. Had a full cart. 2 lines open. 5 carts each. Store won't pay for more checkers.I Shop at Kroger more now.

I stood in line at the service desk in grand ledge while they helped a customer in front of me they saw me standing in line when I got up to the desk they slid the register closed sign in front of me and said they close at 8 ...well you saw me standing there you could have said we are closing after the customer ahead of you instead of letting me stand there and waste my time!! Very poor and not professional at all! Very disappointed Meijer you can do better .

Every thing u need usually, I am always helping out the customers if can. Luv meijers. To bad the price of groceries has kept me out of the store last trip 6 months. Except for a recent Turkey buy.

I enjoy meijer in general, but was kind of irritated by the fact that whoever put the price labels on the cheese intentionally put it on the name of each type of cheese so you can’t really know what varieties they are. I can understand if a few were like that but when every single one is like that then it’s clearly intentional anddone to be a nuisance 🙄

Higher prices than Wal-Mart & Kroger. Even compared to the Meijer on W. Saginaw. Consistently out of stock of everything I go there for. Every. Single. Time.

Robin and Shane at the customer service desk November 10th 2023 at 5:45 p.m. we're incredibly rude.Shane answered the phone and said it was a question for his supervisor and I could hear him speaking very rudely about my question and said "Do you want to deal with it?".Robin then came on the phone and was remarkably unhelpful.

Placed an order online with a 6 to 7pm pickup time. 730pm I find out the item is not in stock. Online says there are 5 there in stock. 2024 and meijer does not know what they have in stock. Ok I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

The new checkout arrangement is an absolute nightmare. For anyone with anxiety issues it is an unworkable situation. When I ask about it I was told all Meijer stores will be like this in the immediate future. Sorry that it doesn't work for you but it works better for us (find somewhere else to shop).

I love the new layout of the store and I don’t mind checking out on my own. Lots of pretty much everything you’d expect from groceries to camping and home supplies. The only thing I really miss is the photography department. Being a photographer it was convenient.

You can't find anyone to help if you need it. Hate self check outs! I have to put it in the cart, take it out, ring it up and then bag it myself. How come I don't get a discount for doing someone else's job???

My wife likes this Meijers, I don't. While they do have a great produce department, the selection of most of their packaged, frozen, baked, dairy section is extremely poor for me. They carry little to none of the brands I prefer. Since my wife is the best at selecting produce, she goes there. I rarely do. The Lake Lansing Rd Meijers is far superior, and I even prefer the W. SAGINAW Lansing Meijers, well, when they get - if ever - their prolonged remodel completed. The Kroger stores carry much more of my preferred brands in general, but I do really like the Lake Lansing Rd Meijers. That Meijers is probably the best overall grocery store in Mid Michigan. Would do most of our shopping there if we lived closer. The other two Meijers I am impressed with are the Charlotte and Ionia ones. We are also Costco members, like East Lansing store, wish it were closer. Tried BJ's, was fair, but they have a lot to learn from Costco. Stay away from Sam's in our view, we dropped our membership years ago, wouldn't go back if they paid us.
