These people are great to work with.. Always recommend something you might need but never push . Recently sold my home and living in a motor home period with a lot of my things stored at other people's houses period I would have never thought that I should have insurance on that stuff but they suggested renters insurance. To protect my things in case something happened. So inexpensive, but glad to have it. Never would have thought of it at my own.

I cannot stress how pleased my wife and I were with Farm Bureau Insurance and the Hadad Agency after the recent wind storm. We had a good amount of damage but others had it much worse. Farm Bureau was amazing how quickly they were able to respond. The adjuster was out within the first week and worked with us during the claim process. Even though the storm was painful, working with the Haddad agency was quick and painless.

Been over a decade since we have researched if we needed to update/switch our insurance for autos & home. I called 4 different local agencies in our area - The Haddad Agency Farm Bureau Insurance office by far went above & beyond any other insurance agent! Our calls were always returned promptly. Provided complete and honest information - and in words so I understood everything. Our insurance 'payments' are now 'half' of what we used to pay AND we have more than 'doubled' our coverage. The Haddad's Agency is the best that has happened to us in my personal history with insurance companies. From all levels, professionally they are serious business, at the personal level, they are awesome people. They meet all my expectations, they provided me with the best quotes, and they answered all my questions and helped me not to have any concerns. They were recommended by my loan agent, and he was right! The best out there. Wonderful low rates for home insurance that I decided to insure my couple of cars with them as well. Always a great experience with Bob and his entire staff. Can always get a quick quote and paperwork within minutes and everyone always takes the time to walk me through areas that are not common knowledge. I pay less for full auto coverage than I did for PL/PD with my previous company on the same vehicle. When I purchased my first home, Bob beat every other quote by at least $2200 per year with lower deductibles. Can't go wrong here.

This is one of 2 worst insurance companies I have ever worked this. Bob is not only rude but he is deceptive. No wonder insurance agents have a bad rep.When you express frustration and distaste for policies and lack of communication, Bob just shrugs his shoulders and says “oh well”I would never recommend this company to anyone.

My wife and I own 5 houses in the Lansing area. We went to Haddad's agency because he was referred to us my our real estate agent.After talking to us for near 4 hours Mr Haddad offered us house insurance prices which were astoundingly expensive (~20% of the total price of the home per year). Upon protesting that we were not prepred to pay what much he offered a "deal" on house insurance for just the liability which was still expensive but not as bad.We went with that for a about half a year but I was suspicious and started shopping around. I found an agent (Don Reed) with Brown and Pixlie who ended up getting an insurance policy with Auto Owners that included liability and normal home insurance on all of the homes for less than Haddad offered for just liability.I was quite pleased. However, when I contacted Mr. Haddad he refused to honor my request to cancel my policy and instead asked for documentation by my new insurance etc etc. I was a full time graduate student with a number of rentals at the time so I found making time to get the pysical paperwork together very difficult to manage.I ended up emailing Haddad's agency numerous times but nobody was willing to cancel my contract.So we paid up till the end of the year and did not renew.I found out later that Mr Haddad had signed us up for a commercial contract which was why it was so expensive. I was told that this practice might be illegal. Pretty crazy stuff really. I readily admit that I got taken in for a sucker. Neither I nor my wife had ever bought home insurance before.Use his services at your own risk.
