I don't know how they do it! The selection of various name brand products priced at $1.25 is crazy. If you are like me and usually assume Walmart has the lowest prices, I'd recommend checking out a Dollar Tree. I think you'll be surprised to see some of the products you already buy elsewhere for a much lower price. Lastly, a shout-out to Peg and the rest of the very friendly staff at this specific location 🙂

Staff always friendly and helpful when needed. Store well-stocked. I’m glad it’s so close to home.UPDATE: My last review is from two years ago. One good thing: they now offer items at $3 and $5, such as novelty pillows, and large containers, headphones, and more. However the current staff-they blast the radio, which makes it difficult for me to shop!! As I deal with invisible disabilities, this place used to be a store I could actually shop at least once per month, sometimes more. I did actually ask the person in charge the other day to please turn the radio down, and she did. But some comments were made later such as “did the lady leave yet? Can we turn the radio back up?” Sorry to inconvenience you. I had to go back about three days later for something. Radio blaring again. I wore my strongest earplugs. Such a shame to feel so uncomfortable while I shop at what used to be my go-to place and kind of fun. Not now. 😣🤕

This is such a nice, neat, clean Dollar Tree. I love shopping here! It is probably one of the nicest Dollar Trees I have ever been in, and I've been in many. Nice selection of items and just always well kept. Love all the new items! Recently added Plus section ($3-5 items). Model store.

Always a clean and well stocked store. Usually fast to check out with little wait time. Still has a great selection even though it is a dollar and a quarter store now. New items every week and it helps save on the pocket book. Great spooky stuff for the Halloween season!

Tonight, I had the unfortunate experience of witnessing the store manager be incredibly rude to her own employees. She was condescending to her teammates in front of several customers. It was incredibly uncomfortable and unprofessional. I love dollar tree, however I want people to recognize that the management of this particular store is poor, to say the best. Do better dollar tree.

I went here once before and the elderly gentleman at the counter was very cheerful, started up conversation, was so polite and friendly and pleasant and it made my shopping experience very pleasant. The last time I went in there, he was not in a good mood whatsoever, grumpy, barely spoke, was impatient, and barely made eye contact. I hope it was just because he it was the end of the day and he was tired and had just worked all day or something. We went about half an hour before closing time in the middle of the week. I hope he is alright.(The store is clean and very well stocked.)

Awesome. Very clean. The shelves were stocked and all sorts of different things on the shelves. I was talking to the manager and I was very impressed on how she took care of her store and her employees. I would go to the one in Grand Ledge before I would go to the other ones in Lansing. Keep up the great work. I'll be back

Yes, that must have been a very "off" day for Pamela that the previous commenter posted. I've always had nothing but positive experiences here and especially with Pamela! I frequent this location on a weekly basis for odds and ends and do agree that there are many items of good quality for $1! But...it is a dollar store so sometimes you just get what you paid for! No surprise, love this place and its friendly employees :)

I went to this Dollar Tree today. I am a caregiver and took one of my consumers with me. I have never had a bad experience here before. Nor have I ever seen and experience such rudeness from the employees. As I was gathering my bags. The lady who rang me up tossed me my receipt and said “goodbye” in such a rude tone. I don’t care if you are having a bad day. It does not give you the right to be rude to customers at all. I will never go back to this dollar tree again. This deserves no ratings.

Store had a good selection but I was disgusted with the service. As I was being 'waited' on, which seemed to be an inconvenience, a gentlemen stepped up to ask a question. The cashier (Pamela) yelled that she couldn't wait on him as she had done to other customers all while the one open register had at least 10 people waiting. I normally understand people have bad days but this woman was so rude complaining about how busy they were and had other things to do I had to. Cherry on top was I almost said something to the woman, as I watched her be so rude not only to the other employees but also the customers, until I realized her name tag said management.

I called this store today to inquire about an item and how many they had in stock. The lady (Pamela) who answered the phone said she would check for me, she set the phone down (didn't put me on hold, I could hear all the customers and the cashiers in the background talking to each other) I was on the phone for over 25 minutes waiting for someone to realize that someone was still on the phone and no one ever picked up. Now I can't call back and get someone because the phone is sitting off the hook so it just keeps ringing busy.

This is my favorite dollar store. Holiday deco, cards, snacks, kitchen items, so much everyday use items for a dollar. Friendly staff. Really nice older gentleman is almost always there when I go in.

The cashiers and staff are always friendly. I usually find what I'm looking for, they have a clean store and the restrooms are clean as well. I definitely recommend shopping here every thing is $1 and under.

The Grand Ledge store is the best example of a Dollar Tree that I have been in. It is clean, well stocked and best organized with the largest selection of products.

Great selection of name brand merchandise and groceries. Several of the items I've gotten there I've paid 5 times as much for at the big box stores. Everyone is friendly and has great customer service skills!

I get all my cleaning supplies here. 2 1/2 liter faygo $1.00. Nice folks in Grand Ledge, too
